We have stayed here a few times before and absolutely loved it. This stay leaves a lot to be desired. When you're paying over $300 a night, things should be better. The pool opens at 7 am, but the water slide doesn't open until 12:30 and was closed at 5. You have to get pool towels from the poolside bar which is down a level and leave your room key. We went down to get towels and the poolside bar was closed at 10 am. So then had to go to the lobby to find out why, they said it doesn't open until 12:30. Then we waited for 15 minutes at the lobby counter because the towels from the previous day weren't done drying. So inconvenient and totally unacceptable! We also called for a rollaway bed, and they charge $20 a day, and the employee who delivered it, argued with us about blankets and pillows for it. No maid service, and had to call twice for clean towels before they brought them. On top of that, they started using wristbands and were constantly bugging us to see them while we were in the pool. Now, I'm 60 years old, not 16. This visit has left a bad taste in my mouth. If you don't have the staff to run things properly, then you should lower your prices.

o far so good! Checking in was excellent with older gentleman who is part time here/teacher. He helped me with room and had a lovely conversation. We wanted to be away from all partying & near stairs which he assisted us on. Main entrance has a horse buggy - need to inquire about that later. Store workers were very pleasant & super friendly. We stayed 8 nights last week of Sept to first week of October- originally booked for 7 but extended. Let me start by saying it exceeded our expectations with the room - service by all staff - pool area & bar- and the Martini Bar! Just spectacular view of the lake, London Bridge amongst other activities at resort. We booked this to solely get away and relax! So I must say it let us do just that! Some constructive criticism….. They need ….. 1. to get a SPA for massage that has availability (I called 2x never heard back and we always get massages on our vacations) disappointed 2. a nail Salon for resort would bring in money as NONE in area had availability- would earn resort lots of income 3. a good coffee shop or breakfast spot at resort as we ordered Starbucks Uber Eats delivery daily as one there is not good. Also one more recommendation..possibly allowing some rooms to be pet friendly as I saw alot but most snuck them in. We have a service animal so we’re covered but it would really give the hotel and owners reassurance & deposits for damages. Just my advice on improving the ambience as guests. I sadly even saw someone leave their dog in truck - 100 degree weather- praying his AC was on. Back to resort - room was 1 bedroom with balcony on 3rd floor and had all amenities we needed. AC was a bit finicky as one min we are freezing but lower it and heat came on so we choose to freeze. With it being 100 plus outside its best! 😁. Slide at pool was fun - even for adults. We had lots of folks from public pool come up often but then asked to leave which to be fair is fair…. Considering when we pay for the resort it is a luxury we’ve paid for. They offer a public pool which I think is great but was always busy busy so having our own was nice. Food and drinks at the Martini bar was excellent Other restaurants around resort were great too. The walks along the lake were exceptional for us as we needed that downtime with beauty. Highly recommend this resort and cannot wait to return.

This isnt so much about the Hotel rooms as it is about the service while attending a concert recently. We saw an advertisement for the band Voyager, which is a Journey Tribute band. We are definitely fans of Journey, so we paid extra for the VIP table which was to include an appetizer and drink service. We were seated and while waiting for the show to start we expected a cocktail server at some point, but none ever materialized. The meat and cheese tray was nice, bit the other people at the table were eating with their hands directly from the platter, so that wasnt going to work. The announcer came up and stated he was the General Manager of the hotel and was going to also do drink service. We saw him one time, ordered a coke for $2 and paid with a $20. Never saw him again. $20 bucks for a coke? Mistake? Deliberate? I dont know, but to me, it was $20 for a coke. I'll never go back.

The London Bridge Resort is one of my favorite resorts. It's location is outstanding...right on the lake. We have a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit. Very clean, well stocked, very comfortable. I highly recommend it.

What an absolute pleasure to stay in our beautiful suite for two nights. Location is superb for exploring and boats for hire or rent plentiful. Lots of restaurants. Everything you could possibly ask for in a accommodations. Linens superb and slept so well in the quiet. Kitchen complete with even a stovetop. Loved our spiral staircase up to our private tower longer. Romantic and saved the best for last the view in our entire suite. Stunning and mesmerizing from sunrise until you head to bed.

