I went through the drive-through and ordered the 2 piece walleye fish dinner. It took a bit of time for my food to come out because the restaurant was swarmed with customers but I don't blame them. The fish was cooked perfectly and tasted great! Will definitely be coming back sometime soon for their delicious custard!

I had the pleasure of experiencing a heart attack when I found a very large GRASSHOPPER in my Garden Fresco salad. I was beyond disturbed! I returned to the restaurant immediately and the shift lead did apologize and provided me with a refund and coupon for another meal item. I am very appreciative of the customer service from this individual but I will likely not eat another salad from Culvers in my life!

I have been coming here for years. Each time I easily spend $80.00 to feed my family of Six when we decide to eat out (About once a week). I always order a 8 piece tender for the kids and culvers is always trying to rip a customer off by over charging for dipping sauces. When a customer orders a 4 - piece tender, they get two (2) dipping sauces. Culvers tries to say that when a customer orders an 8 piece tender, they are only allowed three (3) dipping sauces before they start to charge you for the extra sauce. Common sense would tell you that if they give 2 dipping sauces for a 4- piece tender, then an 8 piece tender would get 4 sauces. Well tonight the shift manger tried to tell me that they only give 1 dipping sauce per 4 piece tender and only 2 dipping sauces for an 8 piece tender. He was trying to charge me for the additional amount of sauce's that I always get. This is not about the money as it is about the principle of the over charging me and other customers. I have been coming here for years and I will no longer be a customer of this franchise location. The shift manager would rather try to get me for $2.00 and have the cost of the food I order go into the garbage and then loose my business for good. I hope that $2.00 in dipping sauces, is worth loosing thousands of dollars from a customer that will not be returning.

Staff was so friendly and professional. Culver's root beer tastes like a root beer float and it's my favorite. Food is always hot and fresh.

Food is consistently good. Their Reuben sandwich is always good. Their online ordering system works very well.

Fish fell apart after 2 bites of my sandwich. I had to locate a fork to finish it. Wanted an easy to eat sandwich on the go, not a meal.

Ordered a single cup custard sundae with toppings of cherries. I got custard and well..1 cherry. Wonder what you get for toppings of ordering blueberry or other fruit? 1 piece? A bit underwhelmed was expecting actual fruit mixed in.

We love Culver's for our cheat nights, and this location always does a stellar job. Because Culver's is always so busy, we have switched to using the online order option, and it is incredible convenient. I have never had a miss on an order here, and the staff always feels genuinely friendly. If you're looking for consistent, high quality "fast food", this should be your go to place.

Got the double bacon butter burger and a caramel shake. I would definitely order the shake again. Though the burger leaves a lot to be desired as it's patties were bland and dry. Great ice cream and fries, very disappointing burger patties.

This is how my husband pulled my sandwich out of the bag last night 05/09/2023. Like this is insane!! I had to remake my whole sandwich plus it was sorta pink in the middle and it was cold. Never had this happen at Culver’s before. 06/25/2023 Went back to this location the onion rings were so nasty and cold. My burger they forgot the fries my husbands order they forgot the second patty for his meal. This is the only Culver’s we’ve had issues with.

Butter burgers are some of the best fast food burgers out there. This Culver's location is always clean, service is good, and they're pretty good at preparing your food quickly - even if it's busy.

I don't usually go here but I apparently signed up for emails and got one on my birthday saying I get a free scoop of custard and a topping! I pulled into the drivethrough, ordered a scoop, showed them the email and left in less than a minute. Quick and easy!

We typically get the same thing every time we go. This time we saw there was a new burger, and decided to try something new. Normally everything is super fresh, hot, and tasty. This time however, the new burgers were dry like they were cooked and then left out and the cheese was not even melted like it is on every other burger we ordered. Both my husband and I were disappointed.

This location was very busy at the time of my visit. I ordered an Atlantic Cod sandwich with fries and a small drink. When the food was brought to the table, I was SHOCKED. The sandwich was more like a fish strip with maybe a half dozen strands of lettuce. I brought it back to the counter and asked the manager about it, and he stated that this was how they make them. At any of the other locations that I've visited, the fish and lettuce have reached the outside of the bun. This fish strip wasn't more than an inch wide. And, I was charged $6.45. Absolutely unacceptable. I would not recommend this location.

The male who took our order, he was very nice, helpful, polite. As was the gentleman who brought over our food. Very polite, respectful, friendly. Great place.

I ordered at the Lakeville location for my office staff. Wished there was a tip option online. Crew helped up bring food out. Very friendly and sweet. So many good options!

