    I don't know what person had the bright idea of changing around the store but who ever it was sure messed things up It's more difficult to find anything now and when you ask someone that is supposed to work there some don't want to help. Also each time we visit this store only 2 or 3 checkouts are available but yet 5 employees standing around to tell people to use self checkouts Store become more dirty (bathrooms and some walking paths) Also twice this week no shopping carts available

    Can't ever find an employee to help me. The store looks like a mess especially the produce section. Horrible quality of produce. So many things are out of stock most times. But it has a good home and kitchen section.

    Supply issues, prices are going significantly up and multi deals are getting bad, carts are chained and baskets are awkwardly different. Took away nearly all checkouts for self checkouts, if you have over 15 items they tell you to go to what's left of the regular checkouts with line ups all the way in fashion. Seems like everything being done to make shopping inconvenient (much rather 25 regular check outs with 6 self)

    If I could give this store no starts I would. Worse customer service experience ever today, will be advising the manager. Customer service lacking any retail knowledge whatsoever. I have put up with spoiled produce, empty shelves, staffing shortages, and pricing errors everywhere. However, I am done shopping here after my customer service experience today. The shelf has one product on it with a price and it scans in at a higher price. I go to customer service and explain it scanned at higher price and... wait for it... she scans it again and says that is the price. I explain that is not the price on the shelf, but she was not going to send someone to check the price on the shelf. If I didn't have an appointment I would have asked for a manager so I returned the products, but will call the manager. I have shopped here for a long time and not sure who the manager is during the last couple of years, but this store and their services are in complete disarray.

    Went to store yesterday to return a rug without receipt. Staff were fantastic. They spent a great deal of time looking for the items on their computer system. We even gave them the wrong date so it took them longer! They were very accommodating.

    The bad photo center took 20 minutes to print the photos, but the machine didn't print them out. Then I went to their employees and their employees said it was my problem. I was already following the steps given to me by the machine, step by step. The manager has a very bad attitude. If you are not satisfied with your job, please change your job and don't treat guests rudely here.

    I hate this store for many different reasons. They have a rodent infestation issue as many of their rice products can be seen with holes. Many aisles have no signage indicating their product categories. Their staff communicate with each other in foreign language which is unprofessional (I’m foreign-born myself). Parking lot is full of potholes and they don’t care (I’ve once hurt myself and been told to complain with their landlord)

    The best thing about this place is the old lady at the front doors. Their website ALWAYS says products are available AT THE STORE but you get there and they have NOTHING! I mean if their plan is to find ways to lose money then they are the best...

    Came into this location this evening to purchase a deep freezer. None on the shelves. I asked 2 different associates. One said they didnt sell them. The other pointed me in the direction. I went to customer service and asked a manager, he passed me off to someone else to check. Although it says 3 in the store, nobody could find one. One of them went in the back to check but I don't think she looked at all. She was in a rush and could care less as the store was busy. Oh well. Walmart lost out on a $200+ purchase. I understand it's busy and it's the holidays but the customer service these days are absolutely terrible. OMG!

    So busy store. No carts were not available at front door. All carts were loaded with stuff. Shelves are empty in bedding area. Two two price labels on a single item. Grocery section is confusing . sign boards just on one side in grocery

    I regularly shop at this store. ( or I did ). I bought a PS4 controller ... took it home and tried to connect to my system.... no luck... continual yellow light. Took it back for a refund so I could purchase another one. I was told by the person on returns that the controller I received did not match the specific item number. Clearly shown was that the controllers tiny screws where that if an older controller. My 1 star is not for them having issues ... but clearly this item had been switched at some point. Someone working in that store is a scammer. So beware if you buy electronics from here.... open the box... check the numbers match before leaving. Staff need to be aware of this also. I estimate that I roughly spend $10k a year here.... which will now go elsewhere.... not that Walmart will really care.

    Extremely bad customer care where associates are reluctant to take ownership to solve problems. I ordered 2 appliances from Walmart in Black Friday and did not receive one even though I see it was delivered and received by someone called Krishnan. The Manager Gifty clearly denied the parcel was received. It is because because of such managers and associates the Walmart brand is being pulled down. I need help. If any Walmart management is able to review these feedbacks please reach out to me for proofs.

    Bought a PS5 controller. Got home and it had horrendous drift despite me not even using it yet. I turned it over and it had crumbs in the back. I tried calling and nobody answered. Tried calling a second time and instead of answering they connected me to another caller. Brought it back and explained the ordeal within an hour of purchasing it and the customer service associate accused me of returning an old one. She tried to block me from returning it. Eventually someone there did help me and listen to me and was able to verify that the controller I was returning was in fact the one I just bought but I am never shopping there again.

    This store has a lot of challenges especially since Covid and there is definitely room for improvement as the store is going down hill . The store is absolutely filthy. I am not talking about winter dirt that can't be helped. Everything is dusty and dingy. Have a look at the signs and lights by the washrooms or the tops of the self check outs. The cashiers do a great job keeping their areas clean but the main store ... Not so much. Does this store have a pet department? If they do your pet mice and rats have escaped their cages. The new layout of the grocery department is strange and confusing ( even for the staff) and now there are way too many self checkouts and not enough staff. I am a customer not an employee so until you pay me for my time doing what a paid staff person should be doing not a machine , I will gladly stand in line to see a human. I hope these things have not caused a decrease in jobs at your store. People need jobs. Your cashiers deserve a big raise in pay for all the hard work they do. I could not do what they do daily with the public. I don't have the patience. I hope they have a great medical plan. The addition of the new Burger King is great. A huge improvement over McDonald's. Great staff too. Overall a pretty good store. Just needs a little help here and there..

