The location is perfect. However, the owners should invest in the property to bring it up to date. The staff are friendly and exceeded expectations to make our stay pleasant. However our expectations are higher than achievable at this establishment. Investment in furnishings and deep cleaning for both the exterior and interior would greatly improve the property. Again the location is prime but the establishment is decades behind in updates. I greatly appreciate the efforts of the staff to make our stay memorable (5 star effort!!) unfortunately the accommodations are what they are -

A big disappointment. We were in the older building, and while they have renovated the rooms they were sub par. I will say the gentleman at the reception desk was friendly and helpful. The only positive thing I have to say about our stay here. We paid over $1000 for 2 nights and we're so disappointed. They allow guests to park their boats right at the beach, a nice convenience and all were polite and respectful. They didn't, however, check. Both days there were Parties, NOT staying at the hotel, spending a few hours with their family and blaring very loud music directly at our building and the beach. One child used the beach as a toilet and they simply covered it up. The loud Ozzie Osborne and Deep Purple music cleared the beach. We called 2 times, and security was to check. After the 2nd, 2 female security people came down and walked the other way. There is no way they didn't hear that blaring loud music. Both days these people left at dusk. When my husband complained as we checked out, the young and rude manager said they paid to use the beach. I was told only hotel guests could pull up to the beach with their boat. They should have given us a credit as this totally ruined what we wanted to be a peaceful weekend. $1000 totally waisted. I do NOT recommend this hotel.

The grounds themselves were great. A+. However… charging $250 per night for the room is a joke! We paid for an”upgraded” room. The upgrade must have been for the cove view. (By the way they charge an additional $150 per night to park your boat in the cove!) courtesy docks are free at least. So I’m 50/50 on how I feel about this. Room service is non existent unless you stay a minimum of 4 full days. The pandemic is over! Yet “resorts” are still clinging to higher margins by not giving room service daily. Let’s talk water pressure and a shower the size of an RV shower! Three girls with thick long hair and we could not get the shampoo and conditioner to completely rinse out. Beds are old and you can feel the springs. Pillows are super flat and they only give you 3 pillows per bed. Could we have called and asked for more? Sure. But why not just include it, when I pay resort fees and prices I do have minimum expectations. Also update your online info for your restaurant. Online it states you close at 8pm. But staff in the restaurant said 10. We rushed like crazy to get out showering done and to the restaurant to find out we had plenty of time still. Your poor staff needs more business but half the people staying may not know it’s open past 8 since there is zero info in the rooms. Positives… location, very friendly staff, on site restaurant and bar, cove views, courtesy docs, two free bags of ice per day, good sized fridge in room with a real freezer and the rooms were clean. Oh and a nice pool! Down side… old and outdated rooms, very small showers with zero water pressure, old and broken down beds and do not even offer daily room service.

Chef will makes amazing dishes! We've made this our breakfast lunch and dinner spot for most of our stay. The poke ball is a must have!! ABSOLUTELY delicious 🤤. The staff are super friendly ☺️ made this experience that much better 😄

We booked the room atleast 2 months in advance, came with my husband and 2 kids for thanksgiving. Was put in an old room, asked if we can get extra towels as we have kids. Guy at front desk said no call us when you use what you have. The rooms bathroom sink drained extremely slow. The shower took 5-10 minutes to even get warm. Was told it’s due to no one showering in the room since last winter. What? And then to top off the greatness the heat didn’t work. I turned it up to 80 just to prove a point that it was still cold in the room even at 80 because the wall unit was ancient. I called the desk and a service man was meant to come to us but I never saw him. Then we decided to cancel our remainder of reservation and then they were like oh we were just about to give you a better room. Also you could feel the springs the bed. It was not good. And the amount of money the nautical brings in. It’s embarrassing. That was embarrassing. The only good thing was the view.

