I am submitting this review after visiting this location several times (I think 5) to make sure things we didn't like on the first visit were not isolated indecencies. I've concluded that this RAM location has bad service and sub-par food. Service: every time we have visited it has taken at least 10 minutes to be greeted by a server, regardless of how busy the restaurant was. On our most recent visit, I got a side salad, but didn't have any silverware. We watched our server stand and talk to people (who I'm assuming they knew) at another table for ten minutes while we tried to flag them down. We also witnesses other tables having difficulty getting a server's attention. Atmosphere: I DO NOT recommend visiting this location within an hour of closing. On our last visit we were sat at 6:45 but were reminded that the restaurant closes at 8 by the hostess. No big deal but we were surprised that we were reminded so early. Turns out last call for food AND drinks was 7:15! By 7:30 all staff were putting up chairs and doing closing procedures instead of tending to customers. I understand wanting to leave work at a decent time, but it really feels like you're being pushed out of the restaurant before they even close. We have experienced this on more than one occasion. Food: the food is sub-par compared to other RAM locations. On this most recent visit I got a burger that had fried jalapenos and cheese sauce. The jalapenos were rock hard and the sauce was obviously not fresh because it had a crust on topfrom sitting too long. It was not appetizing to look at and didn't taste great. Bottom line: we had high hopes for this restaurant, as we live nearby, but are disappointed. We will be patronizing other restaurants in the area instead.

Came around 4:30 pm on a Sunday, seated immediately in the bar area. Our waitress was amazing. Appetizer: Mozzarella sticks were the best I’ve ever had. They just melt in your mouth! Dinner: Blackened salmon, asked for mashed potatoes instead of rice and it was DELICIOUS.

Update: excellent service by Aiyanna. Very quick order and attentive. Food was as always delicious. Though the burger was very juicy. I did order a bit pink though. Update: Consistent even after 5 months, just as good as the first time I came in. And the bartenders know their stuff. Original review: Perfection every single time. You can taste the grill on the steak along with the cacophony of delicious spices. Beautifully smooth potatoes and cheeses-a variety, no copout to be found. Perfect texture and tenderness on the steak and vegetables. Perfect caring and attentive staff every time I come in too. Service is a little slow when they are busy but I gotta tell ya every bite/drink is well worth the wait.

My experience at RAM Restaurant & Brewhouse was a bit of a mixed bag. On the positive side, I have to commend the staff for their exceptional level of helpfulness. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and assisted throughout my meal. They were attentive and accommodating, which definitely enhanced my dining experience. However, while the service was outstanding, I can't say the same about the food. It was just okay. I tried a couple of their signature dishes, but unfortunately, they didn't quite live up to the expectations I had based on the menu descriptions. While the flavors were decent, they didn't particularly stand out, and the presentation was rather ordinary. Overall, if you're looking for a place with great service and don't mind food that's just okay, RAM Restaurant & Brewhouse might be worth a visit. But if you're primarily focused on exceptional cuisine, you might want to explore other options.

Everything was prepared nicely but was not seasoned at all or just lacked flavor. We had high expectations for the appetizer for example but it was very dry with way too much of the crackers for breading and not enough filling. It was assembled to look good and it does but that's about it.

Had appetizers and kids meals. Just an FYI, the kids menus list "scoop of vanilla ice cream upon request" but you need to ask for it and it is good.

Edit: I changed my review from 2 stars to 1 star because they asked me to reach out. I sent an email where they requested I send one and never got a response. I guess they just want to make it *look* like they care. We first tried Ram Restaurant and Brewhouse in Tulalip and had a great time. Great burgers, great service, great beer. Unfortunately, Lake Stevens location can’t seem to crack the code on how to cook a burger to the requested temperature. We’ve eaten here 4 times (twice dine-in, twice dine out) with tonight being the last time. We always order burgers because this is our guilty pleasure, burger joint. Every time we order medium-rare and medium. Every time, they both come out well-done. Tonight I specifically asked for them to talk to someone in the kitchen and BEG them to cook it medium-rare. When I arrived, I cut the burger in half in-front of a staff member. Sure enough, well done. I admittedly didn’t have the patience to wait for a new one. So I took my well done burger home, choked it down, and won’t be going back. Tired of eating food I didn’t order. 2 stars because the staff is friendly

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Our server only came by to get our order and check. It took well over 40 minutes for our order (pizza and fish and chips), got charged $3 more for getting tater tots instead fries, which came out 10 minutes after the pizza came out. Fish was BEYOND greasy to the point I couldn't pick it up without it falling apart. Ate one and my stomach was upset from the grease. We will NEVER come back. Do better!

This will be my last time coming here. The last several times something has been wrong with my order. I gave them another chance because they sent me $10 off for my birthday. I should have known to stay away. They couldn't figure out how to take the $10 off and after waiting ten minutes and the manager couldn't figure it out, I paid full price and left. They didn't offer me a $10 gift card to make up for it next time or anything to make it right. Then I get home and my chicken sandwich was burned and completely dried out. I hope this review keeps you from being disappointed like me or sets your expectations of you give them a shot.

