We had the most incredible stay at Maple Cove B&B! We were in Lake Orion for a family visit, but wanted our own place to stay to make the trip a little more special. Maple Cove provided a true safe haven for us in between family time. We stayed in the August house which was beautiful, spacious and incredibly cozy. We are so glad we upgraded to the full breakfast (definitely recommend!) and enjoyed the deliciousness on the porch each morning listening to the birds and watching the bernadoodles play. Thank you for an incredible stay! Maple Cove will be our regular place whenever we're in town!

My husband, Mother and I stayed in the August House and it was so charming and cozy ....I truly wanted to move right in . Everything was done to perfection and we so enjoyed the breakfast being delivered to us ....what a treat and the food was incredible! Loved the whole property and we really enjoyed the pool on a hot day ....dogs are so sweet and not a nuisance one bit . Jan you are an incredible hostess .....thank you !

Exceptionally well-maintained, super clean, and outstanding service. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of food—no way you can start your day hungry! The innkeepers were very kind and friendly. Would absolutely stay again.

Wonderful experience. Our room/suite was well appointed. Excellent breakfasts and elegant setting. Jan and Mark went out of their way to accommodate our dietary constraints and provided some extra nice touches for Valentine's Day. The location was very convenient for our family visit.

Maple Cove B&B is absolutely the best B&B we have ever visited. The property is so awesome, very private and relaxing. We stayed in the Casablanca suite which was located on the first floor and decorated so beautifully. The suite was way more spacious than what we had expected. The breakfast was so delicious, very filling and unique. Jan was a most gracious host, readily available, yet allowed us privacy. We hope to return soon when the weather allows us to further explore all that the beautiful property has to offer.

Far exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful, relaxing time. The food was outstanding. I loved soaking in the big tub. We didn't expect two huge rooms, so much space. It was peaceful, relaxing, with everything we needed. It's so obvious Jan is meant to be doing this bed and breakfast. And playing with the dogs while being away from our own was a treat too. Adding a mini donkey farm would be a plus!

*Update: My husband and I revisited Maple Cove Bed & Breakfast for our 16th anniversary and just can't praise this place enough. For anyone searching for the right B&B, look no further. You will have such a relaxing time, and will be full from the delicious food every morning! We chose the dine-in suite option and had our breakfast served promptly on a tray (see pictures) to our suite.The entire house is clean, bright and charming. I enjoyed a quiet sit in the great room, and we also played a few games of pool while marveling at all this place has to offer. My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our 15th year Anniversary. It was everything we expected and more. We love the seclusion of the property and the way it is decorated will have you in awe. There is so much attention to detail and they even have heated floors! The innkeeprs are sweet people and truly care about your stay. Breakfast was delicious and fulfilling; we chose the in-dine option and had our meal brought to our room. We came to Leonard to attend a family reunion at a nearby campground. My companion was my 94-year-old Mom who started the annual traveling reunion 30 years ago. As she was recently admitted into Hospice, this will be her last, and I chose Maple Cove for its proximity and lush accommodations. This was a treat that did not disappoint. The Casablanca Suite—on the first floor—was perfect for our needs. I pride myself in having a cozy bed at home, but the Maple Cove mattress and bedding were dream worthy. The breakfasts, which we opted to have in our suite, were gourmet, and the presentation was as notable as the taste. Innkeeper Jan was lovely, and was there for every need but never intrusive. Our Maple Cove stay was a significant part of this poignant reunion, and put a cherry on top of the remarkable life of a very beloved woman.

A great weekend getaway close to home! Jan and Mark were great hosts! We spent the day relaxing and hanging by the pool. The grounds are so nice with all the plants and flowers. We enjoyed a great breakfast on the veranda each morning. We’ll definitely be back!

The B&B was beautiful inside and out. Gorgeous gardens, pool area and rooms. Jan was very accommodating and the breakfasts were homemade and outstanding. I highly recommend to stay here and we plan to again soon!

This was my first time at a bed and breakfast and it blew me away! The decor is adorable, the room was so clean. The food was absolutely delicious, and brought up to our room for us. I can’t say enough good things about Maple Cove. Thank you Jan and Mark for a wonderful stay!

I thoroughly enjoyed my brief visit at Maple Cove. Jan was the most welcoming hostess. Her personal cheesecake and charcuterie board was delicious. My Casablanca suite was spacious and nicely decorated.
