Maybe it was just bad timing. Heard they got new cooks, and they were short staffed. The food was decent, but honestly not worth the price, my so called Admirals Feast was actually very pathetic. The wait was very long. Luckily we were enjoying our friends company and having a good time. The biscuits were hard to get and seemed under done, very doughy. Had to ask for silverware. It seemed like there were plenty of people working there compared to how busy it was, so I’m guessing that only a few good ones were spread to thin. I’m willing to try them again possibly, but that experience was definitely not worth the bill.

Endless Shrimp! Yay! The trick is to eat the biscuits last n keep ‘em coming! I had coconut, fettuccine, Walt’s fave, grilled fly shrimp on a skewer. Omg amazing n great service too!

The absolute BEST food and service we have had in a long time and we eat out A LOT LOL. It's our 5th year Anniversary and we decided to Go to Red Lobster in Lakeland. Walked in and was greeted and was sat right away. Alexander (I'm pretty sure was his name) was absolutely awesome very helpful and pleasant he had a great attitude and we didn't have to ask for anything he was on top of our every want and need. Which made our visit that much more enjoyable. The food came out quickly and was hot and tasted EXCELLENT EVERYTHING WAS COOKED PERFECT oh another plus the restaurant was clean. So THANK YOU Alexander and Red Lobster

Man they did not stop bringing us cheddar bay biscuits. I haven't been in a red lobster since I was very little, and honestly I don't remember it all. So this was the first time in over 30yrs I've been to one. Let me tell you, that chowder was outstanding, the fish was also perfect, and when that unlimited shrimp deal comes back, you best believe I'm coming back. This deserves 20 stars, incredible service, beautifully plated food and great quality and taste. Well done!!

We came for lunch at 12:30 it wasn’t very busy and we still had to wait 10 minutes to sit down. We finally get to our table the seats are filthy, the pads feel like you’re on a rock. The silverware was dirty and the bread plates came to the table soaking wet. We ordered our food it did come promptly and the service was good from our waiter, however the food was disgusting we ordered the shrimp Alfredo there was no flavor and the Alfredo was like chewing rubber. The fish had no flavor at all. The only thing I found tasteful at all was the biscuits that they served that came the same time as the food. It’s been along time since I’ve been to red lobster rest assured it will be a very long time again before I come here if ever

My friend and I really enjoyed our dining experience. The food was real good an came out hot. The biscuits were delicious, an our waitress was especially good, pleasant and very nice. She got us what we needed an checked on us now an then during dinner. I kinda think she went out of her way to help us as much as possible. Thank you so much for a very nice an enjoyable time.

Wednesday the 20th 2023 It was me and my husbands 30th Anniversary. I took him out and we had a nice time as always. Thank you Red Lobster

First visit to Red Lobster in about 4 years. The cheddar bay biscuits were great. Shrimp was good. The rest needs help. The baked potato was on small side - $1.49 for cheese and bacon. Broccoli and Brussel sprouts needed cooked longer. The filet mignon left ao much to be desired. I know this is seafood not steak but you can still have a decent steak - even just one better than I could cook at home. It was 1 overcooked (medium rare delivered medium well) and 2 pretty sure we were charged for a filet but got sirloin. Very different cut. As hubby said “it looks like frozen hamburger patty”. First time I’ve had to use A-1 on a steak in years. $80 with tax - definitely not $80 worth of food and not worth that price. The waitress was very friendly and attentive though. Best part of the meal.

Large party to celebrate a birthday. Worst service, 40min for drinks, and no refills 30min for all in party to get their food after first plate brought out. Cold food . was sat next to vacuum on charger and lights burned out, dark. Over 2 1/2 hrs. Would have gotten a better meal at Chuck-E-Cheese. Won't be returning. Very off brand.

Red lobster needs to step its game up the restaurant looks dingy and dark .runner took too long to bring basic food and drinks. Amaral plate was not appealing. The mozzarella sticks were cold and greasy, the broccoli was overcooked. 50 dollars for food, I posted pictures of also the lobster potato was small and cold. Overall it was a bad experience. No refund or revisit is needed. please bring back the Elegance of the fine dining experience RED LOBSTER used to be known for thank you.

I was in the area a few days ago and I stopped by here with a couple of friends, it took about 20 minutes before a server came to our table. The food was delicious and we had a great time, the only thing I didn’t like was we never got refills even after we told our server. Overall, the experience was delightful.