Reservations were perfect; Kristina Gallo made that possible. When we arrived, Marjorie, at the reception desk, was so wonderful and amazing 👏 we would definitely 👍 go back again 😀!! Thank you both for making this so easy for us to arrange and to have no worries & just have fun!! 💜

We were in a pinch at 8PM on a Wednesday night and needed a room. We called the front desk and the gals were very accommodating. They reserved a room for us and we headed that way. The lobby has a beautiful carved carriage sunken into the floor. It was awesome. They offered us a room with a water view but issued a thorough warning about noise from the restaurant/bar downstairs. Since it was winter we decided to take the chance. Room was very spacious and nice. We decided to use the coupons they gave us at check in to visit Martini Bay downstairs. After a long stressful day, the dinner and drinks were just what we needed. We didn't realize that the restaurant closes at nine and arrived close to 8:30PM. The waiter treated us with so much kindness and we never felt rushed. When we realized that we had come in so close to closing we apologized but he said it was no problem. We really appreciated the service we received. After returning to the room we could hear some faint TV noise from the bar below (stays open much later than the restaurant). I'm sure during the summer it can get quite noisy. They made us sign a waiver to stay in the room saying that they had warned us about the noise. We didn't have a problem and enjoyed our stay.

Not a bad place, but I can't believe they let the security guards at Kokomos smoke while they are on duty. Disgusting habit. Nobody wants to deal with second hand smoke.

This property is showing its age. It started life as a Ramada Inn, so the potential for a higher end resort experience is limited to its original design. This is particularly true for the guest rooms. Onsite and nearby amenities are quite good. Choice of restaurants and night spots. The front desk team is very pleasant and helpful. We visited over the Christmas holiday and enjoyed the many lights decorating the property and adjacent buildings. The London Bridge was beautifully lit up. All in all, a nice place to visit, the rooms just need a refresh.

The only information I can give you about this place is that I have been informed by the Lake Havasu Police department that there has been a no trespass placed against me for this establishment! I am a man of Jesus Christ and if I'm not allowed to go there neither is he??? I'm a very peaceful honest and loving person if they have a problem with me that I believe they just have a problem period. I've never been in the place so I can't tell you what it's like at all. And I will never be able to tell you I guess?? And you know it really really really really hurts my feelings because I just don't understand why I am not allowed there??? If I were you I would go spend your money somewhere where Jesus Christ is allowed 😇😇😇 God bless everybody!!! HowRad Oh and come listen to me singing under the London Bridge everyone says I sound fantastic🐲🪽

My husband has had a 30 timeshare at this resort, his yearly maintenance fee, is over $450.00 a year! The last few times we've stayed here it is lacking maintenance, the housekeeping staff doesn't have a clue how to clean the toilet, mold ring all around the bowl, or how to report to maintenance that the tub won't drain, completely plug with black greasey nasty hair! The sheets are so ruff that I got blisters on my elbows from rolling over at night! The patio doors need replaced thru out the entire resort. They are wood doors about to fall off the hinges, the weather stripping is missing under the doors , leaving at least a half inch gap between the door and the floor, great way to get bugs in your room. The hot tub needs to be separated from the splash pool, so little kids aren't constantly jumping into the hot tub and splashing the grownups in it. Needs a rule, adults only, 18 and up! If they had a minus star, that's how it should be rated! The staff are friendly that is the only plus they should get!!

Love this place. We own a timeshare here and they always treat us like family. It's a great place. Need to either have a boat or arrange to rent one.

The hospitality staff was rude. The housekeeping and maintenance staff were amazing. The restaurant and bar staff didn't care much about your meal. The servers did not help each other out, but the bus staff worked very hard. It was OK to serve cold food and improperly made drinks. Don't forget to check some kind of LIMIT on your room. Because that allows the restaurant staff to add at least 100$ to your bill!

Just went to meet with my daughter and her family, but as always, the staff here are excellent, the rooms are gorgeous, and Havasu City is a great place to vacation! So glad I could gift my daughter our week this year!

It seems that they have done some renovations since last year. The Bridge view rooms are always nice. Weekends can be a little loud from the bar & music. But all-all just good times.

London Bridge Resort is centrally located on the water. Suites are nice, a little dated, however very comfortable. Plenty to do from the pool, to walking the boardwalk to look at all the boats, and has bar for after dinner. It was pricey, however it was during the busy season and was completely sold out.

A very nice location to take in many activities within the resort and surrounding area. The staff in all parts of the resort are accommodating and a great resource of information. The Martini Bay restaurant is very tasteful and authentic with a great variable cuisine. Kudos to the London Bridge Resort and it’s stellar staff!😊👍😎✌️

This hotel is built along the London Bridge, purchased from London by Robert McCulloch in 1958 to attract property buyers. It was broken into bits to be re-built on site in Lake Havasu in 1968. It was completed in 1971 and movies have been made about it such as Olivia starring Robert Walker, Jr. and the 1985 TV movie Bridge Across Time. This place is so special that it is in my book "Arizona's Historic and Unique Hotels". Dr. Diane Holloway Cheney. Be sure to have the London Bridge cocktail.

