First off, we had a party of 10+ people and the service was impeccable. From refills of water and coffee, all was well for the brunch outing. As for the food, it was delicious. A simple yet flavorful avocado toast. The poached eggs were a good change up from your normal fried egg.

Stopped in multiple times now for brunch and dinner and it's all been great, from the service to the food. Little changes all the time, tweaking the menu to a new happy hour, they seem to be doing a great job of continuing to evolve. Oysters! Live Lobster tank now in the entry way, loving it all!

I would say this is the best food place in Lakeville, and I've eaten at almost all of them. The quality of their food is always amazing. I usually go here as a department lunch with my work team, we have a diverse group that has always enjoyed what they've ordered. I brought my family here and my wife and son were totally blown away with the flavors. My wife loved the chicken stir fry, raved of how it was just what she needed! My son got the grilled 5 cheese and I had the bacon cheddar further with tots. You can tell this food was made with love and from scratch. Also I wasn't sure which beer to have with dinner and was very surprised to be brought out a free small sample of the one I was considering, not many places do that to help you choose! I brought home a tiramisu which was delicious, seriously! The place is wonderfully decorated with aircraft stuff everywhere. Great place for the family as well.

I hadn't been to Harry's in a couple of years even though we live close by. Made a last- minute decision to head there for a late dinner on Friday and loved it. The service and drinks were fantastic. I had the dill pickle chip crusted walleye handheld, and my husband had the chicken patty melt. There was also a bread pudding dessert on the specials menu that I had to try. Everything was delicious.

First time here and now it won't be the last 😊. We sat at the bar and the bartender was great, she was engaging and really knowledgeable about the area. Definitely a golden nugget, can't wait to go back. Cheers!

I recently visited Harry's for the first time. I ordered the BBQ Pulled Pork sandwich. The food was very good and the waitress was very attentive. This is a nice, clean place with good service and food. It is located right next to I-35 & County Road 70.

Stopped for lunch on our way home. I’ve seen this place’s sign a hundred times driving from Iowa to the Twin Cities, so it was fun to finally stop and give them a try. We were seated quickly and our server was friendly. They had a fun rock playlist going. Not too loud and there were plenty of tvs for sports. The food overall was good. We started with a brussel sprout appetizer. It was a little heavy on the Parmesan cheese, but the sprouts were crispy and the aioli was a nice addition. My walleye sandwich was full of fish and only had one small piece of bone which isn’t a big deal. It was breaded nicely. There wasn’t very much onion on it, but the bread was toasted nicely and the tarter sauce was good despite being a little runny. My husband got the Rachel and it was also a good sandwich with tasty pulled turkey. Both came with chips as the default side, but you could upgrade to what I would consider a more normal side (fries, coleslaw, veggies, etc.) for $3-$5. Our meals were already $21/$16, so that felt a little pricey for a brunch menu and we stuck with chips.

What I nice place! I travel for work sometimes and I love trying new places. Harry's had good reviews and the photos looked great. I stopped in for a late lunch. Around 2:30. There was only one bartender/ server in the section I was at. Right next to the bar. She did great handling all the orders and drinks. The food was delicious. I had the Dill Pickle Chip Crusted Walleye sandwich with fries. The fish was fresh and amazing and the fries were done just right. Even the tartar sauce that it came with was yummy. Great job!

The random gummy bears and the french fries I paid extra for instead of chips with a $21 ‘prime rib’ sandwich were the shining stars of the show. I ate most of the ‘lobster bisque’ because I paid $11 for it, and some of the fries there, then took my sandwich to go- I posted pics of the sandwich with this review. I won’t go into to much more detail with the four food items ordered, because this would get lengthy and hopefully they’ll turn things around, but I will say that while things started out well with a menu that looked amazing, in the end, I was so disappointed by the food/quality that I won’t be back. My friend had been here a few months ago (since the turnover from Harry’s to Gary’s) and said the food was good, so maybe they’ve gotten a new chef since she last went. End note: I really would like to know where they source their gummy bears from- they were super soft and flavorful!!!!

Gary's was a nice place to go out for dinner. The host was nice and greeted us with a smile. The server was very nice and was very attentive, especially for drink refills. The fillet steak was one of the best I have had in years, would highly recommend Gary's just to get that. The only knock on Gary's would be how dirty the bathroom was at the time of my visit but that could have been just a product of people being jerks. Gary's was a good place for nice diner out and I would highly recommend trying it.

