online

weeks
ago
directly
thru
their
website.
Food
never
came,
I
called
and
was
told
it
was
delivered
when
it
wasn’t.
Then
I
was
told
that
qmenu
cancelled
the
order
and
there
was
nothing
they
could
do
about
it.
No
apologies,
nothing.
However
when
looking
at
the
status
online
it
showed
the
order
as
delivered.
Food
miraculously
showed
up
an
hour
later
so
about
3
hours
after
it
was
originally
ordered.
We
order
from
them
all
the
time,
the
same
way,
and
have
never
had
an
issue
so
we
decided
to
try
them
again.
The
past
Wednesday
I
placed
an
order
online,
extra
early
(5:30p)
incase
we
had
an
issue
again.
As
I’m
on
my
way
home
from
work
at
7:10pm
I
ask
my
MIL
if
the
food
is
there
yet.
Nope!
Call
them,
again
told
the
food
is
on
its
way,
no
apologies
no
nothing.
I
get
put
on
the
phone
with
someone
else
who
tells
me
they
didn’t
see
the
order
and
they
wld
make
it
now,
again
no
apologies
or
anything.
I
asked
them
to
just
cancel
the
order.
Again,
the
food
showed
up
an
hour
later,
mind
you
they
opened
the
door
to
my
house
themselves
and
put
the
food
on
the
floor!
Don’t
order
from
here
unless
you
want
to
wait
3
hours
for
your
food
to
be
delivered
on
top
of
having
to
call
and
make
sure
they
see
your
order.
