I
went
to
City
MD
on
2/18/23
at
9am.
My
throat,
ears,
and
head
were
in
pain.
After
getting
examined
and
discussed
my
1
allergy
to
Cefdinir
(which
he
confirmed
was
already
labeled
in
my
records)
I
was
told
that
I
could
pick
up
two
liquid
antibiotics.
Liquid
was
decided
by
the
dr
since
my
throat
was
blocked
and
he
decided
I
had
tonsilitis.
I
never
requested
liquid
medicine
but
was
fine
with
it
since
the
dr
mentioned
it.
I
sent
a
family
member
to
pick
up
the
medicine
from
True
Care,
and
the
pharmacist
let
me
know
and
showed
me
the
computer
screen
where
it
noted
that
the
dr
(from
City
MD)
had
sent
in
4
prescriptions,
and
then
canceled
them.
No
new
prescriptions
were
sent
in.
I
called
City
MD,
as
well
as
my
pharmacy
called
CITY
MD.
City
MD
told
me
that
my
pharmacy
canceled
the
prescription
because
one
of
the
medicines
went
against
my
allergy.
(huge
lie.
as
I
saw
the
dr
canceled)
Now
I
am
very
confused
because
why
would
the
dr
send
me
anything
that
would
go
against
an
allergy.
After
much
aggravation,
City
MD
continued
to
blame
my
pharmacy
and
acted
like
they
had
no
idea
about
my
allergy.
(even
though
we
discussed
and
it
was
in
my
chart,
and
there
was
still
no
prescriptions
sent
to
me.)
I
spoke
to
a
supervisor,
who
filed
my
complaint
at
City
MD.
My
pharmacy
called
me
after
another
hour
to
tell
me
that
the
dr
send
in
2
prescriptions,
one
liquid
and
one
caplets.
Out
of
utter
exhaustion,
I
called
City
MD
again,
and
questioned
why
I
didn't
have
two
liquid
medicines
as
the
dr
suggested.
The
dr
asked
me
if
I
wanted
it,
but
I
reminded
him
that
he
was
the
one
who
recommended
it.
I
never
requested
it.
I
was
told
that
it
would
be
better
for
my
throat,
so
why
didn't
he
send
that?
He
had
no
response
other
than
"Do
you
want
it
now?
I
told
him
no
because
I
wanted
to
start
my
medicine
as
soon
as
possible.
I
have
so
many
questions.
Why
did
City
MD
originally
send
4
prescriptions
and
then
cancel?
Why
didn't
City
MD
correct
whatever
error
was
made
and
send
the
proper
prescriptions
to
my
pharmacy?
(Only
after
myself
and
my
pharmacy
call
did
they
even
know
nothing
was
sent
after
they
cancelled
a
4
prescription
order)
Could
this
be
for
another
patient?
Why
are
they
blaming
my
pharmacy
for
canceling
it
when
it
clearly
showed
that
it
was
canceled
by
City
MD?
(
have
known
my
pharmacy
my
whole
life.
I
believe
their
evidence
and
saw
it
myself)
Why
wasn't
the
dr
aware
of
my
allergies
after
verbal
and
written
clarification?
(since
he
says
he
sent
something
that
went
against
my
allergy)
Why
was
I
sent
only
1
liquid
medication
when
my
throat
was
so
severely
hurting?
Please
note
that
the
nurse
was
in
the
room
the
entire
time
and
heard
all
of
these
conversations.
(I
told
the
nurse
to
note
my
allergies
as
well,
which
he
also
said
were
already
in
the
system)
I
am
thoroughly
disappointed
in
City
MD
and
the
way
my
after-care
was
handled.
I
have
always
trusted
City
MD
and
today
I
lost
all
my
trust
in
the
organization
because
of
the
lies
that
they
shared
today.
I
would
have
appreciated
an
apology
that
a
mistake
was
made
instead
of
passing
the
blame
to
my
pharmacy.
I
hope
that
this
matter
gets
looked
into.
Please
reach
out
to
me
to
let
me
know
how
you
are
handling
this
situation.
