POSITIVE EDIT UPDATE - it’s been several months since this incident. I didn’t see this employee much after this and I’m pretty sure they no longer work there. Every shopping trip since had been amazing. We chat with the store manager quite a bit bc he’s very involved and available around the store. He’s so kind and polite. All is well again! I usually love Aldi. But tonight will make me reconsider. At 630 I checked out with the cashier vs the self checkout and he was so rude. When I say he threw our items into the cart, that’s exactly what I mean. Threw our produce into the cart and then heavy items down on to our produce. Damaged some of our items on the bottom. That was so unfortunate as we usually shop there once a week. I am willing to go somewhere else and pay more to be treated with some dignity.

This particular store wasn't as clean and orderly as the other stores I've been into but the staff was very friendly. The prices were on par with the other Aldi locations. The produce tastes fresher than some major food chains. Thank you for the experience.

Great as always. The store is always clean. The cashiers are always amazing. Cashier today was Sterling and she was fast, friendly, and efficient. If I had any complaints it would be that the bathroom is a one person occupancy and I was getting the stink eye from and older woman waiting to use the bathroom. I was no longer than 2 minutes so she was being incredibly rude and impatient for no reason. That’s not on Aldi though.

Store is quite packed with customers. I find the best time to go is an hour or two before they close. Make sure you bring a quarter if you want a cart. Decent prices, love the cheese varieties, lots of gluten free foods available, and produce is usually good. Make sure if you fall in love with something that is a limited time item, to stock up! You probably won't see it again. Lines can get long, but I know the few staff you see running around not only cashier, they stock all the items and do other various store jobs as well. It's what keeps the prices low.

Always find unique things on the specialty isles. Good fresh produce & prices. Need more than one cashier though. Don't care for their yogurt 😛 Parking good

Good prices for good products. Very good fruits and vegetables. Good soups, really good Dark Chocolate and Sea Salt Granola, most all their store brand items are good. You can eat really good for great prices. Some less than Walmart.

What's not to love about Aldi. Their products compare to name brand items which blew me away. American cheese for example, I always buy kraft but not any more. I am picky and so far I have bought nothing that didn't stack up to name brands. I love love ❤️ the 12 grain bread. I saved over $40 on my first trip. Try their ready made fresh pizzas. If that doesn't hook you I don't know what will. I ❤️ Aldi

I was impressed. Had never been in Aldi before. Great prices and good selections to pick from.

Excellent prices on the groceries

Many good deals. Much better than Large groc chains. Great deals and quality wines, chocolate, good deals on cat canned food but none of the cats will touch the Aldi dry food. Basic ice cream and sundae shoppe frozen fruit bars good deal and taste.

Love this store, great products of other brans but very good quality. Prices are very competitive . Will continue to buy everything here before I continue to stop at the big store place.

I try to go in the off hours during weekdays and still have a hard time finding our popular staple items. I haven't been able to get frozen broccoli or spinach in MONTHS, since they're always sold out. Don't get me wrong, I love the prices are often less, and the fact that they have some organic options.. but they are constantly out of the products we need.

Aldi staff at this specific location they treat people differently and disrespectfully. I was paying at one of the self service and a white older thin lady at the register asked me if I don't know how to scan the bananas, the guy next to me asked for assistance and she said how can I help you hun, yes no problem my pleasure to assist, have a great evening hun. So I don't recommend this store to anyone. I don't feel welcome at this location. Not a friendly place to shop if you are Hispanic or Latino.

Very clean, super affordable, I still get meats and produce from publix, but Aldi Is a great way to get pantry items, breads, and dairy. Most items are their brand so know that when going, but it's just as good as name brand and far less expensive and they will sometimes have great household finds, which are awesome. I do love this location. The one I shopped in NY was not as nice and clean as this lakeland store is.

Aldi always sucks I only go because my wife likes it for some stupid reason i hate having to pay for bags they never have anything. they have one damn registry it's all automated anymore. no customers service and the deal they actually do have they are always out ofm I will stay with my local harveys and Publix thanks but no thanks

Good prices, not a large selection of name brands. Their store brands are pretty good. We shop there occasionally

One of my favorite food stores. Prices are fair and products are good. Right now the prices got crazy high. A lot of things are out of stock. They had a good supply of products but some products were not there.

Out of stock on a lot of things. Advertised items seem to not be in the store. Don't want to hear lame excuses that Brad gives, we are in a pandemic! Really Brad, new subject. Walmart and Amazon has no problem getting products on the shelves.

Great fruits and vegetables, all of their store brands that I have tried have been good. Great prices!

Great prices, but staff is not too friendly. Guess I will drive a little further to Plant City. Their staff is much more friendly.

I gave this place a two star because the place is salmonella waiting to happen to contaminate everyone in the store. The eggs were busted all over the cooler where the eggs are kept. The floors were horrendously disgusting. Everything was just dirty. It seems like there was nobody that cared about the cleanliness of this store. I got the couple items that I needed and got the heck out of there. I don't know how anyone could run a store like that. But I guess Florida doesn't have inspection standards like other states do. I probably won't shop there again not unless I have to. And then I'll be weary of what I need to buy. I used to shop here about a year ago because it was close by my house. I moved away for about a year and now I'm back and this is the closest grocery store to me and I'm very disappointed on the way the store is now kept. The cashier was very friendly though that's the only thing

This place is doing outstanding they are growing so fast at the parking lot never looks like it's empty. And if you get tired of shopping go next door and grab a quick bite at the buffet. That way you can go back and finish shopping.

I really like shopping at Aldi's, but this particular location doesn't seem to carry much in gluten-free options. We end up at Auburndale location because of that. Wish we didn't have to make that trip especially for out holiday meals. The staff are great though & I always get excellent service with a smile!

I love Aldi. Premier goods, fresh produce, fast service and very kind check-out staff. They move fast but not too fast to greet or help you!

Sunday afternoon disaster. Lots of items completely out of stock. Much of produce looked as if it had been rooted through by a bunch of wild hogs. I usually like and prefer Aldi. I like their prices. BUT...Will never go here on a Sunday afternoon again.

I prefer their unsweetened almond milk over any other brands out there, the prices are amazing and has a great selection of specialty cheeses. And I love how they are coming out with low carb options! Thanks Aldi Caww cawww!!

Clean store and great prices. Next time I think I'll try going earlier in the morning because the shelves were already half empty and it was only noon. But definitely worth the trip.