Took almost 40 minutes to get 2 orders of chicken strips and cheese curds. Drive thru orders went out quick but people in the lobby were not getting their orders. Thought it would be a quick stop on our road trip but we lost way too much time stopping here.

We love the food but they always get the orders wrong! Our last visit a week ago was a typical experience. We used the drive thru and as I was driving away noticed the food was wrong, all wrong. The drinks were right but nothing else. So I had to drive back and went inside. I told them they must've given us someone else's bag. Nope, it was just that screwed up. Not even my "plain burger with nothing on it" was right. They were very nice and made us the correct food. They also gave us vouchers for a free meal later. Unfortunately it took so long to get the correct food that by the time I got out the door our shakes were over half melted! I'm sure had I gone back a 3rd time and explained they would've remade them but at that point I had waited a really long time there and just wanted to go.

The franchise owner should be ashamed of himself. Employees were trying to be friendly but all had masks on. Face coverings are rude, unprofessional and unhealthy. Many of the employees also had rubber gloves on. That must be uncomfortable but it is definitely unsanitary in a restaurant. If you want to increase your chances of getting sick this is the place come. The franchise owner needs to treat his employees and customers better.

Had their 2 peice fish dinner with my wife and we were really glad they still offered the Cod special. We would recommend it to everyone who loves fish

They messed up our order like 4 times and it took 20 minutes to get ketchup. One guy was really dismissive and service is just not great at night. For some reason they are closing their lobby at 8pm now so it’s pretty hard to get through the drive through.

Packed when we walked in, got lucky to find a table; but it was filthy. Found a worker Luke J, looked like he was super busy. When I asked him for assistance on cleaning our table he stopped what he was doing and came to clean it up for us, so we could eat on it. Culver's management and staff you should be blessed and thankful you have this young man working with you. Excellent job Luke, Thank you for going above and beyond to help us out. 5 stars to you!! Food and service at the counter was top notch as well...

I had never been to the Savage Culver’s before. We can right before they closed. The food was fine. I’ve had better at every other location. The concrete mixer was bland. I asked for extra cheesecake and it was definitely lacking. The outdoor seating was good, kinda sparse but acceptable. Just not my usual experience.

Friendly Fast service with a SMILE!! This location was spotlessly clean in dining room and rest room areas. It was confusing at first to figure out how to get in to where it was located. We were pleased that we went there!

I'm from south Louisiana and tried this place for the 1st time and I'm so glade i did. This is the best fast-food burger I have ever tasted hands down. The patty alone is flavorful like a homemade burger but better, along with the fresh lettuce, tomatoe, onion, and pickles between two soft butter buns. The staff were so polite and pleasant I knew for sure they enjoyed serving me. All I can say is wow, I can't believe I've enjoyed this place so much to write a review. All stars earned and account for price, service, cleanliness, and of course quality and taste of the burger and fries.

Culver's has the best fast food burger and chili cheese fries. I unfortunately can't speak for anything else (well the concrete mixers are also divine) because I always order the same thing. If it ain't broke! The service here is always extremely pleasant! And the food is always fresh, so of course I never mind the wait😊

Came inside just for 2 scoops of custard. It took them 15 mins because they prioritize the drive through over something that takes 30 seconds to serve. Sad they make someone stand and wait so long when I was trying to make it easier on them

Food was hot and delivered in a reasonable amount of time. The tables and floors were pretty much all sticky and dirty, needed attention as well as the women's bathroom. The garbage was overflowing, toilet paper and kleenex were out.

Culvers is fast-casual heaven. Whether stopping along a Midwest roadtrip route, or dining at one near home, they consistently deliver quality food. Butterburgers are king, but the spicy crispy chicken sandwich (or tender basket) is a close second for me. Cheese curds are good without being too greasy. The custard is excellent as well.

Culver's a restaurant/fast Food and customer service! I have friends in the Southern Metropolitan area of Minneapolis. I texted him, asking if they could meet us at the Lakeville Culver's. I used to meet him at the Golden Arches in South St.Paul. Now he and his wife do volunteer work in Lakeville. After their shift they go to this Culver's and order their favorite meal. The Staff know what they eat and usually have it ordered on the cash register computer! Just waiting for the yes! The owner of this franchise has invited my friends to the Lakeville Culver's Christmas gathering! We live 35 miles and traffic congested away from this special Culver's! " You came through the towns and big city, No, Tim! I'm paying! You and your wife please order! Lots of laughs between the bites of Cod and Cole slaw! Listening to their stories...maybe embellished a bit?

It is the first time I have visited Culver's and it is truly one of the finest "fast food" places i have ever visited. I hesitate to call it fast food, but dang gum it. It is incredible 👏
