Always fresh and tasty pizza in here and with friendly staff!

Went at 8:30 to order a pizza as they close at 9:00. "We already put the racks away." First time I've EVER been told no when ordering a pizza 30 minutes before close at any pizzeria in my 28 years of eating way too much pizza. First time for everything I suppose.

Give your self extra time to pick up This place used to be reliable. Order online and pizza be ready by the time I would get there. Than late fall 2021 it's being going down. It takes about 30 min to be done. No one answers the phone I should try pizza from Costco you don't need a Costco card

I ordered ahead using the app . I waited until it indicated the pizza was done. They lied, it too k nearly 20 minutes after that before I got my pizza. What is the point of the app? I asked what this issue was and they just shrugged and said it is in the oven.

Hot and ready was barely warm and the pizza had obviously sat in the warmer for entirely way too long. Pizza was extremely hard and sauce was dried up and not enough put on. The staff sat on his phone and seemed annoyed when customers walked in. Worst part was that the staff wasn't wearing a mask.

Unprofessional. They have kids trying to run the place. There on there phone talking to eachother about anything. Allowing friends To sit in there and eat and conversate with them. One employee is going out the store to go speak to a friend. I ordered online and asked for my order to be ready ASAP. Then getting there and having to wait a whole half an hour. And they're just sitting there conversating while customers are coming in-and-out. I will not be back at this location again

Food was decent, server and hostess kept forgetting creamer for my coffee until coffee was cold. Had to get our own to go containers and ask for the bill. Terrible service. Wasn't busy at all.

The food was decent. Then, after eating, I wandered over by the gaming machines and was finishing my drink. I was talking to a few people in there, who were playing the machines. Within only about 15 minutes, I was approached by two different staff members and asked what I was doing. They clearly felt uncomfortable with me being there, And said that the policy is that you cannot be in there unless you are playing the games. I then went up to cash out, and confronted them about this. They said that they are being watched on camera by the governor and have to follow strict covid-19 Orders, which makes no sense. I was wearing my mask. I was following social distancing guidelines. Whether or not a person is standing or sitting makes no difference in whether or not he is a covid-threat to others around him. Their logic was even worse than their constant badgering. Sure, blame it on the state, when the real problem is that you were scared for a few seconds that you were no longer making a profit off of me. In short, I will not go back to this place because they will make you feel uncomfortable the second you stop handing them dollar bills. I understand that restaurants are in a competitive industry, but I do not like places that are all about customer turnover. It's superficial and it is very obvious to average people who regularly patron establishments like this. I don't need three brothers. There are a thousand other places I can go for decent food.

It's everything you'd expect. The servers greet you with an heir of friendliness and respect that I get at my grandma's house, it's wonderful! And then the food comes out looking and smelling pristine. Just awesome 😁... I recommend a skillet!

I came in here today to get a thin crust pizza. I had to wait over 10 minutes because it wasn’t hot n ready. As I was sitting here, I noticed that the cashier was superglued to his phone. He sat the whole time without checking on my order. My order was sat for about 2 minutes before I stood up and asked him to give me my food. He seemed annoyed that I asked him to get up. The pizza was really good though, but the service was not.

I noticed that there is no air conditioning in there and after waiting for my pizza by the time it was done I was sweating. I don’t think these are good conditions for the cashiers in the front. My opinion they looked exhausted from the heat. But over all the pizza was delicious.

I love little ceasars but yall make your pizza dry and sell it cold.

I always enjoy this restaurant, the only thing different was when i ordered the chicken teriyaki senior dish they gave only 1 piece where before it was 2 and the price was higher i didn't care for that. I loved when they had the pork tenderloin that's gone and now skimp on the chocolate dont know if I will be coming to ut there for those prices.

I went in to pick up a pizza. There were 3 workers at the front. I young man sitting on a stool on his phone. I young woman in street clothes behind the counter on her phone eating ice cream. I young man taking customers. My son worked there for a short while. He was terminated for being on his phone. While I acknowledge this was wrong, why was the other young man and woman not terminated? When confronting the “manager” Tony I was told they were not fired because they were full time. The things my son said they do there is DISGUSTING. DO NOT EAT THERE. They drop food on the floor and pick it up and reuse. They make pizza without washing hands with no gloves. It is literally GROSS! Tony is unprofessional. When asked for the owners number I was told no. W-4 filled out and not even followed.

I had a really bad experience today at this location, fist I’ve called to place an order and the phone rang for close to 2 minutes without an answer, then I’ve called a second time, same story; then I went in to order in person, the cashier was taking care of a customer and picking his pimples at the same time, that was the grossest thing I haven’t seen in a while. No wonder why restaurants get very poor reviews.

I haven't had little ceasars in ages! I asked for extra cheese and did not get it. I dont think my pizza was made fresh either. That's sad because everything should be made fresh and I shouldn't have to stand inside and watch them make it fresh. I won't be going back it doesn't have that same taste anymore anyways. Smh

I’ve gotten regular cheese pizzas from this location a few times and each time is was horrible!! Their pizzas are nothing like what you would expect from Little Cesar’s. Dried out dough, barely any cheese and it seems like they have been sitting there for a very long time. Gross…

I ordered a thin crust pepperoni and a regular cheese pizza. They said it would be 10 minutes. I wish I checked the thin crust pizza before I left because it wasn’t cooked all the way and wasn’t edible. Both pizzas were cold. It was disgusting. I tried to call to see about getting a replacement pizza, but the phone just rang and rang and no one ever answered. I won’t be back to this location again because it’s really gone downhill. I understand this is cheap pizza, but you still expect it to be cooked properly.

My order took a lot longer than suggested. I had a $10 gift card that had been sitting in my wallet for too long and planned to use it towards my bill. I spent over $80. Best Little Cesar’s we have ever had, the carpentersville and Elgin ones are awful so we go to this location because the service is better and the food!
