👍👍 Stayed here for a week on a work trip and it was a game changer having a cozy spacious bright room to come back to at the end of the day, versus a cramped plain corporate hotel room. We just finished a 3 night stay at Brewery Park for part of an east coast honeymoon. The facility is clean, bright, and finely decorated. But during our stay there were a lot of unexpected things come up that we were not anticipating. We had issues with the door codes as well as plumbing. We understand that things happen and while we were there we did our best to roll with the punches and make things easier for the staff. The plumbing issue affected a few guests and the manager Shawn did his best to make us comfortable which we appreciated. That being said, for the money we spent on our stay I wish we had booked a standard hotel and stayed closer to downtown. We were given different information for the door codes leading up to the visit and when we finally got checked in our room code was the same as the code for the front door. The front door leading to the street was never locked so anyone can walk in off the sidewalk which didn’t seem very safe. We had to let staff into our room many times during our stay to deal with the plumbing. I sent an email to the owner regarding our experience with no answer yet. We are shift workers who don’t get away much so definitely will book a more reliable option on the future.

What a charming locally owned hotel. Loved the space, loved the location. We were a bit worried being not downtown but it’s a 30 minute walk (5ish minute drive). And honestly, the North End has its own charm, great food, and lovely community (and to be honest I fully prefer it over downtown). Really lovely staff, and great coffee shop downstairs.

Really enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy and frictionless and we got way more for our money than a typical hotel. Would stay again, only complaint is how bright it is early, would be nice to have darker curtains or blinds.

Stayed here for a week on a work trip and it was a game changer having a cozy spacious bright room to come back to at the end of the day, versus a cramped plain corporate hotel room. The space was clean and tidy, the bathroom is spacious with a lovely shower. Plenty of space to hang up clothes, comfortable mattress and bedding. Fantastic location in the north end near great bars restaurants and cafes. I cannot wait to stay again.

This is a great boutique hotel and we have had several staff stay here. The service was great, rooms were clean and beautiful. Excellent pricing for the size of room and space as well. Very close to downtown Halifax and a short drive to our office in Dartmouth. We will certainly be re-booking staff to stay here in the future.

Super cute studio apartment style hotel. A bit out of the way of downtown, but it is very modern and charming with food options and a liquor store close by. I'd definitely consider staying here again if I'm ever back in Halifax.

The room was gorgeous, roomy, clean and comfy. This is a new build that gives you contactless interaction with the front desk. They text you a front door code and your room code, very easy to come and go without keys makes it so much better, you’ll never get locked out. Close to shopping and many restaurants. Located in the North End of Halifax with clean streets and friendly people. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Brewery Park is such a great spot to stay in Halifax! Not only is it clean, easy, cosy and super comfortable, it’s also nearby so many great spots for eats and drinks! 10/10 recommend to stay there!

Brewery Park Hotel had convenient booking in a great location to explore the North End, with no-hassle check-in/check-out. While there is no dedicated parking we had no trouble finding on street parking. The Cafe downstairs had tasty treats and coffee. The room was stocked with everything we needed (soaps, shampoos, towels and the usual, plus plates, cutlery, bottle opener, etc. ) The room was clean, comfortable, and had a calming vibe. Would recommend and would stay again!

This trendy accommodation is underrated. What a neat apartment! It has cool furnishings, plates, cutlery, and drink/snack collection. Quite spacious too. You can deal with the staff with text message too. In the winter, just max out the heat pump and the lovely electric fireplace because it gets chilly. I will book again.

The space was gorgeous, with great attention to detail. Bright, fresh, a minimalist/modernist aesthetic, and calm. Very clean, and with lots of nice little touches. Comfy bed! The North End location was fantastic, walkable to lots of places and ample street parking right nearby. Like most historic buildings, some sound did travel between the suites, but the overall experience was so positive that this wouldn't deter me from staying again. I'd definitely recommend it to friends.

