Horrible!! My fiance brought my son into the clinic to get some labs done. Well my son is disabled and the lab tech had zero patience and was aggressive with my child. The tech tried to draw some blood and couldn't get any then walked out for a few min came back in and told my fiance that they needed to leave cause other people were waiting and getting mad cause my son was crying... needless to say I will NEVER be going to that clinic again

Very disappointed by the service I received at the clinic today. It had been a while since my last physical and was looking forward to getting back on track. I had an appointment with Dr. Hedtke at 7:30am. When I arrived at the clinic (7:20) I was informed I needed to be there at 7:10am. I was not told to be there at that time when scheduling. The receptionist said she would check to see if I could still be seen. She gave me medical information to fill out and then a couple minutes later told me she was sorry she read the doctor’s message wrong and I would need to reschedule. I won’t be returning.

If unprofessional was a place this would be it. Love getting called while driving 50 mins away from your scheduled appointment to have it canceled and have some snippy brat on the phone catch an attitude with you when you called them out on their professionalism. How this place has even 2 stars is the real miracle.

Don't let Dr. Pike catch you with your mask not covering your nose or she'll be all over you. This was inside the room mind you. Not surprised this clinic is rated so low.

I had been going to this clinic for the last 4 years and most of the time after leaving a appointment I felt frustrated with the handling of my care. My insurance covers a yearly exam but the Dr. specifically states if you ask any questions or for medication refills, you will be charged the copay. Another time I struggled to get up from the table-bed because of back injuries, the Dr. stepped back and turned around to avoid helping me get up. The final straw is when Dr. Jennifer Hedtke cancelled my appointment one hour before I was to arrive (the appointment was made 6 weeks in advance). I have seen another Doctor and PA at this location and have always felt something was off with some of its staff. Also, they like to refer you to specialists instead of handling the situation themselves.

I have had three appointments, one for my son and two for me. All of them were over charged. They sent bills for things I never asked for. A regular physical included blood work that my insurance company said was really odd for them to administer as it is never covered. Also was not normal blood work. They charged me for a psych eval on my son when we went in for a sports physical. When i called the business office to ask about the charge, the agent was very rude and insisted they billed me for services I had requested. She said if you have a dispute you will have to call the office directly and speak to a nurse. After speaking to a nurse whom could not find any request or test, the charge was removed. A few of my friends have also been grossly overcharged for general visits. One said she was charged $2400 for her annual ob exam. She thought she must have asked to many questions during her exam. Consequently she has not had an annual exam now for over 5 years in fear of how much it will cost. I have many other stories too. Even though the clinic has great staff and it is close and convenient to my location. I will be driving right past the clinic to go to future appointments from here on out. What this clinic is doing is criminal.

They sent a minor child away from their appointment, convinced they had Crohn's disease. Refused to do a stool sample or take bloodwork-- they left a 17 year old in the room waiting-- refusing to answer VERY basic questions, but telling the child, "I think you have "X" disease." I've had other pretty terrible experiences with this location, (timing/very late appointments. Urgent care closing 2+ hours early when I verified they were open via call.) I just can no longer recommend or trust them with my family's care.

The Dr I saw at the clinic listened and was able to help in 1 visit. I'd ready gone to Mayo 4 times and seen 3 different drs. When I had an issue after the appointment, I called and the staff was friendly and quick about communications between me and the Dr to address my concerns. Great experience and so grateful!

I’ve been with Lakeville Fairview for YEARS and have never had a problem, until lately. The new phone system is absolutely horrible, I mean... there’s nothing like sitting on hold listening to the same recording over and over for almost a half hour and still counting. Finally someone had answered, asked what clinic I go to and they then transferred me... I’m on hold once again. We love our Drs/nurses and front end staff, and appreciate that they’re still helping us during these weird times, but I feel something needs to change in the appointment calling center.

Dr. Jennifer Hedtke questioned me as if I was a child, and then caught an attitude when I told her I had already answered the same question 3 times and said I didn’t know why her asking where I live most of the time is relevant. I have an out of state address on my file. I already explained I’m in MN while having my virtual visit. I was trying to get a refill of METFORMIN and a referral to an endocrinologist.. not narcotics. She basically threatened not to give me a referral to the endocrinologist, I told her that her conduct as a medical professional isn’t appropriate. I had to hang up the phone it was so upsetting. I will be filing a complaint with Fairview and the insurance company. Terrible bedside manner she should lose her license she makes it difficult for an already struggling patient population to get the care they need.
