    It’s never easy starting the fitness journey, but classes with Courtney are welcoming, challenging, and an opportunity to learn about yourself! Between themed workouts like black light glowing fun, challenges that are free to join working on nutrition and wellness, and general classes I am so happy I joined and could not recommend her more! She is great to ensure you are properly doing the workouts and quick to correct your form to prevent injury and make sure you get the most out of your workout! Private sessions are also available!

    Warrior Training and Fitness is the perfect place to begin or continue your fitness journey. Not only does Courtney dedicate her time to your personal goals but she also contributes to helping build confidence! She is a well rounded trainer highly capable of providing effective workouts and nutritional advice. Also prenatal and postnatal certified!

    AMAZING trainer and fitness classes! If you're looking to build some strength, take some strides in a new fitness routine, or work out with some empowering people this is the place to start that journey. Everyone is welcoming and morning classes are females only. My partner and I like going to the evening classes that are coed and getting a great work out in. I love that we move weight and its always a different class each time. Courtney will work with you either in private lessons or group sessions if you need modifications. All levels can take these classes and all people should learn to deadlift. I would add COVID protocols have been consistent and great. Courtney cleans EVERYTHING and will wear her mask all throughout class. If class sizes exceed a certain number she will ask everyone to keep their masks on for safety.

    Courtney is the most amazing trainer and I feel lucky to have fallen under her guidance. I started without any gym experience whatsoever and was so nervous to begin. Courtney’s expertise is one like no other - I feel fortunate for this journey becoming healthier and stronger!

    Courtney’s knowledge as a personal trainer shows in her results her clients are having! She combines weight lifting, functional training, nutrition, and motivation to the next level. Early morning fitness style boot camps and personal training if you need it. I highly recommend her if you’re looking for fat loss or just trying to get stronger.

    Courtney is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and with the right amount of tough love of a trainer any person could want. She can accommodate injury and all levels of training. I have utilized her for individual, partner, and group class training and she is amazing in all areas! I would highly recommend!!
