Food is fresh. Food food took 20 minutes with almost a full house server was really nice and polite. I'd recommend the strawberry lemonade its amazing! Thursdays are buy one get one boneless wings get it while the deals are going on.

Loved this location!🫶🏻. Haven't been to others yet (to compare) as this is our first time visiting a BWW's in Minnesota. This location was the one with the best reviews so we decided to try it nd we enjoyed it. Service was great🙂, so attentive with us nd what we may need👍🏻. Food looked delicious when served😋, only reason why I put a 4/5⭐️'s on food is becuase it was a bit warm to almost cold when it gets to the table but otherwise we will defenetly return here when we feel like getting wings again😊.

Horrible service for starters. We arrived at 640 and we did not receive food for close to 1 hour! I was very hungry thus devoured my food, finding the 3 small pieces of chicken not only inadequate but tough with much gristle. My husband had wings which were not much better. The bill arrived and we paid it, left the premises and realized on way home that the amount was extraordinary for what we had! If you go, get the lemonade; then leave for Cane's. Good grief!

Last visit to one of these chains! We were asked for our drink order, no apps. Brought 1 beer and a water then gave our meal order. Never asked if everything was good, did we want another drink, a refill on the water ect. Food was terrible. My Jamaican jerk wings had the whole bottle of seasoning on them I believe! Fries tasted like old grease, salad was under dressed, plain, one piece of bacon and just plain underwhelming. At the end we had to track the server down for our bill. For a place with wings in its name theirs are small, dry and dissapointing.

Friendly and quick service. Lots of options for beer and food. Tried the new Nashville Chicken sandwich. Could have been spicier but perfect for the average eater. $5 for the big beer = a great deal. Also tried the exclusive Mountain Dew flavor, Legend, which to me was very similar to the exclusive AppleBees flavor but would need to try side by side to truly judge. Not bad but nothing amazing.

My friend and I went to eat lunch here instead of the usual dinner-time hiur. Server was running late to drink orders..and it was a happy surprise to have them own up to it, apologize, and then carry out the rest of the experience with friendly efficiency. The food tasted great, came out hot and within a normal waiting period. I was impressed at the end because of us splitting the bill in a complicated format--- and it was carried out by our server without an issue. I would go definitely go back again.

Well… went on Thursday to watch football and have some food. Walk in at 8pm and we are told “we are done seating the entire night” (they close at 12am). I was surprised at first since the bar rail that sat around 20 people was virtually empty(2 people at the bar) the bar seating was half empty and the dinning area was half empty as well. But I understand it’s been tough for some companies recently with staffing.. so I kindly asked if it was because they were understaffed and the girl said “oh no! We are fully staffed. We just have to many takeout orders tonight”…… wow. Not to mention they told about 10 other patrons waiting to spend money to leave as well… they told us to come in and have a beer but absolutely no food allowed… as someone who worked in a restaurant for years I was completely shocked. Not sure if this is a privately owned location or if it is corporate, but all I know is this company turned down 4 hours of solid business, tens and tens of patrons and most likely hundreds or thousands of dollars. Money was lost, based off the feedback from several other party’s in the parking lot this location also lost customers. We took our money elsewhere and so did many others. It was great for the northern tap house next door though!

Sun-Thurs: close at 9pm. Fri-Sat: close at 10pm I’m a worker here. I’m writing this review to let everyone know that the reason why we close so early is because most of our kitchen staff (including me) are under 18. So since minors can’t work past 11 in Minnesota, we have to close early. Thank you for understanding (also sorry that it says we close at midnight on the website, we aren’t in much control of that)

Went there yesterday, it’s always nice seeing the bartender Jen! She knows some ASL (American Sign Language) Not only does she know, but Kara is currently learning ASL too! They’re the great people.

I had the boneless wings and they were ok. They were over done and lacked enough sauce. For the price I could have a better result making my own at home. The server was fantastic!

This is a top-tier restaurant. The servers are kind, and they know what they're doing. The food is absolutely delicious. I would recommend the All American Cheeseburger or the wings with honey bbq sauce. I also tried the House Sampler, which I didn't dislike, but it just wasn't on the same level as the other food, in my opinion. They also have like 20 TVs in each location, usually broadcasting 3-4 channels/games depending on what is on at the time. This is an awesome place to go to watch your favorite sports team with friends or family, and I will definitely be coming back.

The service is really nice but the chicken wings were so incredibly salty, they were literally inedible for me, I have never ate anything this salty, felt like someone accidentally dumped a whole bucket of salt in the sauce. I didn't want to complain to the staff because it's definitely not the waiters fault and I don't want to make their job any harder but God were those awful. :/ I barely ate two and had to chug my drink. Not a good experience.

Impromptu memorial dinner for my brother. The staff accommodated our group! Our server was amazing as we all trickled in! The food was fantastic!

The boneless wings were too salty my wife could not finish. My chicken sandwich was partly covered in sauce. We had to wait fir napkins and silverware along with carrots and celery. Restraunt was very cold too. Overall not a good experience.

Burger, pretzel bies with cheese and wings. The wings were supposed to be classic buffalo but I really didn't care for them (and I normally love búfalo wings with blue cheese) I am not sure why they just didn't taste right. The burger was good.

