If
you're
looking
to
build
some
strength,
take
some
strides
in
a
new
fitness
routine,
or
work
out
with
some
empowering
people
this
is
the
place
to
start
that
journey.
Everyone
is
welcoming
and
morning
classes
are
females
only.
My
partner
and
I
like
going
to
the
evening
classes
that
are
coed
and
getting
a
great
work
out
in.
I
love
that
we
move
weight
and
its
always
a
different
class
each
time.
Courtney
will
work
with
you
either
in
private
lessons
or
group
sessions
if
you
need
modifications.
All
levels
can
take
these
classes
and
all
people
should
learn
to
deadlift.
I
would
add
COVID
protocols
have
been
consistent
and
great.
Courtney
cleans
EVERYTHING
and
will
wear
her
mask
all
throughout
class.
If
class
sizes
exceed
a
certain
number
she
will
ask
everyone
to
keep
their
masks
on
for
safety.
