Today was our first time going to the playground and it was lots of fun . Clean and safe areas for our little one. Very well maintained. Our son loved it and we did too ! . Only thing noticed is that in the sand box inside the playground for toddlers there is a wasps nest and lots of them everywhere within that little space. Hoping they get rid of it for our babies a safety 🤗. Besides that , it is a highly recommended place for your kiddos.

This park is so much fun!! A lovely giant tree in the middle providing shade and multiple picnic tables. A free splash pad and air conditioner in the bathrooms. The playground for younger kids is completely fenced-in! Also lots of shade, it's wonderful for older babies and toddlers! The playground for older kids doesn't have as much stuff but is still fun to climb and they have spinning equipment and different style swings.

Very cute park right next to the water. Playground, picnic tables, beautiful trees, shade, splash pads (turned off when I was there 1/9/23). Right near central downtown! I'd say definitely worth a stop

Wow what an awesome park! Has play ground for small and older kids, splash pad, plenty of places to sit. We walked around the entire pond and enjoyed seeing the different birds, ducks and fish. Also has absolutely beautiful garden area, like out of a fairy tale.

We're heading to a different park and decided to go here instead. Kids loved it, huge shaded tree. Water area for kids. Men's restroom was broken and not open (hence 4 stars). We will definitely go back. Few people were wearing masks. Benches and benches with tables positioned under the tree, which was a plus. There's also benches with tables under a pavilion area.

I've been going there for many years and never get bored. Not only do my kid/kids enjoy it there but so do I. The setting/layout is perfect for all ages, although I do not own any pets/dogs, families that do have kids with pets can enjoy it together. If you or your kids get bored and not ready to go home no need to get back to your car and leave - there's a perfect lake view, flower gardens, and a nice walkway that's very detailed to enjoy for hours. Did I mention downtown is walking distance from there? Love it!!!!!

Very beautiful and well kept but splash pad was not on when we went this morning. So we played for a bit and drove back to Winter Haven to our splash pad!

It's such a wonderful park. Play area for all kid ages. A beautiful walking path around lake mirror. And the gardens right behind the lake. Conveniently located in downtown Lakeland!

This park is really nice. It’s free which is the best part lol. It has a water area for the kids and two play areas. There are public bathrooms and water fountains. There’s a small restaurant with tables inside and outside. And there is a nice water view you can enjoy.

A great family park with separate playgrounds for young children and older kids. There are plenty of seats, picnic tables and shade with restrooms nearby. It's easy to entertain the youngsters and spend several hours having fun.

Park was beautiful. Park, open areas and bathrooms were all clean. Kids park was fenced in as well as being clean, friendly and safe. You could go down and walk by the water or take a slob on the playground. Great for picnicking which is what brought us to this gem.

Absolutely love this place!! I take my grandchildren they go skating/ride bikes so much space! They have a park for them to play a little water stream my grandkids favorite!!! Also very dog friendly. Plan on being there minimum of 3 hrs there is so much to see and do.. great place for a family picnic so many trails to explore you will not regret going! But be prepared to walk and bring plenty of fluids it gets hot even though they have water fountains for not ppl and dogs.. they also have little venders that sell cold drinks and some small snacks located around the stream area and also have next to the museum a little cafe

We really enjoyed taking our grandson. It was our first time so we had trouble finding the bathrooms. Signs would have been nice. Other than that it was clean, and so much fun. Beautiful at night.

Nice park with plenty of cool rides for children. Seems the homeless are taking advantage of the covered picnic area. No problems from them but I hope they find God's calling foe their lives

I have had many wonderful, amazing, beautiful, mesmerizing, and emotional memories at this "park/lake". This park is part of the nearby lake and Hollis Gardens. I have taken my kids, girlfriend, and family here on more occasions than I can count and will continue to visit for as long as they are open. It is a must see if ever visit this wonderful city and definitely bring a camera and a towel. Lol they also have a water area that operates at certain times. Have fun!! See you soon!!

It's a fun filled area for parents and kids all around my daughter lives there place and she always gets new friends and I as well get to know the parents while my daughter plays there and the people there are so nice not once have I met a rude person there and the older kids that are there are always nice to the children that are playing. As for example, one of the older child that was right in skateboard was nice enough to teach my daughter how to skate on a skateboard. On the reason I let him is because my daughter asked and he asked for permission to teach her which was very cool of that kid to do