    Walmart is one stop budget friendly Supermarket for individual and families for groceries. They have their own master card and you can sign in for best deals. Returns with appropriate bill will be taken back within 30 days. Best deal for prepaid cellular network is available with them.

    The grocery department is getting better all the time; here you will find fresher greens than any big supermarket in town. I always come here first, and then I go elsewhere for the silly little things. Even the meat and fish are improving, however, limited selection.

    1. Avoid making Online orders: 90% time they don't have the most sold stuff. They will make your order two times for the same stuff by saying product not available. So if you order for an $50 product and you get only $20, you have order it again means double courier charge. 2. Online offers are illusion: You will see an offer, make a purchase but to meet the minimum requirement you have to buy additional item. Then you will see the actual discounted item is not available, they will just send you the accessory product that you purchased to meet the minimum requirement. The refund is also tricky sometime, and they don't have any email or online option. you have to hang to their phone for long. The missing online product are usually not adjusted. So I would say be careful, online seems a good option but is more deceptive.

    4 workers around the self check machines doing nothing plus the superviser but only 1 cashier is open. The shelfes are empty most of the time (i go walmart every 2-3 days). Some of the product prices are incorect. To be breafh, big mess in big shop. But parsley is cheap))

    Walmart staff, including the store manager are courteous and listened carefully to my questions/concerns and asked questions to ensure they understood my accent. They were also supportive in their response by helping me pull my cart when it became too heavy for me. Recommend Walmart to all.

    Please steer clear of this store! Don't be shocked if you encounter insults while shopping here, as your next visit is likely to be even worse. As a customer, even in the absence of any quantity limit signs, you are left in the dark about how much of a product you can purchase. It all hinges on a manager who rushes over to berate you at the checkout, exhibiting a rude demeanor as if they are detaining stolen goods. However, when you asked what you did wrong in the absence of any signs, she scolded you, saying, "Walmart is not a wholesale store; go to a wholesale store if you want to buy more." Moreover, when you inquired about which Walmart rule justifies a customer's purchase quantity without signage, she replied that it's her decision to tell you how much to buy. She even wrote these exact words on the back of your receipt. Perhaps in the eyes of this non-local manager, allowing us to enjoy discounted goods is already a favor, and how dare you poor MFkers want to take even more advantage of Walmart. Regrettably, when her superior called later to apologize (as they saw it), admitting to half of the mistakes and promising not to speak that way in the future, they hung up immediately without a second wait. I knew they would continue to adhere to their principles, so there will undoubtedly be a next time, even if it might not be me who experiences it. Afterward, I lodged a complaint with Walmart Canada, and they stated that Walmart has never had rules restricting customers from purchasing a specific quantity of a product, let alone allowing a manager to dictate how customers should act. But that no longer matters; I simply hope that the store's sole treasure, the elderly white lady greeter at the entrance, continues to live happily!

    Unsanitary, lack of knowledge, seems to be a warzone just to buy a single pack of hockey cards. Everything ripped to pieces. Filled with mouse and rats. Unclean shelves. The only thing good here is the parking lot and the exit cause that still works. Won’t be back. I would rather drive all the way to Bedford to shop their Instead

    I have been shopping at Walmart on-line for many months, successfully, with good service from the grocery boys and girls.But this October the webpage changed and I could no longer put in an order on line. I could go to the Mumford page and find the products but there was no way to order them. Nothing happened when I pressed (add +) to select an item. I am very sorry to leave Walmart, but because I could not order on-line I have switched to Sobeys, and was successful in ordering today. Farewell, Walmart, Hello, Sobeys.

    Staff are what make this location great. Everyone from the folks who do the online order/grocery, the greeters, customer service reps and the cashiers, I always find it's pleasant at this location.

    this place you can get unexpected lying or a friendly character from the workers , ive went to this place close to closing time multiple times 5 minutes before and had no problem. I walked in by 9:54pm yes very close to 10pm closing time but the company is closed completely at 10 not at 9:55pm, so i walked in just running in to at least grab one thing off my list that i could get in the span of 2 minutes and head to the self checkout line all before 10pm, which it doesn’t close until 10pm or even 10:02pm depending on how many people are still checking out. when i walked in, i was stopped by a worker, they weren’t rude or yelled but definitely lied, i wasted my time even being there because they tell me that they are closed, registers are closed and the store is closed like no more service being provided, they are telling me this while people are still shopping right behind them. i understand you want to end your shift right at 10 but you’re walmart a supercentre you are a lot of peoples way for them to buy things to take care of themselves, if i walked in before 10 i have until 10pm to leave not 9:55pm. so im heading towards the registers passing the front gates and another person walked right in and a different worker said to the person we have 3 minutes until closing, not telling them they are closed already like the other worker did to me. im heading towards the registers ,two of them are open and the self check out is open as well. i dont mind being told to leave if you was actually closed but to lie to me, and when another customer comes another worker that seems like higher position tells them they are still open for another 3 minutes and the registers are still open for people to checkout until 10. it baffles me.
