We
went
there
and
waited
15
minutes
at
the
order
box
to
absolute
silence.
In
the
drive-through.
There
was
several
cars
behind
us.
People
were
lined
up.
It
was
only
9:50
PM.
And
no
one
answered
us
on
the
order
box.
We
shouted
hello
to
the
Box
several
times
and
after
a
while,
I
said,
I
think
that
it's
broken
let's
just
drive
up.
When
I
got
up
there,
they
told
us
they
would
not
take
our
order
and
that
they
were
too
busy.
We
tried
to
explain
to
them
that
it
was
really
unethical
for
them
to
have
us
sit
around
for
15
minutes
and
not
simply
tell
us
over
the
call
box
that
they
were
so
busy.
They
were
unable
to
take
any
more
orders.
And
said
they
wasted
immense
amount
of
our
time.
And
then
the
manager,
Kevin
decided
to
shut
the
window
on
us
when
we
pointed
out
this
problem
and
he
was
unwilling
to
listen
to
it.
This
was
not
the
first
incident
I
have
had
with
this
McDonald's.
Two
days
before
this
I
went
there
at
midnight
knowing
that
this
was
a
24
hour
location
and
there
was
no
one
working
except
a
single
person.
She
explained
that
her
entire
staff
had
quit,
or
did
not
show
up
and
she
was
going
to
close
the
store
and
refused
to
take
any
orders.
Although
i
k
ow
this
is
extremely
difficult
for
her
and
put
her
in
a
hard
situation
and
I
understand
that.
I
think
that
as
a
McDonald's
that
is
now
paying
employees
$20
an
hour
it's
unethical
to
not
take
my
order
when
you
advertise
24
hour
service.
I
will
be
boycotting
mcdonalds
from
here
on
out.
