Chicken nuggets here are always perfect ratio of crispy to breading. Fries are good, albeit not salty enough. Reviews here are misleading, it’s a good 7/10. Compared to other places in Lakeway this is one of the best if you need tasty food fast.

Wow. Wendy's has never tasted so Wendy's. Everything was fresh and the coke was served with ice.

It took a good five minutes before anyone answered at the drive thru and when we got out food they forgot the straws and the fries were burnt and refried. We asked for new fries and they obliged. Staff was friendly when we asked for a new order of fries but they tried to give us the same old fries back initially

This place is consistently awful in the evenings before close. Ive lived here for 1.5 years and still have yet to receive an order of fresh fries. We were on the road a lot last week and stopped in two times around 8:15-8:30pm. Both times the fries were cold and rubbery. Same as the week prior. Last night we got a spicy chicken sandwich. I took one bite and I literally threw up in my kitchen sink within 20 seconds of that bite. The meat was so bad I gagged on my first bite and couldn’t get the flavor of rotten meat and chemicals out of my mouth. There is a serious breakdown in quality during the PM. Shame. I love Wendy usually. Be warned.

I didn't quite get what I paid for, so why 5-stars? The staff is professional, hard-working and service with a smile. Plus a bonus! I'll explain for entertainment factor. If you're reading this, may as well get a little chuckle. I travel full-time, so I need to find the occasional pit-stop. I don't like to violate places' restrooms without buying something. I ordered a sour cream and chives potato but told the kid I'd also like bacon and cheese, so "Just charge me whatever you need to charge" (see receipt) Bonus: The super smiley guy preparing my potato must be psychic and knows I prefer to not consume pork (bacon, but I secretly love that ish) And he must know I could do without the cheese! (waistline) So not only did I massacre their potty but the crew did me a solid in return. Niiiiice My Frostyccino is YUM and the hothotass potato hits the spot. - I opt to not walk back in because it's no big whoop and it's more fun to talk about them online like the Karen I am. LOL. Seriously though, they're a good bunch in there. 10/10 Thanks Wendy's crew! 🙋🏻‍♀️

The food was fast and delicious! No pics of the son of baconator, was in too big of a hurry, lol I like that the tables were very clean.

Either Wendy's changed their frostychino or I was given the wrong thing. Either way, whatever that was was absolutely disgusting. Almost $4 for something I couldn't drink. From what I could tell I was given some flavored cold brew instead. Frostychinos USED to be made with half frosty half cold coffee and ice. The one I just got was made with pumps of some dark liquid, chocolate maybe?, some creamer and cold coffee. And it was one of the most SOUR things I've ever tasted. Coffee is NOT supposed to be sour. Ever. And when they very stressed looking guy at the window asked me what I ordered and was it cold brew, I started to tell him, but he turned around without letting me finish. Maybe he made up his own mind about what I ordered and it was a flavored coffee. But even if so, it's NOT SUPPOSED TO BE SOUR. I guess next time, if I ever stop here again, or at a Wendy's ever again, I'll have to buy a frosty, a cold black coffee, and an extra cup in order to mix my own darn drink.

Today we got this from Wendy’s! The meat was raw and the baked potato was way over cooked, burned. We went straight back and the cashiers said they couldn’t give us our money back OR make a fresh meal for free because the manager wasn’t there. We called 10 times before going and once there they said “we aren’t allowed to answer the phone if the manager isn’t here and they leave early”. How are you going to leave the crew alone and have customers go through this! So unacceptable.

Ordered 2 French toast sticks for breakfast. Order came out quickly. Unfortunately the appetite went away just as quickly when the hair on the French toast was seen 😕

Baconator fries had no bacon. They kept trying to give me a small drink when I ordered a Biggie. Very poor service.

Came threw the line guy didn't talk to us at the window. Asked for my nugetts fresh. Didn't get them fresh. Got a 4 piece spicy with it. Not in the bag. Not even the sandwich was right. Basically nothing was correct. If you can't or don't wanna do the job then quit please. Idk what it is with fast food around here but none of you can just do your jobs and it's sad.

Decent at best, with some of the worst service at any fast food place I've been. I've been here multiple times due to a convenient location, and they always mess up my order somehow, whether that's a diet Coke instead of a regular, or even not giving me part of a meal I was charged for. Most recently, I was picking up food on my break at the drive through. They tell me to wait and go park. Then, 20 minutes later, they give my food to the wrong person, and give their food to me. Upon inquiry, the person serving me doesn't speak English. This is the most unprofessional service I've encountered.

Go to Order what I often order. 2 double stackers. This time I requested bacon 🥓. My wife also ordered. The total came to $31.25?? 😳. No Wonder a lot of these fast food workers make minimum wage!!! Should be obvious!! The intelligence level is very LOW!!!!👍👍👍🫵🫵🫵.