The pool is great. The rooms could use a bit of updating but not a deal breaker. Beds are comfy. Sitting on the patio, looking at the lake while enjoying drinks is oh so nice! Overall, prices for things like the restaurant, coffee, and bars are reasonable. Would be great to see a few EV chargers in the property. This is a new favorite place! This place does get pretty lively on the weekends with about 50/50 families and college aged adults but not too bad. At least not the first week of April.

If you have a pool it doesn’t mean you can name you resort or 3 stars hotel😅 I’m glad that our beds and towels were clean🥲 one of the tv didn’t work. Spider nets in the room.. U pay just for the view?.. better don’t. Go to clean hilton for cheaper and get included breakfast, there are many clean places where u can enjoy the view. Overpriced. And also when we checked in they asked us to pay extra resort fee.. which wasnt on the website…fraud. Sorry its not our problem that your system is broken and you can’t take care of it. We still had nice vacation but never again.

Not very happy for what we got for our money. Rooms are in desperate need of renovations. The toilet wouldn't flush and the sink was very slow to drain. Maintenance did show up but the problem wasn't fixed. We had a double Queen bed and they were totally different beds. One was comfortable but the other was like sleeping on a Box spring and it looked like it was just a box spring. I was just expecting so much more from this place. We were very disappointed ☹️

The rooms are in need of some renovations. The service was the best part of our stay. When we arrived we were told our room was going to be changed in order to accommodate a very large party. We were upgraded at no extra cost to us. The staff remained very kind and helpful throughout our entire stay. I even left some items behind. The hotel contacted me and gave me the opportunity to have them shipped back. The food there was great quality and taste for an okay price.

My husband and I stay at this hotel every year for Labor Day weekend for our anniversary. I am so disappointed with how we were treated. We always reserve a cove parking which is very expensive $250 a night to park our boat. We were told by French to put our chairs down and umbrella to hold our place at the beach. I think it’s ridiculous that if you’re paying for a spot at the beach that it should be reserved with a number. I used to be numbered in the cove parking but now it’s not. We left in the morning to go boating and we were gone most of the day, we came back in the evening and someone was parked in our spot. So the security officer was super rude to us and there wasn’t really anywhere for us to park our boat. So we had to squeeze into a small little space, and the boats around us were worried that we were going to hit their boat. This place shouldn’t over sell the cove parking and it’s not fair that you have to fight for a space. Everyone is here to have a good time and shouldn’t be treated by the hotel staff in a rude way. We went to eat at the restaurant, and it took almost 2 hours to get our food. This place has really gone downhill and I’m not sure we will be back again.

The location is absolutely perfect! Rooms are good size and this hotel is right on the lake! Super nice little private beach for the hotel guests. The pool is probably the best part of this hotel. There’s a bar to swim up to and it overlooks the lake! Love it here!

What a great experience! The pool and lake being so close to the rooms is truly a dream. A BIG THANK YOU to all the staff who were working outside on these hot days and still made sure we were taken care of. One suggestion I have is to put key scanners for the doors on the patio side as well. Thank you for a great weekend!

My wife and I stayed the weekend at Nautical Beachfront resort. Great views. We got one of the bigger and more expensive rooms so not sure what the other rooms would look like. Our room was spacious and clean great views big balcony. They have a restaurant and store on property. Live music sometimes. On the con side boats are on the beach playing music for most the night so we had a hard time sleeping. No cleaning service while our stay. Which the front desk is up front about it. So I guess it would depend on you if you are a late night person and likes to party a lot. We enjoyed our stay. Would we stay again? Maybe?

0 out of 10, I do not recommend. I booked for two nights but found bugs in our bed and when we contacted the first desk, they said there was nothing they could do for us. My family and I decided to cut our trip short and leave (resulting in a 4 1/2 hour drive to get home in the middle of the night) and never received our refund since they claimed that loss cigarettes near our room was MY doing (which is ridiculous because I don’t smoke.) Don’t waste your time or money, there are multiple resorts on the coast of Lake Havasu that you will probably enjoy better.

