Great price point. Clean elegant location. Wonderful, polite and flexible staff. Professional and well equipped services. Lovely sleek rooms that can be themed easily towards any concept. Great foresty backyard with lake and sunset veiws. They do keep up with their rules in their contract which is reasonably written, so read it well and discuss their boundaries with your vendors! Everyone I invited was so impressed with the location and said it was the best wedding they've ever been to. My decorator was One Step Beyond Events and his setup in their ballroom was amazing. They do have a set list of catering and its hard to choose because they're great options!

The best place to have our wedding! It was absolutely beautiful in every space. Our family and friends love the venue! The staff worked with our every need from beginning to end. Carmen was amazing and made sure everything was exactly how we needed it. I couldn't ask for a better space to have married. Everything was accommodating and convenient for all our guests. I will recommend Lake Mary Event Center for any event. Thank you all again for the experience!

Lake Mary Events Center was the first and only venue we toured for our wedding. From the grounds, to the setup staff, to working with everyone in the front office, we could not have had a more pleasurable experience. We couldn’t imagine having our special day anywhere else!

Beautiful, professional and classic all the way around. Our wedding was everything and more thanks to the help and guidance of the Lake Mary Event Center Team and staff. From the start of the planning process to the rehearsal and the day of the event, our wedding was beyond enjoyable and elegant in every way. The team is stellar and was extremely on top of communicating details with us and I always felt like they had our backs and wanted our day to be the most wonderful that it could be. I truly don’t think our day could have been any more smooth and the people here have it all figured out!

As a wedding photographer, my favorite thing about this venue is the gorgeous Rotunda room overlooking the waterfront. It can be a little difficult to work with a backlit scene, but it’s so worth it! The fountain and porch are both features that make this venue great for out door pictures as well! While I do wish for better bride and groom suites (larger and wish they weren’t next door to each other), they aren’t the worst ones I’ve shot at. One wedding I shot here had a smaller guest list (80) and the other had closer to 200, but both weddings were gorgeous and it didn’t feel too crammed or too big for either occasion. All in all, great venue with a laid-back staff.

On 4/30/23 My husband and I got married at this venue. I'm happy to say LMEC is the only vendor that we had NO problems with. They were great. We had a tour, rehersal, ceremony, and reception here. It was beautiful. One thing I did not like about LMEC for a wedding is having to use one of the caterers off of their approved list. We did not have the best experience with our caterer (Magic Occasions) which we picked because they were the cheapest option, but was still over our original budget. We wish they let us pick whatever we wanted. Another downfall was that the rental was only for 8hrs, not the whole day. 8 hours is very fast because it had to include set up and clean up. We had to end the reception early because of a misunderstanding about time. So our reception was only 2 hours long, which sucked a lot. You can buy extra hours but its about $400 per hour and we couldn't afford to do that. They also had a bunch of smaller rules but nothing we couldn't work around. Good things about the venue included letting us move the ceremony inside the day before due to bad weather and great communication from the people who work there. Overall I'm glad we went with this venue.

Great Venue!!! Just got married there! Venue was affordable yet so so stunning and comes with a lot of great add ons. Preferred vendor list was great!! Lots of options to meet everyone’s need. Staff there is great and helpful. Simply a great venue!!

My DJ company, King Entertainment Events (Orlando, FL) performed a wedding at Lake Mary Event Center over the weekend, and the staff was top-notch. We provided sound for the ceremony, uplights, monogram and DJ Services. From the moment we got there until we left, it was 5-star service across the board. Our load-in was super easy, and the staff was very accommodating. Working with Kailey and her team from River City Planning was fantastic as well. They set the bar high when it comes to wedding venues. Great experience!
