It used to be my favorite place for groceries but the service being going down hill. The parking is always cluster and the service is not nice or what it used to be, I dread going there

We printed photographs and wanted to pay, no one was behind the counter so we went to the electronics section to pay were we were told we could not and someone is on the way, we waited 20 minutes when three staff appeared the one was appeared to be in charge was condescending to the point of being rude we would have walked away if we had not completed the printing of photographs of our daughter who is currently in a war zone. To summarize this store has become poorly managed and it shows the store is no longer clean and bright and the staff are poorly motivated to say the least, a place to be avoided if you can shop elsewhere.

I am a 69 year old senior with mobility issues. Needed a mobility scooter. It was plugged in charging. The greeter looked it over & told me 3 times it was fully charged. It wasn't. He purposely gave me an uncharged scooter to make it as difficult as possible for me. A Bayers Lake Walmart employee did the same to me in 2015. Walmart has been steadily going on a downhill slide since 2012. Service is mostly horrible & the products are of poor quality. Not worth going there anymore.

The veggies here are in bad state . They don’t remove the rotten veggies but let them stay on the racks which makes it a horrible experience to scroll thru the veggies aisle

This Walmart is the worst place to try to call and reach someone. Over an hour trying to call the Electronic Depart and no one will answer. They picked up once, I heard him talking only for him to hang up on me. Then I tried calling customer service and they didn't pick up. I guess no one answers phones anymore to speak to customers. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Craig the manager and Jeevan the cashier saved my life today at Walmart Chainlake I am diabetic so i was in need of milk and cookies They i Opened a cashier for me specifically for me They are absolutely amazing!! Five big stars!! Thanks so much guys!

Not very clean. The clientele isn't great either. Floor is broken in many areas. Toy shelves were bare and not well maintained. Not the beat experience at a Wal-Mart. Sackville and Dartmouth crossing have a better vibe.

Never order anything besides groceries online from Walmart. I placed an order for a hard shell travel bag back in January. The delivery date came and went and it never arrived. It wasn't even shipped after investigation. Customer support was useless and refused to refund me. I will never purchase online from Walmart again.

Website says open til 11pm, just got turned away at the door saying they just changed to close at 10. There was about 10-15 people trying to get in as well. They lost a ton of money turning people away. And also, it’s 6 weeks til Christmas you’d think they would want to be open later to let people shop more. These ridiculous covid hours everyone is still imposing are really inconvenient for people who work shift work and now can’t get groceries for the week. Open longer. Seeing how many people you just turned away was sickening.

Very disappointed with their customer service support at Mumford. I was looking for an item in the International Food isles an was find hard to find a item. Since there was no walmart employee on that row , I went to adjacent row to find and Indian employee with a scanning machine and asked for help to find a item. He was very reluctant to help and asked me to go find the person who stocks it. I asked him where I can find. He said me to go and find. I went around couple of time but couldn’t find anyone else. I left store without purchasing anything. I am done with Walmart.

What can I say? It's Walmart. Pretty much anything you need you can find it here. For this particular location quick in and out visits are Sunkist impossible so only visit if you have time. Tip : great place for bulk playdough.

i always waste my time going there, they never have what i need. fruits and veggies are most of the time rotten. you can't even find your items because everything is everywhere. employees don't even know themselves. very disappointing

A very big walmart superstore in Halifax. There is fresh produce in this place as well.

They used to price match and now they don't. Walmart lost their competitive edge completely. 0 Stars for not being competitive. I nearly forgot this location also does not follow the laws for scanning code of practice, and their manager is literally breaking the law by creating his own rules. NOT how it works.

If you want rotten kiwis and mandarins go to this Walmart! Did throw 4 rotten kiwis and 5 mandarins in the bin once I was back home,unbelievable. No idea what kind of inspector there is horsing around but must be blind as a chicken

I found Ms.Sarah Holmes who is a dispensing Optician and a certified contact lens fitter who works at Walmart Vision Centre to be courteous and very helpful when I returned to get my reading glasses repaired at no cost to me. No other business can compare to the courtesy and professionalism that I was exposed to - Job well done!

I am really disappointed with vegetables quality in the Chain lake Walmart. I observed many times they keep selling rotten vegetables, specially Okra, Tomatoes and Cilantro. After experiencing these qualities issues multiple times I would highly recommend to check products twice before buying.

We visit this Walmart store quite often, and so far, we have never experienced any major issues. There is always ample self-checkout booths and staffs to help you with if you are stuck with scanning products. They have a lot of household essential products with a very reasonable price. The staffs working at this store are nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.
