Debbie is amazing! I came in after suffering for nearly a year with skin issues I wasn't able to solve on my own. I am not a person that takes good care of my skin. I'm not going to lie. But Debbie at SkinSense Spa works miracles. When I left her business my skin felt like it did when I was a kid... soft and supple. The thing about Debbie is that she has a holistic approach to skin and takes the time to learn about you and your skin type. I have super sensitive rosacea skin and feel a bit nervous about new procedures and products on my face, but I LOVE seeing Debbie for Microderm and oxygen facials—she is extremely thorough in her consultation and always checks in with me during the process and a couple days later to see how my skin is feeling. I’m always someone who has done what they’re told and cared for their skin like they should. But this past summer during covid, I started experiencing mascne, and as someone who has never experienced acne before this was literally devastating. I tried everything and it just continued to get worse and scar, which was almost as bad. I was at a loss for what do to and my mom told me to see a facialist. I looked up spas in the area and found Debbie. I read reviews and seemed like a lot of people struggled with the same issues I did, and they went to see her with good results. Y’all. All I can say is WOW. I have had facials before and I guess they were always ok and relaxing but never felt catered to my skin specifically and what it needed. Debbie goes above and beyond, easing my skin in slowly to make sure we didn’t irritate it and cause further breakouts but also treating the issues at hand. I have benefited so much since starting with her. I don’t get upset and discouraged when I look on the mirror anymore and truly feel she’s made SUCH a difference. She’s thorough in explaining what she’s using and why she’s using it. I also love the skin care line she carries and uses, so much that I’ve purchased a different product almost every other visit!