Pretty cool overall. There were some loud guests on our floor but that’s not really the hotels fault. The pool area seems to have a lot of people sneaking in by either jumping the fence (there are stairs that lead up from the river walk) or the go to the gate and slip their hand through the gap between the gate and fence, then push the button to open the gate. You’re supposed to wear a wristband in the pool but there isn’t really anyone enforcing that. The upper pool is heated. The lower pool has the slide and hot tub. There is a bar on the lower level. Drinks are around $7. They seem to go through towels pretty fast. The room we had was nice. 2 queen beds in spectate areas with a bathroom in between. Another full bath off the kitchen and a pull out couch. A small balcony and a spiral staircase to the roof top patio which is private but not much of a view. For the price and the location it’s a nice place. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. There is a bar in the hotel and a small store. From the hotel you can walk to the next bar over they’re essentially on the same walkway.

We came out to visit friends. London Bridge resort was great except for telling us that the pool was open with a slide. 1 hour after we checked in they were in the pool with a jackhammer ripping everything out. We did enjoy the lights on the bridge and walking in all the christmas lights.

Visited LBR several times and it has always been delightful. Excellent customer service, clean well-appointed rooms, Wonderful, happy environment. Waterfront facility that offers boat slips for its customers as well as a choice of dining options and an amazing view of the world famous London Bridge. Best resort hotel in the area.

spacious & clean rooms. The staff had an attitude on the phone. I wouldn't really recommend coming here it was boring. The club at night was super loud and we could barley sleep so try to get a room away from it if they offer.

First time going to havasu.. found this place online and booked it for our family. Location is good, a little outdated but it’s okay. Service first night with the gentlemen at the desk was very helpful. Now the bad parts. 1- we called about bringing our 14 lbs mini golden doodle who ours fully trained and super obedient. Loves lakes and boating. I called when we booked the hotel. They said no dogs whatsoever.. well I saw about 10 dogs in 2 days there’s, I heard on floor 3 a few yapping dogs through the night. I saw employees helping a non service dog in an elevator as it say scared to enter the elevator. I saw a huge Dog at the counter checking in. I love dogs but to be told no dogs at hotel and see this, well it really frustrates me. I paid a decent amount to follow the rules and have the dog watched. Either follow and apply rules or don’t have that rule!!! Secondly the gym is garbage. Give a bigger room please with new equipment that works. The exercise equipment would keep turning off while working out. It was very small and almost an after thought to add a gym. We asked for a checkout at noon and was told no. We are fully booked and can not.. However she said if you want to book another night you can for an additional $350?? What? I was just told you are fully booked and now you are offering my room for $350?? I was told under boat docks here are secure and locked at night.. No, nothing stopping anyone from the doors. The gates are all broken and anyone wanting could walk right down there. I was told you would have to use your key to open the door. This place needs an overhaul with his to communicate with guests, needing also a fix up and update please. The pool could be great with one small adjustment .. Every person that I saw the few nights we stayed complained about the same thing.. A Hot Tub needs to be Much warmer, it’s the same exact temperature of the main pool. Seems like they are trying to cut costs at the customers expense. It was convenient yes, but on the verge of maybe staying again or trying another place more updated near. I hope to see they fix this place up. Hopefully they reach out and address the concerns I have after spending the money we did here. We did enjoy our trip yes, would we go back to Havasu ? Yes, we would stay here? Most likely not. I think there are better options around for the cost. Just do a little update and we would be back!! If you agree slam that thumbs up button so they can see others agree.

Great rooms, staff very friendly, several pools, an awesome tunnel slide, boat slips ($50 day), excellent restaurant with an off the hook happy hour. One small blip, hot tub was broken. So many really cute shops, and funny staff at the ice cream shop!

The hotel itself is beautiful if not a bit gaudy with all the gold. The parking lot is very old and broken up. We had a 3 week old baby in a stroller and she was bouncing around while we walked. My friend got married here and the staff were thoughtful and extremely personable.

We had an amazing stay at the London bridge resort . The room was spacious and clean . The hotel resultant and clubs were super fun , we drank and danced etc. Be sure not to miss the signature coffee shop which makes a perfect americano and probably the best breakfast sandwich this side of Barstow . Special kudos to Janet at the coffee shop for amazing service at the coffee shop ! Can’t wait to return again .

Heather at front desk told me we were in room with view of lake and pool, then she switched it to a room overlooking parking lot. I believe someone else bribbed her. The pool is in really bad shape at least 95° not refreshing at all and the plaster is chipping off and hurts feet. The pool towel rukes are ridiculous you cannot bring towels to room. They were pretty rude and condensing.
