    The village has really done a great job with it... But they want $40.00 for a lake in the hills fishing license this is above the one from the state.. This is crazy

    Recently renovated and still growing grass. Launch pad added, with plenty of viewing areas. Lake was drained for inspections during our visit. So artistic, I had to share pictures. Even found a clam, 😳!

    Awesome little lake for fishing. DO NOT PARK HERE AFTER DUSK/SUNSET: While nothing is posted at the park to indicate, the hours are sunrise to sunset. I was given an ordinance violation ($25 ticket) for having my truck parked here after dark while out in my canoe fishing. The LITH cops have nothing better to do than write tickets for BS rules that aren't posted anywhere.

    Lake looks nice but you need at least a daily launch fee to launch your boat/kayak/canoe on the lake.