I heard such great things about this place. I really wanted to love it but unfortunately I just liked it. The views were fantastic. The sunrise was something magical however that’s where it ended being great. Went to the turtle grille for lunch before we could check in. The food was below mediocre and was just substance at that point. The bed was super close to the power cord to the lights so we had to be super gentle when we moved or the lights would turn out. Look at the second video there’s all the proof you need. Rips in the carpet near the bathroom that was not eye appealing. I plan on coming back to Lake Havasu city in the summer. Just going to try another hotel.

This is such a beautiful resort! I came for my birthday in which I received a flavorful desert, Birthday card and champagne. Thank you guys!! The representatives on site at the resort are so sweet and welcoming! I stayed in room 529 on the second floor and the sunset was unbelievable, I literally set my alarm so I could go on the balcony to watch the sun rise above the mountains. The meal I had was tasty with Salmon, there's a 3 course special during happy hour. There's a weekend breakfast buffet at times of capacity. The infinity pool was relaxing and stays at 85 degrees year-round. The room was a suite with a separate living area (no door, just separated by the wall that houses the bathroom). I plan to return for a summer visit as I heard Lake Havasu is the place to play and party around that time. Check them out!

The view was excellent and the overall look was amazing. However, the fan in the room was creaky, the water doesn't get too hot and you have to turn it as hard as you can to get it to stop. Their ice machine was also closed and we had to wait for our room to be ready an hour after checking in. Overall a pleasant experience since my standards aren't extremely high or anything.

I have been here many times, each time having a great time. I love the location and the access to the water, especially because I travel with my dogs. This brings me to the downfall of this place. Although they are pet friendly, none of their eatery is dog friendly, not even the patio area. The Turtle bar is demolished, which was a huge attraction point for me, as I love to have good food and a drink by the water in a tiki-style, open-by-the-water bar. I wasn't aware that it wasn't there anymore, and it won't be rebuilt until 2024. If you are a law and rule-abiding citizen like myself, being pet friendly is amazing, but they should work on making it more pet friendly. You can order food to go but there's no delivery from their restaurant/pool bar. You can't have your dog with you while you eat, and you can't leave them in the room alone. I definitely can't leave them in the car in the Arizona heat, so what other option can one have? Rooms could use a little more, detailed cleaning (found someone else's hair in the shower), and upon booking the room, nowhere it was mentioned that extra fees are added to the bill. Some Arizona fees are applied not only to the room fee but the resort fee AND the pet fee, and its price is based on the room, resort, and pet fee. That should be mentioned when booking. Nobody likes "hidden fees." Despite these, I'll be back. Overall, it is a great place.

Enjoyed an evening at the pool. Awesome bartender Friday night; he took care of a lot of people at one time. He stayed engaged with us & did a formal taste with straw before handing them over. Security did a good job making sure everyone followed the rules. I would have given 5 stars except guests were allowed to smoke and a few times their ashes went into the pool. Also, the DJ was playing some good music but I could have had a little better variety.

Nice place. Room was clean. Bathroom was small and shower curtain didn't come down far enough so it left the floor all wet because the water pressure was hard. Shower was small and felt even smaller with the shower curtain sticking to me because the weights didn't touch the shower except for one that didn't hold. View was nice but I suppose off season isn't the time to visit as everything closed at 4 or 6. Pool was the best feature but even heated it was still too cold. For a resort, I personally, was expecting a little more but was a nice stay.

We've stayed here a few times now, we enjoy the location. (before we stayed at London Bridge resort and you hear club music till 2am. Or i found there to be a lot more kids in the pool) Here your still close to town but get a more relaxing stay. However drinks/food is a tad more pricey.. The staff are amazing, I can't say that enough.

We decided to it might be nice to visit Lake Havasu for the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. We had never stayed at the Nautical Beachfront Resort before. As soon as I called to make a reservation, I could tell this was the place for us. Barbara answered the phone and was incredibly friendly, professional, and gave me a complete description of the resort and the location that would fit us best. As soon as we got here, I went up to the desk and there she was. Just as friendly as on the phone. She made us feel right at home and even gave us a quick tour of the resort, amenities, and invited us to Thanksgiving dinner in the restaurant. Every single employee was so friendly and did everything possible to accommodate our every need. The Security Staff and Sydney at the front desk were also amazing. I don't believe we have ever felt more hospitality than here at The Naudical Beachfront Resort. We will be back very soon.