Went a little crazy and ordered a hamburger from BWW. First time not getting chicken. The burger was very good! The street tacos my wife got were not warm, and the shells were hard (not supposed to be). The big issue Thursday night was how long it took to get our food. They were so busy fulfilling call-in orders they couldn't get to our food. When we called the manager over, he even talked about how much money in sales they had with call-in orders - not thinking about how that was affecting customers who came to dine in. I'm glad it was a lucrative evening for their store, but please pay some attention to the guests who wanted to spend time at your place.

Just got take out. The damn wing still had feathers in it. It's hard to imagine a scenario that a feathered wing manages to sneak through at least, as far as I can imagine, three sets of hands to go from unprepared product to served food. Disgusting

Food was great! Service was fast & friendly! The atmosphere was good, but would have been WAY better if the TV's were turned down! Tough to have decent conversation over the blaring TV's.

My boyfriend came home with our pickup order and immediately said “Prepare to write them a review.” And I thought it must have been a bad experience, or there was a problem. Nope! Order was perfect, Aaron (Erin?) was perfect, everything was perfect! This is the only BDubs we are ever going to ever again. Thank you so much!

Too expensive for what they offer! There are better boneless wings at Greenmill. Drinks are made to skimp. The atmosphere is way too loud and the best thing there is the fried pickles, definitely not the wings.

The service was great. The staff was nice and the food came quickly but the wings were of terrible quality. They were tiny and definitely not worth what we paid for them. We ordered 20 wings for 2 people and left still hungry bc the wings were dried out with very little meat on them. I Feel sorry for the kitchen worker that has to serve those to people.

The workers there have always been great. My review would be four or even five stars but I feel like the size of the chicken got smaller over the years and I have to almost double my usual order to get a meal in. That won't stop me from stopping by once in a blue moon because I love a few of their signature sauces like thai curry (just amazing), and mango habanero (sweet & very spicy)!

I ordered a full basket of fries along with wings. I received a small box of French fries . I will never order from this location.

It's my boys and I's favorite spot to catch a game and a quick bite in Lakeville.

The restaurant is almost empty. Only about 4 tables with people and there are workers goofing off. Usually doesn't matter but we put our food order in almost n hour ago and have gotten nothing. Drinks havent been refilled. So we are heading somewhere else. All we ordered was a cheese burger and ten piece boneless wings. Shouldn't take over an hour to get qhe. Your restaurant is empty

The server we got was very nice she was attentive to what we needed. The food was not the best it was cold. Then we got a manager to ask if he could pop the wings back I'm the oven. He looked at us and said okay well what do you want for me to do about it. In all honestly if you're a manager should you be a little nicer to the customer when it comes to something as small as reheating up the food. But overall the server was nice. Just the manager that kind of ruined the dinner. I get it though people have good days and bad days.

Went after a Vikings game since we got two sacks so we got a free app. The fine print says one hour after game it is eligible. Manager told us "the button is not live until 7pm" I showed him the fine print and still didn't do anything. Ordered an order of fries and you could count on two hands the number of fries we got. I would rather get the chicken tender box at DQ. The place was 1/3 full and it still took an hour for food. On a positive the staff was nice and friendly. Training in a new person he did well.

Food was great. I think the staff did what they could but they just didn't choose (as in PAY) to hire enough people I don't think. Great time watching the game and the bartender, don't recall a name, blonde woman, she did a good job with us. Wish they could get her some help because that's a lot to handle for one person. She did it well though.

When I mentioned to the manager I had cold fries and asked for fresh ones it was apparent what happened. The fries I gave back got tossed in the fryer and thrown back on a plate with a couple added. The grease dripping off them when he set it back on my table simply saying "here ya go" rather then sorry about that how is everything else so far. Customer service in so many ways is dead and its sad to see a place Like Buffalo Wild wings a once up standing establishment turn out the way it has. I would pass on stopping here again.

I love Buffalo Wild Wings in general, so it hurts a bit to have to leave one a marginal review. The food at this restaurant is solid, but if you order delivery or carryout, the odds that you actually get everything you ordered are very poor. It's not an exaggeration to say that we've had something incorrect or missing at least the five times we've ordered from this place. Today they forgot our fries and gave us queso dip when we ordered chili con queso. The time before that, they gave me the wrong flavor of wing sauce and forgot our chili con queso altogether. Before that they forgot to give us the bottled wing sauces we ordered. I could go on, but you get the point. If you eat in the restaurant, I'm sure the experience is better. If you're ordering carryout, make sure to double check everything before you leave (open the boxes too to make sure they got the sauce on your wings correct). If you ordered delivery, well... say a prayer beforehand and make sure to have the restaurant's number handy so you can call and ask for a partial refund. Edit: It's been a week since submitting the form that was requested in the reply to this review, and I've heard nothing. Not the first time that this has happened. My wife submitted one months ago and nothing ever came of that either. Very impressive work.

Had dinner with friends. We were informed of a short staff situation and service might be slow. We accepted and had great service. Food was delicious and our server attended to us very well. We will definitely return.

Our experience wasn't the best at this place, we decided to eat here because it was the nearest place and was open past 11pm. When we arrived there was this awful smell that I can only describe as dirty water but I'm not sure what it was. My guess is that they may have moped the floors without changing the water. And the wings were just too much. They were too dry and there was a lot of breading. We don't think we will be back.
