My wife and I went to the grand opening for lunch. Had #2 roast beef with crinkle fries and jalapeno poppers. Food was fresh, fast service and friendly staff.

I decided to try the new waygu burger. I ordered the deluxe, which comes with lettuce and tomato. Both were missing. I also asked for curly fries but received crinkle fries. I paid $25 for 2 waygu meals. Disappointed. Not full flavor experience and pricey.

Drive thru order of French dip sandwiches did not include the au jus. Called the manager to let her know the au jus was missing and asked to re-make the meals. Manager was rude and refused to replace the now cold food. Very disappointing customer service.

We ordered 2 French dip and Swiss sandwiches and they gave us only one aujus dip. When I addressed that, I was told they did not make enough sauce. This should have been told to us prior to taking my money and sending me on my way as we could have ordered a different sandwich. We were also given crinkle cut fries but ordered curly fries. We were really impressed with this Arby's when it opened however the service has declined over the past couple of months.

Got my sandwich unwrapped it what a mess cheese all over. My curly fries were just burnt pieces. So I go to the counter mind you we were the only one in there I asked for some fresh fries and was told that's just the way they come. To busy on there phone to take care of me

The worst we have ever been treated at an Arby’s. The lady taking orders was rude. Could have cared less we were there. No greeting. We stood for 3 minutes. Every table except one was dirty. It was questionable. 2 in the afternoon. Not that busy. This is a new store and it looked a mess. All the kids in the kitchen was playing and not paying attention to the customers. Men’s restroom was a mess. There was no manager in sight. If there was it was one of the kids. 2:15 PM.

Amazing place to get food. The sandwich I got was good. The service was great and was quick to get serviced at this place. 5 stars all the way. Will be back sooner or later to eat.

Once again at the Lakeland Highlands location the order was wrong for the second time. When I called and asked for the manager, I spoke to a gentleman by the name of "Will" (who sounded like a teenager and high on something because you couldn't understand him) and he hung up on me. Is this how you treat your customers at this location? I was not yelling nor was I using any profanity. The girl at the drive through window could barely look at you and had absolutely no personality whatsoever. Way to go Arby's! Is this the way you are training your associates in how to treat your customers now? I will absolutely be passing the word along to many, many people to steer clear of this location.
