Time management isn’t the strongest here. They don’t value you as a customer/patient. Called for an appointment (a week prior to) and everything was fine. Got my grandma here and they told me the reason we have to wait for two hours (plus)in the exam room is because they are trying to “work her in”. I said we had an appointment. I have never seen foolishness like I’ve seen it today. They make you feel as if your time isn’t valuable nor do you matter as a person. 💩👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

I would give it 0 stars but it wouldn't allow it much like the service you get from this place. I was a patient for 11 years and not once since they moved me from the office on Combee to the office on memorial have they done anything to help me. Because I'm white the people don't realize you can speak and understand Spanish and was talked about by the workers. I moved to another doctor 4 months ago and my new doctor requested my medical records and still have not sent them. I called and asked if I could come pick up my records and was told I would have to call corporate but they have refused time and time again to give me the number for corporate. Please do yourselves a favor and find a better doctor. If you are over 54 go to dedicated senior center it is the best.

I wish we could have one more day of activities.

I was in the access place and I was waiting for one hour to fax papers and the hole time the lady was taking her time and we she was done with the other lady I waited 30 minutes why she called her husband and then she when out the room and then she called me then she asked me what I needed and I told her and then she said she faxed my paper when really she didn’t I checked and she didn’t do it I don’t think she needs to be working for access she don’t know how to do her job

Excellent service, staff makes you feel at home. They even have a pharmacy and the girls at the pharmacy are great !

Cosmetology services is good and pedicure was great I feel a big relief and after my haircut I feel rejuvenated the whole staff is incredible.

His nurse is He is very empathetic and has very good communication with patients in addition to being a very sweet person. In the pharmacy the girls carry out their work very organized and know their functions. They send me the medications on time. The social worker is very caring and communicative about her work, as she makes appointments for specialists and listens to nails done The drivand helpful with the patients. Anyway, since I have been a patient of American Care, I feel very satisfied. Nery takes care me when need my hair cut and my nails done