A great place to eat, sit and watch sporting events at the bar. A very long bar! Or, you can be seated at a table. The food is delicious! Great burgers and a lot of menu choices. The employee are fun and efficient.

Been mug member since they opened. This location has had major decline in customer service and quality since GM changed few years back. It was still our regular place due through the vid years due to a dedicated staff. But it seems management ran the best ones off about 2 years ago. Since then it is very disappointing. I still go to places former staff moved to. They still treat us great. Not sure i will keep the membership. I feel the place really needs new leadership.

I had ordered the Olympus salad to go. When I got home and opened it I was surprised to see there was no avocado, the extra dressing I had ordered was missing, and the sliced chicken breast I paid extra for was slab of chicken whole! The avocado on the salad was the selling point for me! I paid over $20.00 for this and couldn't be more disappointed. Will not be going back and anybody thinking of going should bring their business elsewhere. Not worth it! Wish I could give zero stars.

You guys are sleeping on this place!! It’s amazing. The food was great, drinks were not light handed, and our server Lot was amazing! 10/10. He was very knowledgeable about the food and drinks and super nice! This was my first time here and I will definitely be coming back and telling my friends about it.

Eh. The food was eh. The atmosphere was eh. The service was eh. I didn't find anything special about the place. Nothing BAD, but also nothing good. However, the pretzel bread thing was really great. Would eat the pretzels again.

It was the best customer service we received. We had a server named Kiera?(might be wrong). But she gave us the most pleasant service. The food was good as well. If I visit my sister again, I will definitely go here again.

Went here today with family for lunch. Our waitress might have been having a blasé kind of day because that's how our service was also. The pizza was good, but my Wagu burger was overcooked. My waitress asked how I wanted it cooked, which I especially appreciated. I said, "Medium with a little pink." It came well done. We were outside dining on a beautiful day, but man, is it crazy loud with a busy road just on the other side of the bushes. Also, the kids get their menu with pictures to color in - BUT - No crayons if you're outside dining. What tha wut?! Meh, kind of experience.

Amazing place for a quick filling lunch! Happy hour options and prices are awesome, so we didn't have to spend much! The music is trendy and fun, and the food was amazing! I highly recommend the pork cantina tacos.

Loved the atmosphere really clean and lots of space. Our server was Connor and he knocked it out of the park. Now the food Was also really good. I had the salmon dinner and five others in my party all ordered something different. We also started with the apps and we all left aull with to go boxes. Great food fantastic service and very clean atmosphere with lots of open space made this a five star experience.

Fun architecture with bright walls of windows, wood furnature, and industrial metal styling set the Ram up for an esthetically pleasing, Open concept, pub style environment. Safe to bring you family, you'll find it is much quieter and more sedate inside during the earlier weekdays than in the evening and weekend time slots Where it can get quite loud from all the happy animated conversations taking place at each table. Large screen TVs show the latest in local or in demand sports for those who want to watch from the bar area. The booths and tables of the general restaurant also afford plenty of viewing options from most seating vantage points as well for those terrible folks like myself with no manners who also might enjoy watching the game. Brighter but still nice lighting and friendly knowledgeable staff have made nearly every single meal I've had here a good one. My only issues were during the transition period when the restaurant was trying to re-open and staff itself post Covid shutdown and honestly both instances could have happened at any restaurant, especially if the chef or cooks are still learning the menu or their trade. One item was just a rather bland dish that normally is wonderful and it wasn't such an issue that I said anything. The other item was simply an issue with an easily missed quality control and under cooked main which was quickly exchanged for me with a whole new item perfectly prepared. The staff were very quick to address the issue at hand and fix it to leave me happy. The outcome left me still happy to be their customer when I can. So besides the 2 instances that were not perfect during a massively stressful and challenging transition time for the whole dang world, the Ram has plated lovely food selections that are good enough to keep me coming back when life allows. I would normally have said they were on the slightly pricier side for the food, however to be honest they are probably exactly where they need to be given the current cost of food in general. Meals can go from right around $10 for a simple lunch entree or special item to as much mid $30's for the more technical meals with higher end meats or fish options. This while more than I personally am able to spend very often is not so far out of line as to keep me forever away, and it is a local place of choice for several people I know. A good place for a nice meal out with friends. Or sneak some of the game with a bit of snack or even just a good place to go to get a break from having to cook and clean up the kitchen after making a meal for the family. 😉 Only thing to watch out for is how fast the drinks, desserts, extra sides and toppings can add up. If not paying close attention it can definitely bite you in the backside and take a good sized chunk from your wallet before you even notice what you have done. So go out and have a nice time at the Ram. What better way to end a day than with good company and very good food?!?!👍☺️🤌

Received the dirt cup dessert and the soft served ice-cream was completely melted. I brought this up to the waiter and showed him that I couldn’t eat my cup with a spoon because the consistency was very watery. The waiter then proceeded to tell me that the ice-cream (melted shake to be exact) was on point. Never was asked how my meal was and nothing was corrected. I didn’t make a big deal about the dessert but my six year old daughter barely ate any of it. Service could be better at this location.

