Everyone was very nice, but on both visits the wait time was unacceptable, and I felt that Dr. Frome was rather un thorough and in a rush. It may have just been a busy day (both times) but, this is MY LIFE. Maybe I should have spoken up.. But the energy was "Your finger will be fine. I have more important things to do."

After discussing with the receptionist that my 83 year old grandma had 2 hip dislocations on a hip replacement, she scheduled us with a doctor who knew nothing about care for such an incident. He told her she should see his partner because this was not his area of expertise. Then Summit proceeds to bill her and tells her she has to call in to make another appointment instead of making her one on the spot.

I generally don't do doctors and don't have much respect for them as they don't promote nutrition or personal responsibilty. But this place was full of healthy looking beings who obviously take responsibility for their health. They were efficient, friendly and I got all my needs met under one roof. Best medical experience I have ever had! I bedazzled the darling finger cast they made me.

Dr Gillis did an excellent job performing a four corner fusion of my wrist. My follow up appointment after 6 months of physical therapy confirmed this fact and I am confident going in for surgery tomorrow to have my other wrist done as well. He is friendly and always gets to the point of the visit right away.

I went to get my knee checked out after hurting it a couple of weeks ago. Very friendly staff and Drs, they answered all questions. The facility looked very clean and professional. Will return if I ever have any further needs.

Great surgeon, good guy. He and his team helped me through one of the most difficult times in my life. I am now on my way to complete mobility after my left tibia plateau was shattered. Can't thank the summit team enough.

Friendly, caring, knowledgeable and communicative. They stay ahead of the curve, anticipating/knowing what I'll need and scheduling the referrals and/or follow ups! Dr. Frome did an amazing job with my surgery and was quick to correct an injury that seemed minor but could have killed my career.

Summit Orthopaedics is amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Frome preformed outstanding work. During my initial surgery and throughout my recovery. I was very lucky to have her as my surgeon/care team. I can't say enough, how great my experience here has been. I highly recommend this place.

I recently underwent a total hip replacement with Dr. Amer Mirza, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. As a 35 year old requiring a THA, Dr Mirza approached my care in an individualistic, informative manner with his calm, respectful and reassuring demeanor. He took the time to answer all my questions and put me at great ease as to what to expect postoperatively and took the time to go over the trajectory of my hip replacement. The attention to detail was unparalleled. Dr Amer Mirza is a skilled physician, and I feel very fortunate to have been under his care. I am 4 months out from my total hip and able to resume an active lifestyle - walk up to 10 miles a day, bike, swim, etc., with zero reliance on any form of pain medications. If you are searching for a surgeon to consult about a joint replacement I would high recommend Dr Mirza.

During my first visit in December X-rays were taken that did not show the ankle break. I was not given a boot. Second visit, no X-rays but given a boot. 3rd visit better X-rays were done and the break was clearly visible - 2 months after walking on it. Dr Vende at the third visit was very clear and helpful. Sadly the ankle is still a problem with pain and instability. I am now scheduled for physiotherapy.

The staff here are super! Friendly, helpful and efficient. Dr Mirza is the absolute BEST. Kind, patient and the top in his field. We feel blessed to have him as our surgeon. A million thank yous would never be enough.

Well so far the dr. Was nice But rescheduled my partners surgery not once but twice now so he is stuck in what can only be described as traction ,and has repeatedly been put off . Not a very professional way to handle your patients! We will see how it goes from here.! If you want to be treated like you matter to your doctor I suggest going somewhere else!

Excellent surgeon. Calm and kind. Explain s things well to patients. Great office staff. I love the picturesque and animal videos in the waiting area They have life savers in a candy dish for patients. Great group

I’m going through my second set of experiences with this practice. The first was corrective surgery to my right hand and now my left. From Reception to Surgeon all have exhibited care, efficiency, and results that are impressive and seldom seen in other practices.

Everyone there were professional, friendly, and helpful. My questions were answered clearly and patiently. I am very impressed, and have no problems recommending them.

If it is frequently a 45 minute wait past the scheduled appointment time—you can’t keep describing it as emergencies that occur. It is a known recurring inability by management to properly staff for both sides of the business (Summit + GoToOrtho).

I'm a patient of Dr. Corey Vande Zandschulp and I've received great care here. This was my first time dealing with a serious injury and everyone at Summit has been kind and patient with me. I ask a lot of questions and I always get straightforward answers. My surgery was performed nearby and that entire process was as smooth as possible. I came here because I was treated at Legacy Emmanuel but I'd recommend Summit anyway

This is the only place that could take me on short notice. Had an x-ray that confirmed a fibula break. Others had me waiting over a week although the break was almost a week and a 1/2 ago. (Thought it was just a bad sprain). It would have been 3 weeks to a month before anyone was able to see me. Unbelievable!! Thank goodness I found this location. Walk in and out on 40 min.

I walked In, no appointment and filled out info at end of day. Had a short wait, staff made it happen collecting info and xrays present to Amer (my new best friend). We analyzed info, made a plan with pragmatic approach for knee to keep myself moving forward.
