This Inn was the perfect getaway for my husband and I. Hospitality are Gene and Linda's middle name! They are very visible, accommodating and friendly. The breakfasts are amazing- every detail is thought of and the food is tasty! The dining room girls are the best, and the whole atmosphere is like you just stepped back in time to a calm and quaint life!

This is the most grand bed and breakfast you'll ever experience. The rooms are decorated in different luxurious themes with fireplaces & hot tubs. And the owners make you feel like family. And the best part is the breakfast on the sun porch ! To tell you how wonderful everything is and made from scratch is an experience you'll never forget. The Lamplight Inn was Wonderful! We can’t say enough about this B & B! My husband and I just spent Two wonderful days here! We stayed in the Carriage house! It was very clean ! The bed was so comfortable ! The service was top Notch! Gene and Linda definitely know what they are doing! Breakfast was delicious! A definite go to place! We will be back!! My husband and I really enjoyed our relaxing, weekend getaway. We visited the Ice Castles, which were very nice! The Inn is only about 15 minute drive to Lake George. The Inn is so nice and quaint. We stayed in the Saratoga Suite, had jacuzzi and fireplace, very clean. Gene and Linda are great people and wonderful hosts! Breakfast was phenomenal! Linda bakes her own home made breads and crumb cake, and Gene's waffles are amazing! Our server Amy was very sweet! We highly recommend Lamplight Inn. Can't wait to stay again.

Wonderful getaway. We stayed in the skylight suite. Jacuzzi tub, sky light and fireplace made for the perfect space to relax. Location is great - close to all the key touristy areas without being in the middle. Breakfast was amazing and Gene and Linda are wonderful hosts.

We had a wonderful experience with Gene and Linda for our close to home honeymoon weekend. Gene had great recommendations and makes the best cranberry walnut pancakes I have ever had. Our room was cozy and rhe common areas were welcoming with puzzles and reading nooks. Linda was the quintessential hostess, checking on us during breakfast with genuine concern. We had wine and cheese the night we arrived and were provided a large refrigerator in a common area to stash our leftovers. Nice proximity to Lake George far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the village.

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful week over the summer of 2020 at the beautiful Lamplight Inn Bed & Breakfast in Lake Luzerne. We were impressed with how careful the owners Linda and Gene were with the COVID-19 protocols. We felt amazingly safe and welcomed. The historic building was wonderful, clean, and beautiful. And I can't compliment them enough on the AMAZING breakfasts. Gene cooked delectable meals for the guests daily. The breakfast room is a beautiful addition to the house which I loved. And Linda baked AMAZING pastries that differed daily. We will always stay at the Lamplight Inn when we come up to Lake Luzerne!

Gene and Linda are fabulous hosts, Gene's potatoes at breakfast are delicious! The location is perfect, far enough away from the hubbub of Lake George but close enought to everything like Saratoga Springs! Excellent Inn with everything you need!! Enjoy the beautiful wrap around porch!

This is a beautiful place run by an amazing couple! Cozy and in a wonderful location with walkable options and close to other nearby attractions. We try and go whenever we get the chance.
