Southcoast
reached
out
to
me
and
apologized
profusely
for
the
way
this
situation
was
handled.
They
agree
that
the
terminology
used
as
well
as
the
response
to
the
injury
was
inappropriate
and
could
have
been
handled
better
in
many
ways.
I
am
very
pleased
with
the
timeliness
of
the
response
as
well
as
the
response
itself
in
regards
to
addressing
this
issue.**
Don't
go
there
if
you
need
urgent
care,
they
wouldn't
know
what
urgent
care
means
if
it
smacked
them
square
in
the
face.
Went
there
at
7
pm
with
an
eye
injury,
they
supposedly
close
at
8
pm.
The
dimwit
of
a
receptionist
tells
me
sorry,
they
have
met
their
quota
for
the
day
and
they
aren't
registering
anyone
else.
I
guess
that's
a
fancy
way
of
saying
we've
worked
enough
for
today,
we've
done
the
bare
minimum,
time
to
pack
it
in.
She
looks
at
my
eye
and
tells
me
straight
faced
she
can
give
me
an
appointment
for
the
next
day.
I
would
say
worst
service
around,
but
there
is
no
service
at
all.
This
was
the
third
time
I
had
an
awful
experience.
Previously
the
wait
time
was
5
hours
with
three
people
in
the
waiting
room.
Guess
that's
what
not
for
profit
will
get
you.
A
bunch
of
lazy,
unprofessional,
sub
par
employees
that
could
not
care
less
if
they
tried.
Go
to
Compass
Medical
Urgent
Care
or
The
ER,
but
steer
clear
of
this
dumpster
fire.
