Hi, We recently moved to the Medows of Lakemoor and it been a long journey but here the staff is been very helpful and welcoming. Danielle was very good guiding us through the process. And Amy was very helpful answering any of out questions. We are looking forward to live in our new place. 😀

I just recently moved in with my family a couple of weeks ago & I’ll honestly say it was the smoothest easiest move I have ever done. Danielle was super helpful, patient and informative. I enjoyed talking with her. I really love the property/area it’s self. The moment I came here for a tour I immediately knew I wanted to call this place home. The amenities they offer have just about everything you could need / want. So far in the little time I’ve been here I have noticed that people are really friendly, property is well kept & just overall a great family community. I’m excited for my baby boy to grow here ! :)

This is where my Mother lived .in a 1 bedroom apartment. Then I moved in with her and we Went into a 2 bedroom apartment. The Office staff are Wonderful. We moved out Last year as my Husband bought us all a house in cary Illinois. Miss Everyone there at the Meadows. Jill was up front and professional so is the other Ladys.

My son and I were looking for a place to live in February, we were lucky enough to find The Meadows Apartments in Lakemoor. Amy was fantastic in helping us qualify and find the right model. They also allowed my large breed dog and there's a dog park that he loves. Any issues are taking care of quickly by using their resident portal and we couldn't be happier with our choice to live here!

Amy and everyone is wonderful! Everyone is knowledgeable and prompt. The experience has been great and our new home is beautiful. Thank you! **Update** We chose to renew and the experience was flawless. This past year has made us feel at home and we plan to continue to choose The Meadows for years to come. Thank you all for your help when ever it was needed. Your professionalism goes above and beyond. In a time when housing is getting more expensive our rent remains affordable. Again, thank you all for the hard work you do to keep The Meadows one of the most welcoming apartment communities in the area.

Applied and qualified as a renter. Background check and financial requirements passed yet my “occupant” (someone would not legally be responsible in any way)….. had a lease break in her history so we were both denied.. not sure how that makes any sense… if you have any type of situation like this don’t be applying.. also went and took a look around, buildings were not very well maintained paint chipped on most the doors in each unit, spider webs directly about outside patio.. Tried to reach back out multiple times to explain the situation that was an very serious situation and they stopped answering phone calls from both our numbers, doubt it was a coincidence… Definitely get a tour before applying or anything, went off the pictures was definitely fooled..

After several years on property, I’m very pleased with the responsiveness of the office and the maintenance staff at The Meadows! Any time I have a question or need assistance they respond right away and address any concerns. Great Staff and Community to live in!

The lock on the front door has been broken. Contacted the office over a month ago and they have done nothing about it. Now there are homeless people sleeping and smoking cigarettes in the hallway stealing the tenants packages.
