The scallop appetizer, candied bacon burger, and fries were delicious. Ocean pearl and Pink lemonade cocktails were great as well. The Caesar dressing is very garlicky - almost too much. Our server was very friendly and attentive. Update: went back Nov 2023 and tried the calamari and the lobster fettuccine. Both were amazing. Our server Erica was really friendly and we enjoyed chatting with her.

Very active place! Was really busy but we weren't in a rush, servers where nice and the food was delicious! Decent selection of craft beer, definitely would go back!

While this restaurant's in-house meals are quite good, we recently ordered two apps for take-out and when we got them home were extremely disappointed and found inside the boxes an abysmal joke. Nobody would pay $27 for this and even my young daughter asked what was wrong with our food. We got an extremely tiny handful of old calamari (did not even take up 1/4 of the smallest take-out box) and five smashed up deep fried pickles that weren't even properly cooked. We seriously could have gone and got an entire large pizza elsewhere for this price and would not have been left starving. We threw this order in the trash.Total ripoff and will not be ordering from take-out ever again.

Nice restaurant around town that’s open till 11pm! Milestone burger and milestone signature haddock was amazing! Would recommend!

We ordered the signature haddock and salad with scallops. The signature haddock was out of this world delicious. We added a side of vegetables to it but the dish alone was wonderful. Could have eaten two just for the flavour alone. The scallops were perfectly cooked and great texture and flavour. Highly recommend.

Very cute spot! Good food, fast service and the staff seemed friendly, but the waitress was really busy and didn't check in often. We were here for lunch so there was no wait.... I've been here on Thursday nights where there was a 45 minute wait (but it's worth it if you need to wait a bit).

Millstone Bedford is in my neighbourhood. I was puzzled why I do not frequent more often. Service was excellent. Menu offering made it difficult to choose. Food was fresh , hot and quick. Restaurant was very busy for a Tuesday evening. That’s a positive sign. Jambalaya was great flavour, nice portion size and would certainly get again. Shoutout to the training server process. They had one server shadowing another. This is not often the case in many establishments.

Absolutely wonderful place to go. There is a welcoming atmosphere fromthe moment you walk in,music is not over bearing. Staff is friendly and knows the menu well. Great selection of local draught. I had bought the potatoe skins, Eggs benedict, The signature Millstone burger and a poutine as a side. i kid you not when i say by far the best meal ive had in a long time The food was amazing and everything was fresh. i also had an awesome server. Daniel was amazing and was very friendly, he executed his job amazingly and he made sure we had everything we needed all whithout being overbearing. Many Servers can learn from him. i could not be happier. I will be coming back and i will recomend all my friends to go.

Love the food here, however at my most recent visit I ordered the lemon thyme mocktail. Couldn't take one sip because it was so strong. I set it at the edge of the table untouched. My server didn't notice but I had no problem taking the loss on a $5 mocktail. However AFTER paying the bill I realized I was charged for a $12 cocktail. Not sure how this happened but the names should be changed if they're that similar. Disappointing on such an already large bill.

Far too cold, the calamari was well passed over done, the wings were gooey and undercooked. Our server was good, friendly but she was also working the service bar so she was busy. It was nothing to write home about and I doubt I'll return.

Have been to Millstone in Bedford a number of times and usually have a good meal but last night we ordered fish and chips. The fish was not good and had a garlic taste, my husband said his was the same. We mentioned it to the waitress. We were compensated for half of one meal. Disappointing meal

Great place for dinner, and your typical sport pub. Food was amazing and the service was excellent. Staff was extremely friendly and attentive to our needs. Would totally recommend this place to anyone in the area.

While the service was fine , it took more than an hour to get food after ordering. The candied bacon burger was very greasy. The ketchup bottle lid was filthy with dried ketchup inside. Not a good experience.

The food was great! My son said 9/10, but if you add an extra piece of candied bacon to the burger he gives it 10/10! Can't wait to go back and try more food. 💯💥

Friendly/helpful staff, good selection of drinks and the best scallop appetiser around. I had a chainyard cider, scallops app and the Jambalaya for a main. We chose to eat on the patio and it was nice despite the parking lot view.

Always have excellent service but the food has not been what I expected each time. Got nachos twice , first time there was hardly and cheese or topping on it, second time hardly any veggies and the chips were actually soggy, which was disappointing because the spices they use are great. Also got chicken Alfredo and it was super oily not a ton of flavor.

This is one of my favourite places to eat. It's a little hidden from the road so I didn't realize it was there at first but now we go often. The food is always great and the staff are even better. Highly recommend.

Went for a lunch date there with hubby… the atmosphere was great, cozy and laid back.. Even the music selection was great. We had a hard time narrowing down what we wanted to eat as there were lots of delicious sounding options (some new menu items too), but settled on the grilled cheese and bacon for me and the smoked meat sandwich for him. I love the option for a smaller portion of fries AND a small side Caesar salad. We both really enjoyed our food and our beer. Our server was super nice and made us feel very welcome. I stayed behind to do some work on my laptop and was felt welcomed even after our dining was done. I was offered water and another seat with access to a plug.. which was extra courteous and much appreciated! I did order a lemonade and I’m not sure if it was on the menu or not, but it had a blueberry twist to it and it was amazing. We said we already have to return to try some other menu items, we really liked everything - the food, drinks, vibes and service.

I love this place. Always amazing food, the chef is top notch. I highly recommend the mussels with the curry sauce, it's different, its fresh, its delicious. Service is exceptional as well and love the atmosphere, can't go wrong

I always get fettuccini Alfredo everywhere’s I go. It was the best fettuccine I’ve ever eaten, even the leftovers tasted just as good as when it was fresh! It is so rich and delicious, I paid 24$ for it and for a lobster fettuccine it was a reasonable price. But, The calamari we got was tiny. We asked if it could be shared amount two people before ordering but the proportion was maybe a small handful for 16$ it was tasty but the price for portion was not the best. Besides that it was overall a great dinner!

The Food and Service at Millstone Public House in Bedford is unbelievably great. There spaghetti Bolognese is one of the the best in Canada. I literally order every few weeks as I am a total foodie:) But I have basically also tried pretty much everything on there menus and it really is all good. Try their amazing burgers too with the candied bacon. There service is top notch and I just wanted everyone to know. Cheers Jay

Absolutely loved everything here! We're traveling from Ontario visiting family and stopped here on a whim. Our server Alex was fantastic as she guided us through their menu, telling us the best of the best (somethings she takes home at least twice a month and pays for, which is saying something) the calimari ... wow. For a main I did the ns lobster fettuccine; cause how can ya now when you're in lobster County, i was not disappointed, both my husband and son had the millstone signature haddock and the candied bacon burg and they shared meals. They both couldn't believe the flavors. (We also got a kids meal...which our littlest man ate entirely, chicken fingies and fries *amazing, mom ate some*) We're use to run of the mill chains here... but this was certainly not one of them. The food was outstanding and the service was like something I've never experienced. Alex was absolutely amazing, she gave us all the ins and outs.. She told us all about the restaurant that she could and she really let you know they really care not only about their guests which you expected but also about the care and love they put into their staff to make them feel appreciated. And she did all this when it seemed like a full dining room! (I swear when i asked i didnt think id set her behind... i probably did. She was the only one there in the big room) You feel like home when you're there... even if just for an hour and a half. I wished we lived in town! We'd ask for her every time and definitely send high recommendations to anyone looking for a great meal with awesome service
