Zachary B. first impressions were amazing, he was extremely friendly, inviting and appreciative of me being there.I had my husky puppy with me and he was genuinely curious about her and commented on how adorable she was . The staff at the the pick up window was also very friendly. I left there and realized I had to pick up another item , so instead of going to another location which would've been easier on account of the heavy traffic during rush hour on Florida Ave, I went back purely to have an interaction with Zachary B, who was a wonderful young man and an asset to Taco Bell. I hope to see him as a store manager if he decides to stay with this company. Anytime, I've been to this location, the staff, no matter how busy they were, was always friendly, attentive and sent out accurate orders. I recently moved from Tampa to Lakeland and the fast food people are so much friendlier here than just 25 miles away.

Worse taco bell in Lakeland! 2 times not receiving a complete order for delivery. These people running this place should be fired! Yes I said it.... they should be fired. Even when you call this place no one answers the phone to report the issue. Definitely learned my lesson. Never again will they get my money.

They no longer take orders inside the store. You are forced to use the kiosk. Order never comes out correctly. Went in the store at 11am no ice tea at all and the ice machine was broken so the sodas were all flat. Never going back.

Ordered delivery that included 2 drinks. A $5.95 disposable cup fee was added. Sure was disposable, the drinks did not get delivered. The food was good, though. NOTE: If you order via the Taco Bell app there is no way to deal with missing items after delivery that I could find.

Absolutely insane the prices are through the roof and quality and portions are much smaller. Nacho bell grande now the size of my hand cheesy potato and a chalupa and drink 21.36 And no counter service touch screen only. I will never return to Taco Bell ever this is insane

Zach is the bomb, super sweet guy and he's in the best position at the pay window. I was a bad mood the day I stopped by for a quick bite and Zach turned my mood around in a matter of seconds. I agree with that other gentleman with the cute dog, he is an asset for that restaurant. Zach you rock!

If only I could give 0 stars smh worst customer service ever. Managers need to be retrained better yet fired all together. Came for a breakfast crunch wrap at 9 am got all the way to work just to see I was giving taco ground beef. SMH I don’t even eat Taco Bell’s dog food ground beef. Called and was told they ran out of breakfast meat that’s why I was giving that. That’s something you tell somebody before they spend their money I would have order nothing if that was the case. This place is a big Joke .. and the manager Millie who can’t even put her shoes on properly in a workplace had the audacity to get smart for something they messed up on. Don’t know how she made manager. She can’t even talk to customer properly. This location will be losing a lot more customers if she remains here.

Omg Taco Bell get your act together,,,, the fries are sooooo good but not up to standard,,,,

Food is fine if you actually receive you're correct order. Every time I order two nacho fries they only charge for one and only give one. I do not know if I'm being pranked or something. Usually I'm missing a taco, as was the case this most recent visit. I miss the days where you could rely on your full order being in the bag.
