They actually made my doughnuts when I ordered them and it was the best I have had in a longggggg time.

You can’t go wrong when the hot sign is on. It’s unfortunate this is the only location in our city and it’s on the other end of town. I remember eating Kristen Kreme as young as 6. A long time ago. They still have the same great taste. Back in the day we would take any that were three or four days old and put them in the freezer. Once frozen we would take a little butter and put them in the skillet and brown them a little on both sides! Yummy

I visited to get my free birthday dozen. The employees were really nice, wished me happy birthday, and gave me hats! My doughnuts were fresh and hot.

I love Krispy Kreme doughnuts! They have PLENTY of options available, even for those who are on an ovo lacto vegetarian diet. The doughnuts are always fresh, but when you come in when the outside light is red, the doughnuts are warm... fresh off the line. If you're a frequent shopper, then sign up for the rewards program. I like the rewards program because there are doughnut freebies involved! Who doesn't love free doughnuts??

Employees are always wonderful. Can't say anything bad about the donuts, obviously. I thought I was ordering a strawberry filled donut of some kind, but I either miscommunicated what I wanted or their sign is misleading. I will try this again another time, because they LOOK AMAZING!!

We went there for a free donut and coffee. The donuts were fresh baked and delicious! I don't drink a lot of coffee so to me it was really strong. I did give my neighbors the other free coffees that I got with my granddaughters donuts and they loved it!

The donuts were great! Fresh and tasty and a decent price. Unfortunately our experience with customer service was lacking. We went on 6/12 around 8pm. The girl working immediately asked for our order as soon as we walked in and before we even had a chance to look around. Note there were no other customers, so it wasn't due to being busy. I stated we wanted half a dozen and started naming what we wanted. I asked for a glazed creme filled and the girl rudely said "we don't make those anymore" I at this point knew that me thinking that she was rushing us wasn't in my head. I then asked for a chocolate iced creme filled as well as the others we'd already asked for. I couldn't see the box as she kept it hidden and then she continued rushing us until we paid and left. Upon arriving home I realized she'd given us 4 correct donuts but 2 were incorrect. I'd stated them all one at a time, but apparently in her rushing us she didn't do such a good job of listening. Thankfully I'm fat and have no allergies so I ate what was given to us. They tasted just fine, but the overall experience was tarnished.
