So overall I was pleased with the services at first, but months after receiving treatment I get a bill for almost $1000. Turns out me paying $1300 upfront I was told it would cost wasn't correct. The insurance didn't cover anything. The "pre bill" they give you is incorrect. So now I can't continue using Aspen dental all because of them telling me that insurance will cover X amount when that is wrong. They tried to get corporate or some higher levels to get rid of it in "good faith" using a balance inquiry and claims update, but they merely lowered it by $60. I'm not saying that all aspens are bad, but I would avoid this location until someone figures out what is going on. I have been dealing with this issue for about a year getting it fixed with zero success. (Since 2022) I will update this review if anything changes, but if you don't want to go into collections and be charged more money months after your treatment avoid them.

We have dental insurance but Aspen Dental will not let us use our normal cleaning benefit. We all have to get a special cleaning that costs hundreds. Never had this happen with any other provider. Greedy money grab and a complete scam. Total waste. Now we have to get our xrays released to be able to find another provider. Complete con, stay far away. I recommend Professional Smiles. I was able to get my cleaning and pay nothing for it. Not to mention my son and husband had to be rescheduled several times. Such a waste of time. Now they only have 4 weeks to get the included cleaning with insurance before the end of year.

So, I being having bad experiences in my past with dentist. To the point that I'm terrified at it. However, the doctor here make me feel so relax and he understood my fear and treat me so so well. I'm speechless of how nice he was with me. Never in my life a doctor treat me with such a patient and understanding. Love it!!! Definitely coming back! Recommend 100%

I couldn't be more pleased with the staff at the Lake Wales location The intake process was seamless and all of the associates were exceptional. I was experiencing nerve pain in a tooth previously filled. The dentist was wonderful, after examination explained options and completed my procedure. I would highly recommend them.

Very impressed with the Lake Wales location of Aspen Dental. Everyone who works there is cordial, competent and professional. Dr. King is confident and he does a good job of putting an anxious patient at ease. I had a great experience there.

I saw Aspen dental this morning. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The only problem I have is the services that were recommended are way too expensive and I cannot afford them right now. Unfortunately my insurance will only cover a portion of that. I will be using Aspen again especially when I am financially able..

I am not the best patient , I i typically only go to the dentist when I am in pain . Everybody at Aspen Dental in Lake Wales is so nice and accommodating. They really put you at ease and explain the procedure every step of the way ! I definitely recommend Aspen Dental !

After 2 visits was completly Happy. Since the xrays and impressions. Now when I go back for the real work we will see what Happens. As I explain I hate pain. So ask Doctor is going to be pain? Also mention to him it will not be uncommond for me if I feel any PAIN will fly out of the chair