I did the call ahead seating and still waited over an hour to be seated.(they called me as we were in the car to leave). Once seated we noticed most of the tables were empty. The service was slow, portions were small and overpriced. (12 fries with fish and chips) When I asked for extra tartar sauce it arrived with my drink... After I had finished my meal... Overall it was just a bad experience. I will Not be going back. So Sad... .

This red lobster has went down hill.i will not be going back. I ordered my steak medium rare and it came out burnt. My lobster never even made it to the table. Very disappointed will not be going back. I see why the place was empty when we walked in on a Friday night.

Had a great meal to eat. Amanda was awesome. She was very kind and nice to us. Always attentive and exceptional service. I'm glad I came here to eat. It was delicious. My husband and I both had the the lobster lover meal which was delicious. Their stuffed mushrooms are exceptional. Very great service and great food.

The 5 stars is for Peaches and Kerry the server. Very Amiable and fantastic personality! 3 stars for bisque to salty. 4 stars for the mashed potatoes.

Lobster topped stuffed flounder is what I had. It was delicious 😊 The food came out fast and was fresh.The server was nice and friendly.

Mom likes this place. Usually, its alright.. from the start our server was awesome. Friendly. My mother's silver was dirty. How does a server, rolling silver, not see it's dirty? Anyway, Shrimp Scampi was missing bread crumbs. Mom's shrimp dinner, along w/ mine was barely warm. It was early evening, around 4:30. We ate it, but... ...it all could have been a much better experience. It's not cheap to eat any meal at a restaurant, including tip. I wish the kitchen was on their game. Pay employees more and they'll probably give more. Just my observation. We deserved a WOW experience and did not get our BANG's worth, that's for sure.

We were not expressed at all. Server was very nice but seemed to be unfamiliar with the menu didn't know the cod sandwich came with a side and that the steak and lobster came with 2 sides I had to tell him. Trust me looks can be deceiving picture looks decent but the Cod sandwich was dry my husband literally ate one bite and that ruined it for him, the baked potatoes were old and burnt, the lobster tail looked awful. The server never addressed why my husband didn't touch anything on the plate that should automatically be a red flag. Luckily this was a gift card because it was not worth the almost $50 we won't be back.

It was a Friday night and also a graduation ceremony for a lot of seniors when we went. But it didn't seem to be extremely busy to me. The girl that waited our table was pretty good. BUT the people in the kitchen, that's another story. We were asked if we wanted some of their "famous" biscuits, of course, we said yes. But we never got the biscuits until we finished our meal! Oh, say about an hour or so after we were originally asked for the biscuits we got them. Yes, we had a party of eight, but our food got to us BEFORE the biscuits! The only good thing I really liked was the staff out front and the manager were good. The rest is maybe questionable.

The food was great! Loved the unlimited shrimp! The waitress was not attentive and we waited a long time for refills. She was a little crass as well, she forgot to charge us for 1 drink and told us to make sure we add it to the tip. 😳We were there for lunch right at 11am on October 28. I would not want the same waitress again 😜The food was really good though.

I took my family to dinner there recently. We were seated fairly quickly and we ordered two apps. Forty five minutes later the first one arrived and the second one ten minutes later. I was doing endless shrimp. The rest of my family got their entrees and I waited another while. Finally they were delivered to the table and I ordered more. The second one came forty minutes later. I stopped the manager and explained what was going on. She said oh I'm so sorry. Let me go talk to the back and see what's going on. And we waited and waited some more. Finally I stopped her as she walked by and said so what did they say in the back? Remember we talked earlier. She said oh yeah and I'll make sure I put a discount on your bill for you. Again I'm sorry. She did put a discount on my bill. But the whole experience was very disappointing.

Our server was amazing. Professional, attentive. Very friendly. The food was beyond delicious. Everything was hot when presented. Wonderful. Tony and I will be back. We were both so full we forgot to get his picture by the sign. A very nice dining experience.

It was a great experience! From start to finish! It took a few minutes to be seated, because they were cleaning and getting ready for the end of shift and closing! That didn't stop them! We were greeted and seared! Our order was taken! Food came out in good timing! Everything was great! Only complaint was we only got 3 biscuits! Not sure, if that's standard? But, we would've liked more! Thank you for good team! I recommend this place!

Slow service and long wait for food that has no flavor ,very bland order the Cajun chicken alfredo ask for no Cajun spice but the sauce nor chicken had flavor and it mixed in together

Yolanda needs a raise!!!! My fiancé and I went in for lunch today. She was the best server we have had in years!!! From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out. The hostess was so sweet too. I recommend Yolanda when you go! 💛
