We stayed here for almost a month. The resort was awesome and the staff super friendly. I don’t think we walked or drove by one person that did not wave or acknowledge us. The were plenty of amenities and they were all in grade shape and you can tell everything is well kept up. The amenities included an outdoor pool, hot tub (I think kids under 14 should be allowed in the hot tub if parents are with them - we have a very mature 12 year old). We just started playing pickle ball and the courts were top notch, as well as shuffle board, bocci ball, bean bag toss (corn hole), darts, horse shoes and a rope game. The laundry facilities were very clean with lots of room. Would be great if there was a change machine in there. There were various event however due to colds going around we did not attend. It was very easy to receive mail and the small store had enough in it if you needed the odd item. The staff inside the office could have been a bit more chatty however they appeared to not be interested in small talk. It is a quick jaunt to get on the bike path and about a 25 minute walk to the London Bridge and stores. Lake Havasu City has a lot to offer and we suggest you go check it out. The only thing that would have made it a 5 stars were the following: recycling, better wifi at the location we were at (we could not even get on the “Free Public Wifi”, and if construction on the cabins started later - 0730/0800 is a bit early to be woken up by hammering and sawing - 0900 would be a better start for those of us “holidaying” - there was no mention of construction when we checked in. Having said that we would definitely come back! We wish they would open up the few water front sites to larger 5th wheels as well and not just motor homes as it was quite empty almost the whole time we were there. Thank you - Paul & Sheri

Been staying here for years and never had a problem until recently. Their staff is incredibly rude and abrasive and rather than work with their customers of over 20 years they decide to berate them. If you have a family and are looking for a friendly place to stay - this is not your place.

Stopped by to look at possibly staying here for 3 or 4 months next winter. The woman at the front gate would not even let me drive through the place and check it out. I was told we have to much going on now. This woman was not very pleasant and not a very good representative of this business. I would NEVER stay here and I would steer everyone else to a place that values your business. This place turned me off from even considering Lake Havasu as a winter retreat.

Liked that the staff is understanding, and they are the most updated well taken rv resort I've been too.

This park is another example of greed. They require payment in full up front and will also charge a high fee for cancellations even months in advance. What goes around comes around and I know I won't be coming around again after this experience.

Just left after a 5 night stay for my birthday. Been coming here for 3 years and just love it more and more every time! The community is meticulously maintained, all staff are a delight, RV spots we get are lakefront which does not get any better. Only negative is they have slowly been eliminating RV spaces for mobile/manufactured homes. Hope they're leaving the remaining spaces alone. We love this RV Resort!

We reserved an RV spot. The place is amazing! Very peaceful and relaxing. If you forget to bring something from home, there are plenty of shopping places to acquire what you need. Loved it!

This is a great place to stay right on the lake on the South side of the island with its own private ramp. Slip and mooring options. Would definitely recommend staying here. Nice trails and a wonderful pool.

We came to the resort in our RV. if you want peace and quiet this is NOT the place for you .The consent traffic is misserable .Not only cars but golf carts but ATVs it's like a freeway ! Now the traffic has slowed and we have A holes next door throwing a huge loud party .Music is way to loud .We have stayed all over the country This is the first and last time here Ruined our Thanksgiving vacation 😒 We have our windows closed .And I think this is a regular thing for this group They should not be allowed back Their stay should not impact ours The manager was rude and didn't care about our needs I will never come back and am posting everywhere I can to warn people. Ruined a year long planned vacation I had to give one star or would not post However they get a big fat zero from me

Just wanted to start by saying - Thanks to each and everyone of the staff at Islander Resort. We can't say enough great things about the Islander staff, and property. Kudos for keeping the property in pristine shape and they're always very helpful and friendly. Having The Boat House restaurant on the grounds is not only convenient, but a great perk. BTW, they have excellent food as well. We're so fortunate to be staying here for the summer!! Shout out to the staff at Islander for all you do! Dan & Holly

This is an RV Resort not a hotel so when I have the 5 stars for rooms, I was giving it to the rv pad. We stayed for a week and had a pull through spot. It was spacious and easy to maneuver our 44ft fifth wheel in and out of our space. Evening about this Resort felt like a vacation. I couldn't believe I was in Arizona. Palm trees everywhere. There were plenty of activities if you choose to be a part of the community. There were alot of snowbirds when we visited and everyone was so friendly. We did join in for BINGO night, we enjoyed making new friends. The pool was fantastic, so nice and warm. Best dog park we've been to. It has 3 different fenced off sections so your dog can be isolated if need be. There grass and gravel to choose from which is so nice. The location of the Islander is fantastic with access to a trail system to bike or walk around the peninsula. Quick loop is roughly 3.5 miles.

First time to Lake Havasu with our motorhome. Stopped by in the car to check the place out for a future extended winter stay. The woman at the entrance beligerently told us that they had too many checkins to do a "tour". Explained that we didn’t need a tour, just wanted to drive through. She still said we could not so we left. We will not be back here. Ever.

We stayed here for almost a month and leave tomorrow. This has been a great stay for us and the resort has been awesome! We had no issues with power, really high water pressure - 80 PSI, our site was gravel and very level and easy to get in and out of. They have great pickle ball courts, an amazing pool with hot tub, and the lake is amazing too. We didn’t swim due to the weather temp but this would be the place to hang out in the sun. There is so much to do here in Lake Havasu City as well. We went in a balloon ride, rented a dune buggy, rode our bikes, and had a great time. We would give it 5 stars except there is no recycling and there was no wifi at our site. We had to repeatedly come to the small library by the office and we went to the local library too. We are home schooling our kids so be aware of the wifi situation if your depend on it. We would definitely come back! Thank you - Paul & Sheri

We have had an awesome time! We will be back next year hopefully! Everyone was so nice and helpful at the resort. Very clean and the water views are beautiful. We learned to play Pickle Ball and met some very nice people! This park has everything you need!

Our reservation was rejected/cancelled because our trailer wasn't "nice enough" to stay a couple nights at this resort. Our 24 foot coachman express is VERY well maintained and has no damage to the rig, just some faded decals. I am disgusted that we would be turned away because we don't own a brand new, hundred thousand dollar RV. Ya'll should be ashamed of yourselves, and I will make sure that everyone I come in contact with spends ZERO Dollars at your fancy resort.

Do not bring your big rig here. Spots are a nice size, but there are a lot of boats, and they are allowed to park in the spots next to the RVs. Our 44' coach took up most of the spot but left a couple of feet in the front/back. Unfortunately, that was not enough room for the guy next to us to park his RV, F250 and 30 foot boat/trailer. He hit our coach while pulling in and removed a large chunk of fiberglass with his rub rail.