I came in and placed an order to go. The friendly hostess said I could sit In a booth and wait. I was on the phone chatting while waiting and this short dark haired waitress came to the table and just stared at me. She had ketchup in her hand so I politely asked what I could help her with as again she is just staring at me. She very rudely snapped " I'm your server" I told her I was waiting for a to go order. She rolled her eyes stomped off and muttered something about me being in a booth . I immediately turned and said loudly "excuse me!" The coward kept walking. I told the hostess what happened, she stated it's not the first time and that she would tell the manager. She went and told the manager. No one came to Apologize to me, I was given my food and I left. ONLY GOOD THING WAS HOSTESS. AVOID this place. If the manager allows his staff to disrespect customers, and keep their job then I'd say they should both be fired. Will NEVER EVER go to this or any other RAM AGAIN. Go somewhere else, there are so many other options. Besides the food sucks anyway. this company should be ashamed.

We chose to sit in bar and I hadn't been to the Ram in around 10 years so I asked for a Kraken IPA. The bartender said we're a brewery we have our own beer. I asked what type of beer they have on tap. She repeated annoyingly we're a brewery all our beers are on the menu. Typically a bartender server would suggest something similar..... horrible response. I ordered a burger with mayo mustard ketchup only. When I received it I had no condiments and the server who delivered my food had to run and get some apologizing. Overall the burger was fabulous! I ordered the fried pickles as an appetizer but they came with my dinner. I wouldn't order them again. They were not cooked long enough so the batter kind of rolled off of the them and the dipping sauce was weird. I think they need to change their grease because the crust tasted burnt even though they weren't cooked long enough. Loved the flavor of the hamburger. It reminded me of The Chicken Drive In burgers from the 80's. Good quality meat! Delicious! I would go back and have another burger for sure! The IPA I ordered was similar to the Kraken IPA hints of fruit. Paired well with the burger.

Overall, decent. I don't think they were expecting the large crowd at lunch, so the staff was very overwhelmed. I had to correct my son's order, wait for the tartar sauce that should've accompanied my fish and chips, and we never received beverage refills.

The service was excellent. Our server was super helpful and gave us time when one of us was running late. Really attentive as well. I got the Mac and Cheese with shrimp and mushrooms as and add on. Holy pants of necromance!! So darn good! Everyone else's food looked delicious as well. If it wasn't far from where I live, I would go here more often. Special occasions of course, I'm not made out of money!!

It was just 2 of us. Kathryn was our server and service initially started well, we were able to get drinks and an order placed. Food took longer than it should, especially with how few people were in the restaurant. After our food arrived no one came to our table at all, not once. Luckily we asked the food runner to grab us silverware. The $17 burger was super charred and covered in so much pepper it was literally just pitch black. The calzone had literally two bites of cheese, one at the beginning and one at the end. It also burned my hand as extremely hot grease poured out of it as soonas you picked it up. We had to get up and grab our own ketchup from the bar. I never got a refill. The same server did check in with the table literally right next to us but blatantly ignored our table (we could see her the entire time, she was not busy), no clue as to why she choose to ignore us, we were pleasant the entire visit. We had to scoot our empty plates aside and put napkins on them to finally get her attention for a check which she brought over and finally offered me a refill (once we were entirely done eating even though my glass was empty almost the entire meal). This restaurant is definitely not one I plan on going back to anytime soon.

Food was good but a bit salty. I had fish and chips and my lady had the blackened salmon. I prefer to salt my own food and my lady's salmon was salty from the rub. 2 other guests with us enjoyed their food no problems

Good food, good service, and plenty of loud fans to cheer on the Mariners. The only knock would be parking. The lot had few spots open but they weren't all in the restaurant. Not sure where everyone was but we got a good spot and enjoyed it overall. I had a great tasting burger. The chicken strips were nice and crunchy. Mom said the cod was excellent.

Amber, Chris and Jo are the stars at this location. When we see them, we know we're going to have a great time and great service. A couple newbies are learning the ropes from these pros, so the experience is bound to only get better. When you go, check out the pizzas on the menu. They're always delicious. The chicken strips, salads and Reuben are also really good. Lots of beers on tap and refreshing iced tea too.

The Ram is a really good spot to meet someone for a meal. The food menu is vast and has something for everyone. I have had their nachos, wings, and a few different burgers and sandwiches. All were excellent. Their beer list at this location is excellent. The cocktail menu is also expansive and has enough options to meet any type of drink you could want. I highly recommend the Ram.

So, I ordered a t-bone Medium Rare. I splurge once every couple of months on a red meat debauchery. The flavor was OK rather salty. Meat was medium rareish toward the bone, but the steak was a little on the tough side and unevenly cut. Very thin in most places and also Medium Well instead of rare. My server however was a 5 star experience and I will give their sirloin a shot another day. The mashed potatoes were real and very creamy and the mix of green and waxed beans were a tender al denté and good. We all know why we order t-bones though. We expect THEM to be the star of the show, it wasn’t. :(. The potatoes and beans were. I will give it another shot another day, but I can’t in good conscience recommend a tough, poorly cut t-bone. The cut matters and this t-bone would have been impossible for Gordon Ramsey to get an even Medium Rare out of. The server here was good though, so overall decent lunch experience.
