Waited 45 minutes to be seated, ordered lunch after waiting another 20 minutes then to our surprise, after 40 minutes we never received any food. Not the usual Cracker Barrel I know and have enjoyed servicing for many years. The first visit to the closet old country store near my home was not pleasant. Hopefully, if I decide to return it’s much better. And I did return. Received the Best Service ever! After my first visit, I spoke to the Manager and problem solved. Thank you Rizo, we appreciate your kindness, working diligently with us and sincere service. Lunch was delicious and we will be back.

Nice place with great alternatives for the whole family. The food is so good, an experience from another world. I really liked the decorations. The place looks fantastic, you can tell they put a lot of work into the interior design. Please come and you will love it. I give them 10 out of 10. You won't regret it, I assure you !!

I ordered a dinner special, the pot roast. The meat itself was not terrible a bit tough, not very much to meat, maybe 3 oz. The liquid was very soupy with very little flavor, tasted like brown water. the potatoes were hard the carrots were squishy and the onions and celery was only half cooked.

Cracker Barrel is always good. Yesterday the Lakeland, FL franchise hosted our annual midwinter family get together with my wife, sister and spouse and cousin and partner. We are all retired and getting long of tooth, so being together to catch up on each other's stories is very special. The service, chow and rockers on the porch were all good as expected. Great day!

I personally love southern home style cooking. Decorated like a country cabin, with andtique looking decor. I live first their brunch mimosas, they always have a good kick. So I would recommend. I enjoyed the gift shop at the entrance and the very friendly staff. I did go on mothers day so it was incredibly crowded.

We have been to this Cracker Barrel many times and each time, we run into issues. This last time was about the last straw for us. We ordered a delivery order. The chocolate milk for my Little one was half full. The driver actually messaged me when they picked up the order to show me and they even asked the restaurant to fill it up. According to the restaurant, they couldn’t add any more. Also, I requested a sugar free syrup with my French toast meal and they sent 1 regular syrup, no sugar free. I’m diabetic. Can’t do the regular. On top of that, the French toast was BURNT!! I like crispy edges… but these were ridiculously burned. The fact they allowed it to leave the restaurant was ridiculous. I PAID for 4 apple butters and we only received 1. The food wasn’t even warm to the touch (the way you’d expect a delivery order to be). I’m not expecting Gourmet from Cracker Barrel, but at least some quality.

Enjoyed the food. Everything my wife and I ate was cooked perfectly and our waiter was really personable and attentive. My wife didn't complain about anything and that's uncommon only because she's pretty critical because of managing multiple restaurants in the past. I wish I remembered our waiters name from Friday night because he deserves props!! Always enjoy the amazing gift shop's great selection and diversity of products. Appreciate y'all! ONE LOVE

Gret place to eat! CB is consistently one of the best and easiest places to find good southern food. I eat here on the regular and no matter where you go, you can always find a cracker barrel along the highway. My only complaint is that sometimes the wait staff is lacking and they got rid of their good fried chicken tenders at the start of COVID. Please bring back your old fries tenders!

One of the nicest things about Cracker Barrel is its consistency. When you go to Cracker Barrel, you know that your experience will be good. Still, there are some little differences between the various locations. Tonight is chilly (for some of us Floridians), and it would've been nice to have a fire burning in the fireplace.

Our waitress was over the top. We had 17 ppl in our party, and she was on top of everyone's order, refill on coffee. Never had to wait for anything.

New Year’s Day 2024…. We arrived around 10 AM and the restaurant was getting slammed with customers. Anticipating a long wait, I was shocked when my wife and I were seated immediately. Our server, Anastasia was superb. In spite of the intensity of the dining room, she worked quickly, professionally and pleasantly. She made recommendations for our desired dishes. I commend the management and the entire staff, all who worked so hard on this holiday morning. It was a pleasure to watch as they all worked together to ensure an excellent dining experience. Bravo!

Wanted a quick dinner before a Tigers game. All 3 of us got the 4 piece fried chicken dinner. Food was overall very good. Biscuits were awesome. Sides were good. Chicken was a tad overcooked. Waitress was excellent. I would go back.

Not a fan. Just another example of greed. 7.15 for a cup of gravy n a biscuit. A cup of fruit was the better deal at 4.00. The bacon was burnt n the gravy tasted like flour. Not a fan. The fruit was great. The gift shop is the real fun here. Would love to see these National chains take a stand and lower the prices to reasonable. Greed is not attractive.

Decent food and good, if a bit unorganized, service. This place has apparently had a hard life and little care over the years. Biggest problem though appeared to be poor management. Lots of staff doing things but no organization or focus for most.

I witnessed one of your staff going above and beyond today. An elderly women needed help with picking out a gift for a wedding she was going to but due to her arthritis she needed help picking up and looking at the items. This young gentleman who was working helped her and was patient & kind .. I was totally impressed. I took a picture as he was helping her to her car with her purchase .. you are blessed to have such a young compassionate employee ...

It may have been a one-off thing, but several items from the menu were unavailable. For instance we ordered a soup to go but didn’t get it when we were given the check. When asked about it, the server went back to check. We were told that the prep chef was no longer there so there were some things that didn’t get prepared or done. Understandable but also the seasonal turkey was sold out too. That may be as expected as many people have that dish around the holidays. Again this was probably a one-off experience and would not keep me from coming back if I was provided the option. The waitress was pleasant and the atmosphere was as expected.

I pre-ordered and picked up the Thanksgiving Feast for 6-8 people. It was a lot of food - all refrigerated - that includes meat, sides, bread and desserts that you heat up at home. Cracker Barrel did an outstanding job with the heating instructions to make it simple for the typical kitchen. Using a convection oven set to one temperature, a stove and a microwave, everything can be warmed together to be ready at the same time. The turkey was boneless making it easy to carve up, and it was delicious! Everything was good, although the dressing that you mix with the supplied chicken broth turned out a little bit bland and maybe undercooked - next time I'll add salt and pepper and cook it longer than the instructions recommend. Still, it was a wonderful meal. And kudos to the local Cracker Barrel crew who were friendly and very organized on the day before Thanksgiving when I picked up the feast. By the way, it could have easily fed 2 or 3 more people than advertised - the leftovers lasted for several days!

I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Cracker Barrel's Old Country Store this morning, Tuesday 9/12/23! The Old Man's Platter that I ordered for breakfast was nothing short of incredible. The eggs were cooked to perfection, with a delicate balance of tenderness and flavor. The bacon was crispy and delicious, adding a delightful smoky note to the meal. The biscuits and gravy were simply heavenly, with the biscuits being light and fluffy, and the gravy offering a rich and savory taste that was pure comfort food at its finest. To top it all off, the orange juice was refreshing and invigorating, giving a zesty touch to my breakfast experience. The attention to detail in every aspect of the meal was evident, and I truly appreciated the exceptional quality of the ingredients. The Old Country Store itself was a treasure trove of nostalgic charm, filled with unique and delightful items that brought back memories of simpler times. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that my visit was nothing short of perfect. Overall, my time at Cracker Barrel's Old Country Store was an absolute delight. I left with a satisfied belly and a smile on my face.

I placed a pickup order upon returning home with my order I noticed my sweet potato did not have anything on it. I love the sweet potatoes because they come with butter pecan syrup, nuts, and toasted marshmallows. Called and I was told they ran out of marshmallows & the nuts must have been an oversight. I told them I wish they would have told me because I would not have ordered it. Then crickets, on the phone, no apologies, nothing so I said thank you goodbye the girl on the other end simply said goodbye.