First time trying this restaurant and I got to say overall I was not disappointed! Almost all the food was really delicious and was made quickly. The service was very friendly and attentive. Also for today's restaurant prices I felt the prices were very fair. Especially with the quality of food presented. They have an excellent seafood selection all the way up to a 4 lb lobster if you're that hungry! It was really neat to see a live lobster tank right when you walk in. The menu selections are awesome here it was really hard to choose one thing on the menu to pick from. The portion sizes as you can see in the picture are plentiful! The lobster bisque, Parmesan encrusted walleye and prime rib egg rolls were all super delicious. The kids menu was very affordable at about $7 a plate and they have good choices for the kids! My only (sort of) negative comment about this whole experience would have to be the buffalo wings. Honestly my impression is the wings on the menu is kind of an afterthought. They really could do better in comparison to all the other good quality food I ate there today. They were overcooked, dry and chewy. The waitress was kind enough to take them back and remove them from my bill for the record, which added to my positive service experience. I would even like to challenge Gary to go up to Cadillac Ranch at the Mall of America and order buffalo wings from there and compare them to his wings. Then you'll see what I'm talking about. Again, overall a great experience! Please go and support this local business! I will definitely be back to try all the other awesome things in the menu, just not the wings....

We had a great dining experience for their Valentine’s Day special. We arrive early for our reservation and went to the bar for pre-dinner drinks. The bar staff were so friendly, we decided to stay and enjoy our food at the bar. Plenty of room and great service by all the staff. The kitchen knocked it out of the park. Every course was prepared and presented perfectly! Best meal we’ve had in a long time. This is our second time at Gary’s and it has skyrocketed to the top of our list for favorite restaurants. Shout out to Mike at the bar for his awesome service. We’ll be back!

A must for Lakeville residents! We had a fantastic experience and with outstanding staff (Justin) who definitely made our first visit ~ one that won't be our last. The appetizer mussels were absolutely mouth watering and for our main meal we ordered prime rib and lobster. The meal portions were very generous. The staff are family oriented and very welcoming. They plan to add onto their outdoor patio area and we look forward to coming back!

Great food and even better service. We visited on a Saturday night, was seated right away and our server was super attentive! The food came out hot and fresh and was AMAZING. We had the wings, Angela fries and Cajun pasta. They were all delish! Will definitely be back!

Stopped by for lunch... had the Turkey Chilli and the Blackened Chicken Tortilla Bowl. Both were amazing. My wife had the Carrot Curie Soup and Turkey Salad on Sourdough bread sandwich. She absolutely loved them both. Service was spot on... less busy = better service than or last visit. Great Place to Eat...

A supper club with a whole lot of fun! We started with a relish tray... which included gummy bears. We got the queen cut prime rib (which is served 7 days a week), and it was perfectly medium rare and oh so flavorful. The fresh whole lobster was grilled and cut in half to make it nice and easy to get at the succulent meat.

New Review as *Gary's* We enjoyed our experience here. The service was great, and we didn't feel rushed to eat or finish our drinks. Our food came fast and we did not sit around waiting. Drinks: I had the Sarah Aviation and it was wonderful! My husband had the Manhattan and enjoyed it. Food: Prime Rib Egg Rolls: 4/5, appropriate price point. Lobster Bisque: 5/5, good portion size and maybe just a dollar or two overpriced. Entrees Lobster Mac and Cheese and Prime Rib: 4/5, high price point. Overall we enjoyed everything but thought the food, while good, was average and nothing over the top. We also though price points were just *slightly* high for what you get. It's a little conflicting because portion sizes are generous but it just doesn't feel on par with other restaurants at similar menu prices. We would visit again and have many other things on the menu we look forward to trying.

Went on a Friday night with reservations, seated immediately. Parking ample. Service was good. Atmosphere a bit noisy. Ordered popovers, fish fry and walleye. Food was great. Popover butter not much honey taste. Will definetely go again and recommend to friends.

The meals were great? The service slow! I was going to order dessert but didn’t want to take the chance it would another half hour. She rarely checked with us and she missed out on another beer and dessert . Not great for a business .Food was great!

