This Texas Roadhouse is located just inside a mall entrance. The restaurant itself is clean and all the staff are helpful and eager to make your visit pleasant. The bar area was busy (just the way I like it) and allowed for some good conversation. I started with the rattlesnake bites, which were awesome. They don't burn your tongue, they just have a small "kick". I then had the 8oz sirloin with shrimp, loaded baked potato, and buttered corn. The steak couldn't have turned out any better. It was cooked exactly the way I had asked it to be. The bud light draft was also perfect; nice and cold. The bartenders were very friendly and most importantly attentive. I never once had to flag them down. If you want a great meal at a fair price and also great service and conversation, definitely stop by this Texas Roadhouse. You will enjoy it!

I'm pretty sure this is the best location, I've only been to a few others, and they were good. If you live out here in Lake Jackson, you have the best. This one wins. It is located inside the mall but you can see it from the outside. Sherry Ann and I went in and sat at the bar. The bartender was very hospitable, personable, and attentive, and I dont think I ever saw her on her phone . It's weird that I noticed that, but I did. She was there to work and gave her customers all of her attention. Her name was Leslie and it was her birthday. We were there right before 5 pm, and the place was already busy, not packed yet but getting close. We had two managers stop by and greet us, then came back to check on us. It was a Wednesday. These guys are doing something right. Our food came out fast, fries catfish, and pulled pork. I ate almost all of both our dinners. Sherry just ate her two sides of chili and salad along with one of my filets. The food was cooked perfectly, and if I could, I would have thanked everyone in the kitchen. Cold salad plates, hot side, and hot entree plates. This is attention to detail that higher end restaurants can't get right, but this place does it on a Wednesday afternoon seamlessly. I wouldn't drive to the other locations by us in Houston, but this is a destination restaurant. That is the criteria for Michelin Star.

First time here and our first experience was amazing!!!!! We were treated like family and the customer service was excellent! Jason the manager got word it was our first time and came by personally to welcome us with a goodie bag of peanuts and sampler tray of what they have offer. Christy our waitress was wonderful, I wish ever restaurant had a Christy . We will definitely be back to visit when in town. Thank y’all so much for the hospitality.

I have to give a shout out to Roadhouse! My favorite mid-priced steak house. While most restaurants in this poor economy are cutting and slacking Roadhouse is still spot on their game! They have plenty of hard working staff that kept the drinks filled and hot fresh rolls and butter coming. The courses came out fast and the meal flowed smoothly from start to finish. I love the house salad with the signature house Italian dressing. The medium rare ribeye was tender and well seasoned with a nice amount of char that added to the flavor. The sweet potato with marshmallows was a nice side. Another great Roadhouse experience!

Ate a late lunch at the bar with my best friend. Our bartender was Rob. He did an amazing job!! Thoughtful, great suggestions, quick service, bar was pristine clean, and we will definitely be back! Young man needs a raise!!

The rolls were absolutely delicious, hot and fresh, and the butter was to die for! The potatoes were delicious with the cheese and bacon. However, the service was slow, she took quite a while to get to me, and wasn't very attentive. I could tell she cared though, so I'm pretty sure she was just new. The food took about 30 minutes to get out, when it did, they forgot my fries, which was okay, because I couldn't eat it anyways, because I was too full, but I had to add it to the review nonetheless for the sake of others.The atmosphere was alright. It was dark, which I like a lot. Here's the fatal flaw, the part which is unforgivable: the steak was horrible. I spent 33 dollars on a 20oz ribeye steak, I ordered it rare. It was tough, almost like beef jerky. The fat, was hard and chewy, not soft at all. There was also no flavor to be found. Steak, was worth probably 15$ at most. Absolute waste of 33$. All in all, bad service (likely not the norm, I could tell she was new), good sides and free appetizers, excellent atmosphere, and horrendous steak. Tolerable, but not enjoyable. Would not eat here again.

So this is a tough so we sat down and from the start things weren't right. Drink orders were messed up then when the waiter leaves to fix pulled the trey which had a full drink on it that spilt all over the table and went on us. No big deal it was a mistake then it got worse. The waiter then brought us the drinks and forgot one waited 15 min still no drink then we told him he went and got it still wrong. Then we had to ask for are appetizers after waiting 30 min after ordered. Then after all that we ordered food the steaks came out my wife's was cooked well done asked for medium rare. They took it back 20 min later still no steak while we were waiting on that asked for a water and gravy to go with another meal we ordered never got that. Flagged manager down to tell them then 15 min later they brought the water out cup had dirt all over it. Then we finally got the steak well it was over cooked again to medium well told them just take it off the tab. Then when the billing came up the we had 4 separate tickets between 11 of us. The waiter rung up all the tickets up on the wrong cards and had to do refunds. Then rung up all the tickets on the wrong cards again. Then he did it again that was 3 times I finally payed cash and the others may or may not have gotten there money back. Bank statements will have to be checked tomorrow. This was just terrible. I can live with a mistake or two but at some point management has to step in and help when someone is making that many mistakes.

Tim, our server, was very attentive and prompt keeping our glasses full and fresh bread and cinnamon butter on the table. This location is within the Brazoria Mall, there was no wait. The place was clean and the ambiance was pleasant. Our food was served promptly and the flavor was perfect. We got salmon, rice, chili, green beans and sweet potato all the way(meaning caramel and marshmallows). The green beans had bacon in them and were very flavorful and that sweet potato, I didn't know what I was missing until now.
