I like my primary doctor, he's a good listener and he will spend time with you. What I don't like about NH&C is that they are very tied to being "established." If you want good help when you need it, you must have your wellness visit every year or they will make you come in for a visit no matter what your issue is. You'll be considered a new patient if you don't keep up all visits.

We brought my partner in after he injured his lungs in a welding hood and the so called doctor only wanted to push politics and refused to treat him for the actual injury. Instead, without even a test the so called doctor diagnosed with covid, and ignored the facts about the injury for the government paycheck per diagnosis, as is the “protocol”. Absolutely incompetent butchers and hacks is all that is left at this facility!!!

The wait at the Apple Valley Urgent Care was over two hours and honestly not super friendly atmosphere so I came on over to here and wow the difference! From the moment I walked in to every step of care (also was seen within 5 min!) has been superb. I'm grateful for this team of caring people at this clinic!

They are liars. They test tsh and they tell you it's very far off. The problem is that their equipement is old school- like their staff. It can't take into account biotin causing numbers to be off (99% of other places can). They then tell you to go get it looked at further. They are all about making money. They do nothing to make things right. Their doctors are as incompetent as their patient advocates and Tammy H. She is a horrible person with no human emotion. She's also the one who makes decisions if you contest anything there. Heartless people who don't check in on you in ER when your rhythm goes off. Even worse- they don't record it! So many failings, no wonder their best dr left their local clinic as well- with many following. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

Contacted my 86 year old homebound mother's primary provider to get her IV fluids because she was sick & not eating/drinking. 10 days, 4 phone calls & still no response! I recommend you go somewhere else if you need care. This place doesn't.

Super awesome staff, always get great care and never have to wait long. Nice, clean facilities and very kid friendly.

My husband has seen PA Sarah Lybarger for primary care for several years and greatly appreciates her patient, caring, thorough, kind, and holistic manner. From what he relates to me, she sounds like a true gem of a care provider!

Pathetic service. I was driving from Woodbury (40 minutes drive) and was running 10 minutes late and they asked me to reschedule it for next week despite telling them that I was sick and needed help! The receptionist was mean and didn't care at all, to a point that when I asked her to atleast check with the doctor, she said she will and literally after 30 seconds got back on call and said the nurse wouldn't take late entries. If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would.

Came to urgent care at 11am they are suppose to be open until 1. Told me can no longer take patients cause full. Said people in cars and waiting room packed. There is one person in waiting room and one car with a person. I get you want to be done for the day, I do. But that’s ridiculous. Don’t work. Not my first negative experience here. This is just an urgent care review, as far as the clinic and health care providers, they are amazing! Helpful, available, and hardworking (even on days off). Absolutely no negative opinion on any of the staff we frequently see!

Urgent care opens at noon. Got here at 11:45. It's 1 o'clock and have yet to see a doctor. Very poor service. Not impressed at all. Was considering switching my primary Doctor to this clinic. But I am staying with my doctor. It's a little drive but they actually care about their patients and don't act like your time is not important

Every time I call they are so rude, unprofessional and annoying. Horrible!!! Go spend your money somewhere else!
