After
reading
all
the
positive
reviews
we
decided
to
book
with
IHG.
We
got
the
key
to
our
room
and
were
upset
to
see
the
beds
looked
slept
in,
one
of
the
pillows
had
a
red
stain
across
it
and
the
bathroom
had
hair
inside
of
the
sink
along
with
pee
all
around
the
toilet.
Ew!
We
informed
the
front
desk
however
they
didn’t
seem
concerned
or
apologetic.
The
manager
came
forward
and
was
not
too
bothered
by
our
complaint
and
seemed
rather
annoyed.
She
said
she
would
change
the
sheets
and
clean
the
room.
As
a
family
of
six,
tired
and
hungry
from
a
10
hour
plus
drive,
we
waited
in
the
lobby
for
the
room
to
be
cleaned.
Well,
it
obviously
wasn’t
a
priority
as
we
waited
about
30-45
minutes
longer.
The
manager
said
she
had
yet
to
clean
the
room
due
to
an
issue
with
the
pool
as
it
was
closed
temporarily
for
guests.
We
went
back
to
the
room
and
all
was
changed
and
cleaned
however
the
room
was
still
dirty.
The
bathroom
fan
was
full
of
dust,
the
counter
all
sticky,
the
fridge
not
only
was
dirty
but
broken
and
no
freezer.
Instead
of
sharing
our
concerns
again
we
decided
to
clean
it
ourselves.
Not
something
we
planned
on
doing
on
vacation.
The
breakfast
was
okay
and
loved
the
coffee
bar
and
hot
chocolate
for
the
kids.
All
in
all
very
disappointed
with
IHG
with
not
fulfilling
your
commitment
to
high
levels
of
cleanliness
and
providing
a
service
below
your
standards.
You
need
to
step
it
up
and
exceed
your
promise
to
provide
a
stay
that
cares
about
your
guests
well
being
and
doing
whatever
it
takes
with
making
it
right
and
following
up
with
guests.
