I
had
been
going
to
this
clinic
for
the
last
4
years
and
most
of
the
time
after
leaving
a
appointment
I
felt
frustrated
with
the
handling
of
my
care.
My
insurance
covers
a
yearly
exam
but
the
Dr.
specifically
states
if
you
ask
any
questions
or
for
medication
refills,
you
will
be
charged
the
copay.
Another
time
I
struggled
to
get
up
from
the
table-bed
because
of
back
injuries,
the
Dr.
stepped
back
and
turned
around
to
avoid
helping
me
get
up.
The
final
straw
is
when
Dr.
Jennifer
Hedtke
cancelled
my
appointment
one
hour
before
I
was
to
arrive
(the
appointment
was
made
6
weeks
in
advance).
I
have
seen
another
Doctor
and
PA
at
this
location
and
have
always
felt
something
was
off
with
some
of
its
staff.
Also,
they
like
to
refer
you
to
specialists
instead
of
handling
the
situation
themselves.
