Everyone was so nice! The tour was super peaceful. Fun to see that there’s activities for all ages. Clean, mask worn, respectful place. All my questions were answered by the missionaries. For sure coming back again

Love the visitor’s center! My favorite times in particular are during Christmas and Easter when there are programs (little concerts, held in the visitor’s center) put on by local artists sharing their talents to give praise to our Lord and Savior. I love to take my little family (hubby, two toddlers and a baby) there to the temple grounds just to soak up the overwhelming peace felt there. Year round they have tours open to everyone around temple grounds, explaining the meaning of the temple and the symbols you see on the outside. The tour guides are missionaries from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, these ever so helpful and caring tour guides/ambassadors are able to answer questions about the temple and questions about Jesus Christ. Individuals and families are welcomed here!

I love to visit this center. The missionaries are always friendly and a joy to meet. They were able to provide a tour of the temple grounds. The video room is a special place. Every time I have visited, I have left feeling edified, uplifted, and strengthened in my walk of faith. Its a great place to learn more about the temple, about the purpose of family, and about The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Its really worth coming out anytime during open hours, or for a special evening or even a date night. The grounds are peaceful and beautiful and while visiting I have felt the Holy Spirit of God witnessing to my spirit of His Great Love.

Beautiful grounds. And while the people were “nice”, they’re very pushy and arrogant that they know better than me about myself. A few actually kind people, but a lot of dirty looks for showing my shoulders.

Beautiful place! Wonderful people! It is so peaceful and relaxing. Walking around the temple grounds and seeing the beauty is amazing. The people are very friendly and I could tell they were genuine. If your curious about the importance of the temple they are open and willing to share!

The atmosphere was so welcoming! The Broughs, Packers, B. Glenn, B. Melissa, Hermana Blake, Hermana Rodriguez, Sister T and the other sister missionaries were amazing and super helpful and friendly. I was invited to play my ukulele and harmonica at their monthly Monday night devotional. Everyone gave such a warm reception. We were also able to walk around the temple grounds to see the gardens and structures, which were so beautiful.

PERFECT. The place is nice and clean. All are invited to enter. No need to be a Latter-day Saint, the visitor's center is for all. The Christ statue is beautiful. The visitor's center has a lovely display of Book of Mormons in diverse languages. There's an interactive game for little kids or anyone pretty much where you can match the temple with a geographic area and guess what takes place in a temple or a chapel, a fun activity to color the temple. Also, also there are lovely and amazing sister missionaries who are always there to help. Suggest strongly to go. 😃💛💚💙

It sits behind the Portland Temple. It's the place to go and learn with videos and Missionaries. No obligation. There is a beautiful Spirit there.. Go in and enjoy learning about The Lord Jesus Christ and His Temple.

Everyone inside is super friendly and will answer all your questions! The grounds nearby are well kept and gorgeous! They rotate the plants seasonally for the weather! There is a sweet spirit of peace and tranquility even on the grounds and I love how it is nestled in the woods and you can see the spires of the temple from the freeway! Please go to the visitors center and learn more about God's plan for us!

I have not gone on the grounds themselves. Mostly because I don't believe in witchcraft of the ladder days saints conduct.