I give this one 4 stars. Reason being is Front desk is not as friendly as most places we really wanted to stay at the London Bridge resort but it was full. Walked over to the London bridge so I could show it off a little to the husband and the front desk lady was so pleasant and nice compared to ours that refused to give us a early check in and refuse to give us a late check out when we were a late check in. They should really get some friendlier people at the front desk.. other than friendliness our room was pretty cool walk out to the beach and was pretty close to the pool as well clean room cool air-conditioning comfortable beds oh yeah we were only there one night but they do have full-size refrigerators 🤷‍♀️ That would be huge plus if I were staying with my whole family

The staff were friendly and security seemed to be doing a good job with a guest that was harassing others. Our room was pretty run down. The shower and toilet were in one small room and you had to come out to the main area to wash your hands. The tub was badly stained and some of the items in the room were quite damaged, like a broken in half lamp. It took a long time to get hot water and the ceiling fan looked loose. We tried to go to the store at the hotel in the late afternoon for snacks but it was closed. The outside of the various buildings looks nice though, modern and bright. The location is also very nice.

The 3 of us ladies go to the Nautical pool every Sunday at 9 am to catch some rays & cool off in the pool. The pool hasn't been that cool lately but it's still refreshing. The bar maid comes around to take orders regularly. Never had a bad food order; the beer could be colder though. I think the bar should open at 10 am, not 11 am, says a lot of other pool people we've met there.

A lovely resort with a very nice swimming pool and bar. It has a nice restaurant and has its own beach front going into Lake Havasu, ideal for the water lovers with boats or jet skis. The apartments a very nice, good sizes are clean and offer all the facilities you would need. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay.

My adult son and daughter and I stayed here for just one Saturday night but can't wait to go back with our spouses. We stayed in 559 (building F). The front desk was helpful, smooth and friendly. The room was large and comfy. Had 2 beds and a couch that pulled out to a bed. They have fridges and microwaves, 2 sinks and a nice balcony with seating, with awesome views! The pool and pool bar are are really cool! I have nothing but good things to say about this resort.

We stayed here yesterday and the view was beautiful. From all the hotels around this hotel has the best view and the most beautiful pool. The rooms have a back door that takes you directly to the lake, restaurant and pool. The staff is amazing, friendly and helpful. That’s the only reason why I’m giving two stars. However the Rooms are Disgusting. There’s no way to describe how Gross they are. There was Roaches, dust everywhere, Dog hair on the carpet and is had a strong smell. Christina at the front desk move us Room right away with no problem what so ever. Thank you Christina. the second room was not good Either but better then the first one. I really hope and wish that you guys update your rooms so me and my family can go back.

Great location with a nice pool and beach access. Boat and jet ski rental is within walking distance, and there is a restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch. 2 minute drive to London bridge and shops/restaurants. The rooms do look like they haven't been updated since 1986, but they are clean. There is plenty of security roaming the grounds so you feel safe leaving your vehicle parked there. Overall nice experience.

We went here for a wedding and it was an awesome venue. They had a beachfront wedding with Lake Havasu City in the background. It was very nice and picturesque. The hall where the reception was held was perfect for the large guest list of around 75-100 people. The decor was nice and the setup with a dance floor was a good size. The only recommendation is to have more than one bartender for the beginning of the reception as the line was long. I'm smart though and ordered two drinks. I'd recommend this venue for a wedding.

Nice location right on the water. The pool is great, it's large and heated very well. We were there in the winter so most other facilities were closed. There is no hot tub. Staff were extremely nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable, just a little bit worn in spots. Only disappointment was the food, we found everything we ordered just OK. Nothing bad but nothing really great either. Bar prices were reasonable.