Old Greek pizza was left in the fridge from previous guest. Basket of super expensive snacks on the counter, make sure if you have kids you go in first and hide them or you will regret it when they open them all. Bed is just a futon. Location is perfect. Free coffee was nice at the Cafe next door.

It was a great place to get away for a couple of nights, great location with plenty of coffee shops/bars/restaurants etc. my only criticism would be there were plates/cups/glasses etc but no utensils spoons etc would be great to have a coffee maker/toaster/microwave. Would stay their again, the room was bright, clean and very comfortable. We arrived 30 mins early, the service was great and provided access right away which was very much appreciated.

This place is a little gem! Beautiful, clean, modern, warm, comfortable and close to everything! Loved, loved, loved it! Monica was amazing to deal with and super accommodating! The Sidekick cafe and outdoor sitting area located at the base of the building is definitely a great asset. We will be back!! ❤️

The BH is in a fabulous location and it’s super cute. The only thing is - it’s very loud. The road noise is very much in the room if you’re on the street side. We heard trucks, construction, cars, and people talking. I had trouble sleeping but my partner did not. We took a bus to downtown to see the FABULOUS immigration museum and boardwalk. There are great restaurants and the cutest bookstore nearby. I would 💯 rather stay here than downtown Halifax. The north side has character and a fun vibe.

This was the sweetest spot! Perfect short walk to the beauty of the Commons. Close to neat shops, super clean and the perfect amount of space. Everything we needed and will def stay here again. Easy check in, easy check out ~ no fuss. Loved it!

On first glance, this room was gorgeous. Bright and clean the space was welcoming. It comes with a little kitchenette with fridge, sink and dishwasher. High ceilings, windows, nice seating. The bathroom looked great, until I showered. There's something funky with the drain. It's an open shower so basically there's no glass door to close. The floor wasnt tilted or the drain is in a bad spot.. Because the floor flooded out. A huge puddle formed and I found myself trying to use my foot to direct the excess water into the drain. The bathmat was soooaked. Not a huge deal, just be aware that the bathroom floor will be almost constantly wet. Other than that, the hotel room was great and the location good! Enjoyed my stay.

Cute hotel with lovely staff, but there were small things missing that were a bit frustrating for the price. The room was nicely decorated and clean with a small kitchenette. I liked the location; we didn't want to stay by the harbour and there were lots of cute shops around. The staff were very helpful and responsive (they weren't onsite all the time but it was not an issue for us). There wasn't a coffee maker in the room, which was really irritating. We did get two coupons for a free coffee at the cafe downstairs, but there were two of us for three nights. The option to make coffee in the rooms would have been nice. The air conditioner was very frustrating/confusing to use and the remote for it only worked sometimes. (To be fair, we didn't reach out to the hotel staff for help with this.) There was also an odd residue on the shower floor—it looked like tape or maybe paint that didn't come off. Not huge deals, but annoying for the price. Overall a nice stay, but please get a coffee maker!

The room was incredible, however we couldn't get the remote to work for the heat/AC and we needed more big towels. Some of us ladies require a big towel for our hair as well as for our body ☺

Can't rave about this hotel enough, the room was beautiful and such a nice change from the standard hotel while traveling for work. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked, and the coffee shop downstairs was fantastic. Can't wait to go back next time I'm in town!

The room was immaculate clean. I don't know what else to say as it's not the ordinary 'hotel' experience. The check-in and check-out are done without any contact with a representative of the hotel - as I knew this ahead of time, it wasn't an issue. The location worked well for us - there is no 'service' as such so no comment to be made. I had no need to contact the Brewery Park text help number.

Great little spot and reasonably priced. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 just because the walls were thin and we could hear the people upstairs into the night. The location is great, street parking wasn’t too hard to find, and the check in and out system was super easy. Much better than the hotel we stayed in downtown. The free morning coffee from the shop next door was an extra special touch.

Absolutely a gorgeous location! Well decorated with all the amenities you could want or need. Very easy to get into and out of. So close to a vibrant downtown with loads of food, brewery and clothing options. I'm recommending to anyone travelling to Halifax.