Was there for a family birthday. The drinks, especially the smoked old fashioned, were outstanding. Unfortunately the food was just OK. I had a the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. It wasn't great. The chicken was very dry. Parts of the breast weren't breaded and the chicken fillet was way overdone. My wife had the walleye sandwich, she didn't really care for it. My daughter really enjoyed her chicken salad. The family consensus was go back for drinks.

We had an amazing dining experience at Gary's! The staff was wonderful and anticipated our needs. Drinks were always full and the food came out quick and hot. Katie, Erika, and Ti made the night extra special ❤️ Gary himself even came over to our table to say hello! We will be back soon. Can't wait to try the brunch menu.

Just had a great first visit here, and I'm looking forward to returning soon. Gary's has captured the cozy feeling of supper club lore, but have updated and improved the experience for modern times and modern tastes. There may not be a relish tray on the table, but I can eat a carrot, celery stick, olive and a cracker at home before I go if I want to! But, ... who cares? What I relished at Gary's was an extensive food and beverage menu, excellent food preparations for all of us at the table, and top notch, gracious, and attentive service that truly made a wonderful experience for our get-together celebration. My friend was so impressed with her meal that she designated Gary's as her new "Best Walleye in the Cities" location. And, the Tres Leche cake for dessert was a legend in the making! There is an outdoor dining patio as well as a party room for larger events, so it's a great place to take anyone for a memorable occasion.

This was one of the best lunch dinning experiences. It was the perfect trifecta of food, service and atmosphere. We stopped it Gary’s for lunch with average expectations and found a gem. We started out with the brisket nachos- thought I died and went to food heaven. OMG THEY WERE THE BEST! A new bar of excellence in nachos has been set. These were a recomendation from our server, Dennis. He also told us that they were gluten free after we demolish the entire plate. I’m would have never guessed they were gluten free, they were so good. I had the Prime Rib French Dip, it was excellent not fatty at all, loaded with cheese and mushrooms but still had the prime rib flavor. Hubby had the fried walleye sandwich, he enjoyed it. Friends had the Cajun Chicken Alfredo and the Lobster Bisque with a side salad, both looked delicious. I will have to return to try them. The atmosphere was not snooty but more welcoming. We were able to have great conversation with our friends with out having to talk over other people or loud music. Dennis our server was the cherry on top. He was perfectly attentive and engaging (not overly so). Our drinks never went dry, food was timed perfectly, recommendations were right on and check was brought with out asking for it. He was the completion of the trifecta. I will have to return for the dinner menu to see if it is as wonderful as the lunch.

Nice little hidden restaurant in an area that I frequently pass. Was glad to discover this little gem that is conveniently right off the highway. The interior has a nice and clean, modern, woody, and antique-like vibe with the decor of old planes hung around the restaurant. Loved the open kitchen and dining space layout. It was too early to dine outdoors but it also looked very accommodating with plenty of outdoor seating. Food was cooked well and good quality. You can tell there was good attempt and consistency in freshness of ingredients. The stuffed tator tots can easily be a guilty pleasure as they're packed with flavor. We ordered the fancier beef nachos to share for a table of 6 adults (must've been a special for the weekend since I only see chicken now) that was too dry and ordinary for the price. We didn't finish it. I think having a wetter salsa on the side would've helped create some balance. My smoked salmon eggs benedict was perfectly cooked and the capers gave it a nice pickled acidic finish to it. The cinnamon roll was huge and my picture doesn't do it justice as it came out looking like a cake. They also had a nice kids menu that came out in a huge portion for a very reasonable price. Would definitely return again as their cocktail menu and other dishes look appealing.

Gary’s is absolutely fantastic! This was my first visit to Gary’s. The supper club is swanky but not pretentious. The interior is glamorous and regal, yet contemporary with comfortable seats, dark woods, black leathers, and brass accents. The service was very friendly and prompt. Instead of offering a basket of bread, you get a charcuterie board of mixed nuts, olives, pickles, and gummy bears. An unusual combination but it works! The cocktails were made perfectly (I highly recommend the Dirty Harry martini) and the food was absolutely delicious. I frequent their sister bar, the Gold Nugget, and I’m excited to visit Gary’s again in the near future.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere of this place. It was very clean and well taken care of. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food came out nice and hot and looked pretty good, and tasted just as nice. It was a little overcooked for a hamburger but the jumbo tater tots ended up being really tasty. I would definitely go back and eat with them again.
