Good afternoon, everyone. Today is a picture-perfect day here in Lakeland, Florida. So far, out of 65 parks that I have been to here in Florida. This is the most beautiful. I haven't taken this many pictures in one place. Everywhere you way, you look is a different view. There's an asphalt walkway that goes around the entire property. Which is great for anyone in the wheelchair needing to get out to get some fresh air. Most of it is shaded . There's quite a few benches along the way. And a couple of small picnic spots to take a rest and eat something. When you enter into the park, there are pavilions Not sure if there is a rental charge. But they're stationed all over the property. Some right on the water and some in further. Apparently, there's a big baseball field volleyball as well. There's a double-sided boat ramp with very easy access.I didn't see any prices . And plenty of parking. There's a lot of different varieties of birds. And on this trip . After walking the trails and shooting pictures. I had a visitor. My favorite is a bird baby red shoulder hawk. He flew down, and we had lunch together. There are signs posted by the water that say. ( Beware there MAY be alligators) There's definitely Alligators. You need to be on alert and looking around at all times at this park. Definitely stay out of the brush and check the bushes when you're walking by because they come up and cross the asphalt and go into the shade. It takes me about an hour and a half to get there, but it's definitely worth the ride. I hope that when you're in Lakeland, Florida, you'll stop by and check out Lake Parker Park. Enjoy my pictures. Be Safe

Great spacious. 4 trails each under one mile. Dog bags are plentiful. Pavilions are first come, first serve. Boat launch. Pickleball, tennis courts, shuffleboard and lawn bowling are available. Restrooms are available, although I did not use them. Great playground was not crowded. Nice views of Lake Parker and lots of wildlife and shaded benches. Disc golf course seems well maintained and used. People are pleasant, not crowded on the weekday morning. Protecting against mosquitoes is a smart idea. Pavement is not rollerblade friendly. Love having it close to my winter home!

A nice park that’s almost all shaded minus the soccer fields. Several paved trails that are highly trafficked. Still nice to have just outside is downtown. Boat ramps and fishing. Have an Awesome little play areas for the little ones.

You can see birds squirrels and a lake where you can enjoy fishing you can and enjoy a bicycle ride. Nice and pleasant place. If you like reading bring a book you will enjoy it.👍

Beautiful park, Very well maintained. Lots of wildlife. A great place to throw a quick round of disc golf, or to just wander around and take in the views. This park really allows you to forget where you are and just enjoy the outdoors. What a gem! I am from estero and i can tell you there is no place like this in swfl. Snyder park on the east coast is very similar, but simply does not have the degree of charm as Lake Parker Park. If you're ever in the Lakeland area check this place out. You won't be dissapointed.

Lake Parker Park in Lakeland is an exceptional park. Plenty of parking, lots of walking trails and beautiful scenery. There are many park benches and tables. The park also provides trash containers and has restrooms.

This is a great Park to walk trails, walk your dog, and to have parties with your family. It also has a wonderful playground for children. The outside Pavilions are first come first serve. The covered screened in Pavilions are by reservation only. But the other Pavilions that are not screened in are first come first serve. It's also a great fishing spot and there is a boat ramp for you to go on the lake. Enjoy your time. Usually Lake Parker opens at 7 a.m. and it closes at dusk.

This place quickly became one of my favorite local parks for walking. Great paved walking trails, most of which are shaded aside from a few short streches. You also get little sections of the trails with some nice nature views. It has a big play ground/jungle gym area for kids and lots of nice pavilions, some next to the water, for parties. I would highly recommend this family friendly park. Update 7/5/2022 - still a great place and it's constantly being updated

Great place to go for a hike or a walk. We love taking our dogs out here. There's great views of the lake. Make sure you bring your mosquito bug spray. There's a lot of them out here because of the lake. There's nice Pavilion for family gatherings and a nice playground for the kids

This is a nice park with several things to do. There are several walking trails that take you around the various park features. Also there are a lot of covered picnic areas that are great for birthdays or gatherings. It has a really nice playground for kids. The main trail has exercise challenges all along it so you can get a great workout if you walk or jog while stopping to do each challenge.

Great play area for kids with numerous activities including a mini zip line and music spot. We still haven tried the trail around the lake as kids never got out of the play area. They had a ball.

Such a beautiful park! Loved walking the trail and doing the activities. Water was beautiful. So much to do and see here. We actually enjoyed this park better than Bonnet Springs because it was more natural. Saw lots of different birds and adolescent alligators by the hold hands of children sign. Great park for the kids to play on as well with zip lines

The playground is amazing for children, the pavilions have enough space, but you have to arrive very early literally before the park opens to be able to take one.
