    Update Oct 2023: Still the worlds rudest McDonald’s! Just close this location! Lisa ruins this location and any chance of enjoying your meal! Her disgusting personality ruminates throughout the entire establishment, again I asked for a recipe because they kiosk doesn’t print in and it’s like I asked her to give me a million bucks, her gripping, moaning, complaining, mean comments, and disgusted looks were beyond anything I’ve ever seen. I asked for my money back because I got the feeling she was GOING TO SPIT in my food. This is the rudest staffed McDonalds ever! I asked for my receipt because I didn’t get it. The shift manager Lisa is the meanest there, she told me how I just asked her to go through thousands of transactions and that it would take her hours, she complained to me over and over again, stating how busy she was, well I hate to break it to you but your job is to give me my receipt when I ask. Then when I told her I just placed the order less than 1 minute before Lisa told me I was rude and wouldn’t help me! I don’t understand how you can be in customer service and hate people so much as to be a mean rude person when asked to do your job! You need to fire Lisa that shift supervisors or make her a burger flipper/position where she doesn’t have to interact with human beings.

    Checked in for my mobile order with the front counter, wasn't actually checked in. Asked the manager for assistance, Manager Lisa had a bad attitude. Her staff seems to be getting under her skin. Seperate your customers from your staff with how you talk to/treat people. And to top it off, you gave my family some kinda warm but going cold fries after I waited for 30 minutes for you to pull it together. I hope you don't get fired. I'll do my best to be nice to staff when I'm paying for a service, despite your attitude, but you earned this review.

    The guy using a fake English accent to take my drive through order charged me for the wrong order at the window. When I got to the next drive through window the woman who barely spoke English accused me of trying to steal $10 worth of food. She said I didn't pay and when I showed my receipt she took the receipt. I gave back the food. The idiots charged me $3.00 on my card. This place is terrible.

    They keep underfilling our sundaes and McFlurries. Here are two we ordered at the same time today. The M&M one is sooo unacceptable low...this is a photo before we ate any. My called to inform the manager and spoke with Lisa who said they're supposed to be this way. She was also very defensive and rude towards my mom.

    I went in today and they were having technical difficulties which I understand is stressful, but the Shift Manager, Lisa, was very frantic and rude to everyone I saw her interact with. She was raising her voice at myself and other customers and she kept interrupting people whenever they talked to her. Whenever talking with customers she had a negative tone and spoke to everyone like they were stupid. Overall Lisa had an attitude. All the rest of the staff was able to keep their calm and even someone who looked like the store manager was laughing and helping customers with whatever they needed. I understand that Lisa was very stressed out but I did find her behavior unacceptable.

    Well on the outside, this McDonald's looks really great. It has a nice asthetic, and it's a well designed building, along with a modern contemporary look. Location is convenient and the drive thru is setup nice and proper. The staff was very friendly and professional. They greeted me with a smile when I walked in, and was great in communication, specifically in wait time and just regular banter. The reason for the 3 stars though, just had received do with the "cleanliness" of the location. The men's restroom, while not in complete disarray, was not very appealing. And even the actual dining room area, did not seem overly presentable. I would feel comfortable eating and returning here, but just my intuition impressions from a first visit.

    We ordered through the app. When we arrived waiting in the app parking, nobody came out after 15 minutes. The employee came out and explained the screens were down then asked our order. She took the order and went inside. After 20 minutes elapsed yet another employee approached the vehicle to explained the screens were down and could he take our order. After another 10 minutes we entered McDonald's to find the original worker sitting on the floor. After asking her if she remembered me, she assured us "he" was taking care of it. Finally the order was filled after 40 minutes!

    Friendly service. I have been visiting for the past 7 years and the managers were great. Staff were helpful too. Food is always good. Simple and consistent. Wish they will bring back premium chicken tender back on menu. My favorite combination from last year are the McRib + Holiday Pie. Download the app for good discount. Funny: when I ordered Holiday Pie, there was an option for Make it Meal? I thought it would come with extra fries and drink. Luckily, I clicked the button out of curiosity. It added second pie for less than half price. Good deal!

    Disappointed the in-store environment is cold and impersonal. Order at a kiosk, no personal greetings, staff backs are to the customers at all times, orders are called out by numbers and food left at counter. Won’t return to this McD.

    They close at 10 which is fine, but we got in line at 9:40 and took 20 min to even get to the menu box. There was 3 cars in the line... There is a very rude worker there who clearly is not happy to be working (at least fake it..) I drive uber and uber eats so unfortunately I have to come to this location quite often and every experience is a nightmare one way or another.

    I love the fact that there's no huge golden arches sign outside this restaurant. It's stylish, cozy and has a lovely water fountain outside that creates a relaxing atmosphere. Gorgeous gardens, delicious food and great table service.

    This place used to be nice and clean. might be short staffed but do what you can. Tables are dirty restroom is ok sometimes theyre busy but sometimes theyre just talking while people wait minutes. Quality is good tho, accuracy and friendliness is good too

    McDonald's is easy and convenient. The drive-thru wait time is ridiculous. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly.

    Staff opened the door for me when I came in a lil late I was stunned :0 and then I hopped along inside, curious as to when my food would come out. And low and behold my food! I giggled with excitement as I rushed towards those doors again, I said my thanks and headed off to the warmth in my car, shut my door and released a long sigh of relief. Today was a good day, and to eat probably something so unhealthy it'll destroy my insides slowly for the next couple of years, it still tasted mighty fine and worth the drive. God I love living life and eating yummy food.

    Went thru the drive through and the thing girl working the pick up window had the most amazing outgoing and genuinely happy attitude and it even made me have a better day because of how she carried herself while helping me... And all she did was hand me a bag of food people.... More of us need to be like her. I wish I remembered her name if was so nice and refreshing to see, hear, and experience it... So please if you are the young dark brunette that worked on December 6 (maybe the 7th) @ around 3 or 330 pm in the pick up window ... YOURE F'ING AWESOME AND DONT EVER CHAMGE BOO 😘😁🙏

    Walked 1 mile. Middle of the day. Planned on fries and a coke. Door was locked. Only drive-through. Short handed. Tough to get help these days.

    Staff was incredibly friendly however the parking lot structure with traffic is very difficult to get into and maneuver. If there is a line parking is nearly impossible. If there is a line getting into the parking lot can be difficult with traffic. Drive-thru is a little slow but the experience itself wasn't too bad.

    This location Seems to shut down whenever they feel like it. Some days it’s 10 PM some days it’s 9 PM and they don’t let anyone in the drive-through no they are closed. I got trapped between a bunch of cars and nobody knew they were closed at 9 PM even though it says 10 on their website. I left a note that says please let your drive-through customers know you close at nine. They put a NOTE On there dining doors even though dining closes at 7pm! But NO drive Thru sign. I saw eight cars waiting. And more as I was leaving… Unbelievable. I went to all the people who were waiting and told them not to bother- they were closed! Good grief - ur getn a bad rep guys

    Went to drive thru after making a mobile order. Only custom request was for "no cheese" on the breakfast sandwiches. 4 sausage egg no cheese. Went to drive thru to pick up, and asked again to make sure all the breakfast sandwiches had no cheese. She responded with confidence. When I left the sandwich even had no cheese on the receipt and special labels on the sandwich, but the sandwich had cheese in it. I don't think this place actually looks at the order request details. Second window pickups are operated by young highschool kids.
