Amalaya is a beautiful studio with beautiful people. The owners are very hands-on and you can tell yoga and the studio is their passion. Amalaya has some amazing instructors - my personal favorite classes are Ginny's. Her instruction, adjustments, and personality make getting up at 5AM 100% worth it!

I did my first hot yoga session today and was so happy with the experience! A very beautiful clean studio. I will definitely be back!
