CHECK YOUR ITEMS BEFORE LEAVING!!!! Every single time we have ordered food here in the past 6 months, we have paid extra for bacon or sides, to not recieve them. We have lost over $20 at this point because there is no quality control before running food. We have been coming here for years and have never had this issue, but we are losing money going to this location at this point. I don't live close to this location, I should not have to go through every item to make sure it's correct, but this is where we are at. Really disappointed in this location recently.

Last night it took 23 minutes to get our food in the drive through. By then every car behind us was served and gone. Our onion rings came to us cold. They had to go back inside to get our sundaes which they remade because the first were too melted to serve to us. If this was a one off occurrence I would not bother posting this. But 3 of my last 5 visits to this location through the drive through have been horrific like this. I avoid this location whenever possible. The only reason I stop here is custard would melt by the time we got back from the next closest Culver's location.

Convenient to the highway, quick on and off if you're traveling. Good place, the staff are friendly and courteous and the food is what you'd expect from Culver's (very good).

Extremely consistent, good comfort food. Customer service is excellent, always helpful and positive. There's a reason why you see a line of people waiting here, when at the same time, other similar restaurants are empty.

I've frequented this culvers over the last year. The food is usually well assembled and not all over the place. The drive through usually has a 20-45min wait during the time I'm there to pick up lunch for my client/patient, and the people are usually friendly. Management here is great about resolving any needs or questions. Overall, I would recommend this culvers if you're not in a hurry.

I love Culvers! Yesterday was just a quick drive thru snack of French fries for me. They came out fast and hot and perfectly crisp!

Lake Mills' Culvers serves crispy fries, a hot grilled chicken sandwich, and soft drink efficiently. The order was perfect and I enjoyed my lunch in the car. But the best part was I could actually understand the woman on the microphone!!!

The Culver's in lake mills is the best I've been too. Great service, great food. They are almost busy, but worth the wait

The fresh burgers are worth the wait. I substituted fries for cheese curds and they did not disappoint! We don't have fast food even remotely similar to this on the east coast so this was a pleasant surprise. Salty food - but man did it hit the spot!

I love the salads but last night my Cranberry Bacon Bleu Salad was pretty much lettuce. Missing chicken, bacon and Bleu cheese. Didn't realize until I got home that it had 1/2 the portions as usual.

Consistently good food and service. So many places are stingy with custard toppings and mix-ins, but this place actually puts enough candy in their concrete mixers. Curds are always fantastic here.
