Come on guys, you can do a little better. Picked up an order in the drive thru, just got home and found a half full order of waffle fries. No way I'm driving 30 minutes back but come on. Big drink big fries and they are only half way full. Let stuff a little more next time please.

Chick-fil-A has lost my business and all of the business from my family! Today I went to this location and one of the workers who helped me was a woman with a shaved head, face piercing, and two arms full of tattoos. By the way, she wasn’t even wearing a Chick-fil-A uniform. She had a maroon colored shirt that she cut the sleeves off of. This is disgusting! I guess Chick-fil-A is going woke? Well, you know how that always ends. I don’t know what has happened to this once great Christian valued company. But it’s clearly embracing the world now. Sorry your chicken is not worth all of this. I’m taking my family’s business somewhere else. UPDATE: To the owner who seems to be calling me a liar after my review. You may want to talk to you manager on duty then. I came there September 19, 2022 at approx 3:00 PM. On that day, I pulled him aside and he knew exactly who I was talking about. And also what she was wearing. He confirmed Chick-fil-A had changed their grooming policy. Don’t worry about my review… “It’s my pleasure!”

Make sure you check your food before leaving. If you are missing anything they will tell you only option for a refund is returning to the restaurant. Don't hire inept employees.

I'm done. Past couple weeks soggy fries. Orders wrong. Had the girl tonight not repeat my order to me. Then the person giving my reicept just asking my name and saying I'm good..... as well as the next car.... All new people but this problem. Has been for a while. Anyways they gave me two fries and asked for 1. And let me talk about the grilled chicken... it is my go to never a complaint but man that thing was tiny! Basically all bun I tasted. Like paper thin. Had to put my Mac and cheese to help it and NOPE! Usually it's way past the bun. And I have pictures but no option to post.

I've never had a bad meal at a Chick FIL A until visiting this location. Everything seemed fine until I went to the bathroom and saw an employee leave without washing her hands. It was odd but I didn't think much of it, until several hours later when I had a bad case of food poisoning from the meal. I won't be back to this chick fil a since it seems they don't take food safety and cleanliness seriously.

Chick- fil-A has the best chicken sandwiches and chicken varieties. No other fast food compares to the quality and service you receive. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

I cannot think of a time where I have not enjoyed there food or service. I continue to be a patron of this concept. Service is fast, friendly and most importantly, it’s never been wrong. I’m speaking of the lake worth location.

Fast service. Food was great. Went back in for a refill after leaving and the Mgr (tall white guy) was Great and Very friendly (as all ChickFilA employees usually are). Great Job Team at Lake Worth!!

Solid place to get some quick food.I have been to quite a few Chick-fil-A's but we came here at 7:30am heading to Weatherford and there were 3 people in line, no wait, great food and employees are outstanding as always.

Chick-fil-A is the standard that all other fast food joints should strive to be like. And the one in Lake Worth never lets me down. Fast service, food is always great and correct I might add, and the restaurant is full of happy employees ready to give out exceptional customer service.

Granddaughter invited us to a late lunch, which I rarely come here, But it was good, their spicy chicken was really spicy (some just say spicy, but aren't) their waffle fries were also good, i didn't think i was going to like them, but they were good, services was friendly & pretty fast too 👍

Was in drive-thru tonight and it felt like I was at McDonald’s the way the employee kept saying huh? Anything else? Your total is….& we were NOT even done ordering. They usually are the best but tonight was very disappointing, rude & non apologetic! Even forgot some of our food. Didn’t get our order correct.

Just like every other Chick Fil A,, the parking lot is horrible. But they make up for it with their chicken-nugget-goodness! If I didnt love this store so much I would complaint about the traffic and parking lot. This store is clean. There have been times when the bathrooms have ran out of toilet paper. Overall I recommend this location.

On the evening of January 18 placed a mobile pick up order. When husband return home with order part of order was missing. I was unable to return to the store for the missing part of order. Called store and spoke to Matt. He said that he could not do a refund over the phone but could send the mobile account “rewards” to account for what was missing. This never happened. It’s very unfortunate that this location is dishonest to customers.

I really like their ability to get er done. I don't have to wait too long no matter how busy they are. The food is good. It's standard fair for fast food.

Best salads in town. Large, fresh and plentiful. We went inside. Clean no nonsense "atmosphere." But today although we had our choice of any place Lake Worth, my daughter and I went there for the salad not fancy surroundings. Inside service was friendly and fast.

Out of all the Chick-fil-a's I've been to this one has the most unfriendly staff I've encountered. Completely ignored while waiting for my order and the other people around me were greeted politely. If you're in this part of town do yourself a favor and just take 5 minutes to go to the Bailey Boswell location.

Typically Chick-fil-A has really good service but this one, like the many other restaurants in Lake Worth, is a hit or miss on whether or not you order is correct. Check your bag before you leave.

On Sept 3rd we found a staple in our and and cheese, I called immediately to let them know as I would think they would want to address the rest of their product but was met with a nonchalant response over the phone. About a month later I was ordered through the drive thru and headed home. While eating fries along the drive I picked this up out of the box. This is a splintered piece of wood. This piece of wood was fried and salted and placed in the fry box without anyone noticing. It’s apparent this location has lowered their standards for quality control. They did refund my order for the wood incident which I I appreciated but the nonchalant response is concerning to me.

I'M DONE WITH THIS PLACE!! They think because they're the only location in this area, people are going to put up with bad food! I understand the covid situation, I understand having to wait, but what was once a decent fast food place is now awful! I waited for a Chick-fil-A Sandwich today and it's the last time I will spend my money on low quality, poorly made food at high prices. I've complained before. It's now worse! See ya! Keep your place closed on Sunday. Keep it closed M- Sat. also. NEVER going there again! Food is terrible!!!! I understand it's fast food, but the people saying the food is great? Maybe the employees are having friends write good reviews because mine tasted like motor oil. If I get sick from this garbage, they'll hear from me and the Health Dept ! Gag.
