Burned food. Worker said because they are so understaffed that the oil is not being changed frequently. I was disgusted. They asked if I wanted it remade I said um no. 😐🤦‍♀️ My boyfriend was so hungry he actually took a bite and ended up having stomach cramps and diarrhea. I threw away my kids happy meal. Please do not eat here. Food worker did not look like they kept up with hygiene very much. If I could give 0 stars this place definitely deserves it. I took pictures of the burgers it was 2 mcchickens, yuck 🤮

I came in at 3:15pm (not rush hour). My order was taken. I pulled up paid and pulled forward for my food pickup. I was told the ice cream machine was "down", even though the APP says the machine is functioning fine. Then the young lady (pleasant enough) asked me to pull forward to wait for my food (I'm behind 2 other vehicles now). Been waiting 10 minutes. How long does McDonald's need to get an average order (2 cheeseburgers, fries, coke and a shake) completed? Holy hell. Do better. Please.

I stopped in after work because I had time to kill. It's a pretty busy location and there were quite a few dine in guests. There lobby was clean and well maintained, the staff were friendly and accommodating. I was able to sit down and eat and I wasn't rushed or bothered about how long I had sat there. The food was hot, my order was correct, and fast as well.

I personally continue to come to this McDonald's when there's one closer to my house because I know I'm going to get faster service, more consistent food, and a friendly attitude JJ and Claire bear are both really nice and friendly. I commend them on having such a good restaurant running consistently anytime of the day. Despite it just being McDonald's I'd recommend stopping by if you're hungry

Honestly I didn't go inside to eat I actually have a little girl potty training and she had to go potty bad..... but she was with her daddy and she went into the bathroom and the door locked and she couldn't get out and my husband had to knock the door open and was scolded . The employee continued to state that the restroom was only for customers. Well a 4 year old shouldn't need to be a paying customer. Next time I will have to let my kid pee on the floor!!

It was about 3:30 am on a Saturday morning. The line was medium, and the wait was very long. The Big Mac wasn't put together correctly. The top 2 buns literally had nothing in-between. When we asked at the window if we could have some packets of big Mac sauce we were told they were $0.48 each and we couldn't buy it at the pick up window because the lobby register was closed. They wouldn't even accept cash with no change expected. I thought it was the least they could do since I sat in line for 30min. And simply wanted some Mac sauce on my double quarter pounder Deluxe that ended up somehow missing all vegetables except onions and pickles. I had to doctor up my burger when I got home with my own vegetables. This was also my first time having fast food in about 3 months. This experience and the sub-par food definitely didn't make me miss it.

If you have zero plans OR are not stopping on your way to work OR are not taking your lunch break here...THEN you'll be fine. Drive thru?? More like parking lot. They are the slowest! I ALWAYS have to "please pull forward to spot #2" and then wait for food that isn't even hot anymore because they fail to prepare for breakfast rush & lunch rush.

Food is as expected. The people are decent. It's a busy location with a lot of in and out and unique people. The inside could be cleaner. The inside was cold and the big play area was FREEZING. They said there's no heat in there and this mid July and it still felt like the inside of a freezer. Not pleasant to be inside at all.

The cashier was extremely friendly and smart. I only had $6 to spend but she made sure that I got more bang out of my buck. I was able to get a McDouble deal where I bought one for only $3 and I got a second one free. I also used the app to get the $1.39 fries. And it only took seconds for me to get my whole order. This was the fastest I ever gotten my food and it is hot and fresh. I definitely recommend this location, it's worthy of five stars.

Good food as always. Seems the French fries aren't what they used to be and the price of fast food has become outrageous. Still I love a good double QP. I haven't gone inside much unless they make a mistake. Wich is pretty common. What I wonder is what happened to the rhubarb pies they had for a min. Those were slapping and I wish they still had them. The apple pies are good to but the rhubarb one was the hit. I hope they being them back soon.

Manager at this location shouldn’t be in customer service. She was working the first window of the drive thru and has no knowledge of how the McDonald’s app works. My fiancé was having issues with her mobile code and she was unhelpful, rolling her eyes and wouldn’t allow us to add to our order. Tried to order from another employee at the next window and was told we had to go through the drive thru again in order to add to our order since the app wasn’t working. Very rude staff.
