So was thinking 5th time would be the charm after 4 failed attempts to make a simple coffee drink, but at 6am friday 4/29. I ordered the same drink I get from Dinkin for the last 6 years. I gave them 2 times to fix the drink and as the line was building they offered to refund me but i was sure it would cause the people waiting to be late for work so I declined and left for the last time. It would have been nice to have a SB in the Deana but so much for that.

The girl who worked there was extremely friendly and helpful. The drink she made was REALLY GOOD & the food/deserts she recommended were also very good.

Here is our drinks after returning them once. We got brown sugar oat milk shaken expressos. I am not paying $6 for a glass of foam, the staff here needs to be trained to make drinks correctly. I will not be going to this Starbucks again as it has been a persistent issue. We even talked to an employee who was extremely rude and unprofessional, she said it was the correct way to make it. This seems odd since every other Starbucks makes it without half a glass of foam. I regret wasting money here.

Didn't do Starbucks, I shop at Safeway love their produce department. I also have my medicine at the pharmacy bast price around

This location is always out of the breakfast items I want but they make up for it with good service and other options.

I actually prefer this Starbucks over the other ones I have been to. Don't have to sit in a line for 5-10 minutes when I can already be on my way with my order. The hot beverages are always great and they don't taste like cough medicine the way some Starbucks make it. The frappe's are on point as well. The hot foods is good, staff is friendly and professional. My only concern, and it's not the teams' fault, is that there are times where they may be out of stock with an ingredient from time to time. Besides that, I'll continue doing business with this location.

This Starbucks has great customer service. Everyone there is so nice. I can be having a bad day and they all say hello and it brightens my day. The drinks are always well made and they get everything right. I love this Starbuks!!!!

I typically don't go to SB bc I don't care for their hot drinks. I needed to break a bill and went to BK 1st who was out of everything I attempted to order, which is how I ended up at SB. Their cold drinks myself and SO got were delicious and the service was fantastic. Even though they too were out of 1 of the items we purchased, their attitude was significantly better than BK was and they offered us alternatives to that particular item too. Great location & service!

I just waited ten minutes in the drive through without anyone saying anything. I pulled around and the front doors were locked before 4pm and two girls leaving the parking lot. There was no sign anywhere that they had closed early, and other cars went to the drive through after me. This is unacceptable, and plain rude. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I always go here to get my baby cappuccino !! Their coffee always rock. This location is inside the Safeway so don't aspect more but whatever they can they doing very well for sure.
