We
came
in
around
2:30
for
a
late
lunch
on
Sunday,
11/12/23.
Greeter
was
so
friendly
and
nice,
we
sat
in
a
booth
and
there
were
only
a
few
other
diners,
but
as
we
sat
down,
the
table
near
us
got
a
basket
of
YUMMY
looking
fried
jalapeños,
and
we
asked
what
those
were…
we
decided
to
get
those,
and
they
came
with
buttermilk
ranch
that
was
freshly
made.
Crunchy,
and
just
enough
heat.
Very
large
portion,
so
we
decided
on
the
small
“lunch
size”
of
the
CFS.
I
chose
Okra
&
Mashed
potatoes
as
my
sides,
and
my
husband
got
mashed
potatoes
and
corn.
His
corn
was
sooo
good.
I
know
it’s
just
corn,
but
it
was
really
really
sweet,
and
not
overly
seasoned.
Next
time
Im
getting
my
own!
Big
ol’
Ice
Teas
to
wash
it
down!
Almost
forgot,
they
gave
us
a
basket
of
freshly
baked
yeast
rolls
with
strawberry
butter
which
came
before
the
food.
😋
There
is
NO
WAY
you’ll
have
room
for
the
monster
cinnamon
rolls
so
we
packed
them
to
go.
I
did
take
a
pinch
of
mine,
and
am
looking
forward
to
enjoying
the
rest
of
it
in
the
morning
with
coffee.
Good
as
always!
It
was
our
server’s
73rd
birthday,
and
she
was
headed
to
Bingo
night
down
the
road,
and
I
hope
she
won
big,
she
was
SUPER
sweet.
Everyone
was.
Ginger
would
be
proud
of
the
staff,
and
we
hope
she’s
doing
okay.

new
owners
have
a
great
staff,
many
of
whom
have
been
there
over
30
years!
It’s
the
same
ol’
Ginger
Browns,
with
that
feeling
that
you’re
family.