Neat boutique hotel. Brand new, nice finishings and comfortable bed. If I was old and retired I would love to live in one of these ! The service was all online, very accommodating and quick to respond. Housekeeping on site. The location doesn't offer good parking and street noise is quite loud.

Great little boutique hotel in Halifax's North End, about a half hour walk to downtown. Self check-in was a breeze, we didn't even miss the concierge service. The place was quite clean, but our unit (302) did have a bit of water damage throughout, as well as staining on the couch. Good-sized kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, kettle, and basic utensils, but no actual cooking implements/microwave. The wifi is public - I would prefer at least something with a guest login for security, so we didn't rely on it too much. Do be aware of parking restrictions on the side streets as well if you're driving into town. They did also provide coupons for free coffee at the cute café downstairs, which was nice.

Cute boutique hotel. Very comfy and clean! Concierge was also nice and was willing to accomodate when the storm was coming. There aren't any elevators, so you will have to carry your luggage up the stairs.

Had a wonderful 2 night stay. Came with my two teenagers - was easy to check in and since we all knew the codes, they could each do a little exploring and not have to locate a key to come back. The rooms were super clean and decor was lovely. Roomy enough for the 3 of us. Close to downtown and also a funky neighbourhood- my 19 year old daughter especially loved the shopping. Very comfy bed, windows all had blinds, we enjoyed the urban feel to the place and didn’t notice any noise - we slept in actually - it’s seemed so quiet. The parking was easy but we were there over the wknd - just parked out front no tickets. The cafe is great - lovely vibe, great lattes. We will Definitely be back - staff at the concierge and in the cafe we’re really helpful. We had some great food recommendations from the cafe. Thanks for a wonderful wknd.

Spent almost half an hour trying to check in as we were given a wrong code. Room was modern with minimalistic decor. Our stay was cold due to the heat pump not working that winter weekend. (I appreciate that they did respond to my midnight inquiry regarding the issue.) Oddly they have a dishwasher but no microwave. Wish they had tea bags and coffee with the kettle but they offered us a $2 coupon to use at the café downstairs. (We had to wait for it to open). Overall we liked the aesthetic but feel that the price should come with a better experience.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was one night on our way to another destination. I would book this place again especially if returning to Halifax. It was immaculate and spacious for a studio. I could definitely envision a longer stay. It was an Uber ride to the downtown area. We actually spoke with the manager and housekeeper and found them both to be helpful and very personable and professional. It was refreshing and special. The complimentary coffee at the Cafe was a wonderful touch. Plus it was a wonderful Cafe. Highly recommend. Thank you.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was fantastic. Shawn was a great resource and gave us a warm welcome on arrival. The location is far enough from downtown to be nice and quiet, but close enough to be easily accessible! Neighborhood is quiet but with lots of great shops and restaurants. Room was absolutely beautiful!

this was our second stay at brewery park and for us it's just perfect. the ease of check-in and well appointed rooms made for a very pleasant stay. the coffee downstairs is great and the area is great. only wish there was parking available and a few more towels but we'll definitely be back!

Loved our suite that had a modern European flair that was very clean, tastefully designed, and outfitted with Scandinavian furniture and fixtures. There were more conveniences than expected! So happy to find a place we love in a part of Halifax with many wonderful restaurants. We will stay again on our next trip to the "city". The only things missing were a couple of towel hooks in the gorgeous bathroom and a note explaining parking and checkout!

Room was very clean, bright, and comfortable. Excellent location in a great neighborhood. The cafe next door was really good and the hotel kindly provided a couple of complimentary vouchers. I would have preferred staff to be consistently present at the front desk, as I felt there was a slight disorganization and lack of personal touch by doing everything via text. That said, I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.

Great location just a few blocks from Good Robot and Unfiltered Brewing. Beautifully renovated building with nice amenities in the small apartment. Loved the Sidekick Cafe downstairs (and vouchers for 2 free coffees)! The mattress was a little too hard for me, but otherwise very comfortable room. Self check in/out was easy and a nice bonus.
