Fries are always not full in the container. Barely warm. Ordered a large fry and it was smaller than medium. Other food is fine. 3/21/17 Just happened again with barely any fries 2/23/18 Came inside with our kids for two “Happy Meals”. Over 20 minutes wait! Please work on expediting food; way too long. 3/12/18 Ordered a kid hamburger, plain nothing on it. Receipt looks correct but burger is incorrect with everything on it. Please pay attention to detail! 7/24/18 Drive thru line is overwhelming. Long wait. Probably time to work on better expediting.

After waiting 45 mins because I was enclosed in the drive thru area due to them being busy. The chicken isn’t even cooked well and the fish filet well a piece of cheese and a tad of tartar sauce. This is terrible!!!! Being that its in the location that it is w/ high volume, it should be a lot better than this.

We went there and waited 15 minutes at the order box to absolute silence. In the drive-through. There was several cars behind us. People were lined up. It was only 9:50 PM. And no one answered us on the order box. We shouted hello to the Box several times and after a while, I said, I think that it's broken let's just drive up. When I got up there, they told us they would not take our order and that they were too busy. We tried to explain to them that it was really unethical for them to have us sit around for 15 minutes and not simply tell us over the call box that they were so busy. They were unable to take any more orders. And said they wasted immense amount of our time. And then the manager, Kevin decided to shut the window on us when we pointed out this problem and he was unwilling to listen to it. This was not the first incident I have had with this McDonald's. Two days before this I went there at midnight knowing that this was a 24 hour location and there was no one working except a single person. She explained that her entire staff had quit, or did not show up and she was going to close the store and refused to take any orders. Although i k ow this is extremely difficult for her and put her in a hard situation and I understand that. I think that as a McDonald's that is now paying employees $20 an hour it's unethical to not take my order when you advertise 24 hour service. I will be boycotting mcdonalds from here on out.

I have to agree that this is some of the worse service I've received at any fast food place in Windermere. Every time I come here I'm asked to park and wait which completely defeats the purpose of a fast food drive-through. If I wanted to wait 20 minutes I would have ordered decent food. Exactly half of the time they bring the wrong order out after having me sit 15-20 minutes. This is completely unacceptable and I wish there were another closer option. It's worth the drive for better service elsewhere.

I’ve only been to this location 3 times and each time was a mess. Today was definitely the last for me. They had no soda available. None. Also they were not busy at all. 2 people in the store and one car at the drive through and it still took 15 minutes to get the food. Next time I will just go to Burger Fi.

This place has gone down hill over the years. Lobby was dirty, employees including mangers ignored the counter, several customers just standing there waiting to be helped. I stood at the counter for ten minutes before an employee asked what I was waiting for. I told him I was picking up my mobile order that said ready 15 minutes before that. Female Spanish manager just kept joking around with an employee and seemed annoyed that we were standing at the counter. She kept her back to us the whole time and just ignored us. No ice in the lobby drink machines. Fries were the only thing fresh but were loaded with salt. Burgers had no cheese and nuggets were hard

My husband and I aren't everyone's favorite type of customers as we specialize our orders. Neither of us eats pickles or does much in the way of condiments. I like light sauce etc. We LOVE this location no matter how we order. It is always piping hot made just like we ordered great presentation, the management is working hard right along side of the employees. Best McDonald's we've been to ever! Keep up the great work we appreciate you all!

It took 3 times saying 2 mc ribs to order so I realized why when I went to pay - the girl was on the phone and after sitting there 5 minutes I said hey and she finally took my money. I took a long time sitting at the window to get my food. There was a long line behind me waiting.
