Wow what a great place to live! You can park your car/s next to the unkempt jungle with rats and mice. I think their fee for pest control is actually pet rent for when the mice get into your apartment, how thoughtful right? The laundry machines are pretty decorations, I definitely didn't want to wash my clothes here ynow. My $1440 one bedroom, facing the east has this super nice, constant ray of sunshine and zero A/C, perfect climate for sleeping! Every morning until recently, we were greeted by a super friendly, not at all aggressive mutt, barking and lunging at us through the open, broken window screen. How sweet! I really love when I attempt to reach out to management and they don't respond at all, that's extremely helpful and courteous of them! Would highly recommend living here! /s

In honor of new renters protections going into effect that prevent landlords from charging penalties for failure to provide notice of non-renewal, I just wish everyone who works for the slumlords at Echelon an awful life for trying to strong-arm my roommate and I into paying an extra 2200 dollars to extend our lease because we missed the deadline by 5 days. Of course you decided to prorate it after a little pressure which makes me feel like you just take advantage of tenants who are too afraid to speak up for themselves. Awful apartment complex. Inconvenient office hours, lack of garbage cleanup in courtyard areas that leads to overflowing cans of dog poop, washing machines and dryers that you need an inconvenient pay card to use even though theyā€™re always broken (thanks for forcing me to call Clean Designs instead of just being responsible for your own contracts). Will try to charge you insane fees for pet rent even though the first floor at 435 was known to be infested with mice. Awful awful awful place run very far away. Worst internet I ever had and you had to get up early to run the shower because it took 10 minutes to get hot water.

UPDATED, see bottom Don't live here: - They paint over everything instead of cleaning it; There are clumps of dust stuck on the walls because they painted over it instead of wiping it off (see picture) - My apartment was not cleaned by my move-in date. our feet/socks would turn black from walking around and the walls left visible grime on your hands if you touched them. My husband and I called about getting the apartment cleaned, but they painted over things instead of cleaning at all. We spent hours cleaning the place ourselves and moved-in three days after we were supposed to. - The price after utilities & fees is WAY more than this apartment is worth. - The maintenance guys are always kind, but it takes a long time for them to get to requests (maybe they are under-staffed?). For two separate maintenance requests, the request was marked as "complete" but the issue was not solved. For one, I re-submitted a request and eventually it was fixed. For the other, we fixed it ourselves to save us the headache of waiting. - There is a huge hole in the wall behind my cabinet. It looks like someone needed access to the breaker that is on the other side, but then didn't fix the huge hole they put in the wall..? - When it gets cold, the hot water/ boiler doesn't work. I have lived here for 4 months and the hot water has not worked on 3 different occasions. - Very cheap things- the blinds break very often because they are bad-quality, and when you asked to get them replaced they set-up another set of the very same blinds.. which break again soon after. They also took one of the panels from a sliding closet-door (that is the door to the bedroom closets) and stuck it on the small closet as a makeshift closet-door, so it is not even and looks bad. Several things were installed crooked, like the thermostat and cabinets. The bedroom door fell off of its hinges two months after I moved in. - On my fees one month, I was being charged a "vacant fee". I went to the leasing office to ask about it, and was told that the fee was from the beginning of my lease when I had not set-up utilities for a few days. Which, to reiterate my point from earlier, I did not move in until three days after the start of my lease because my apartment was not cleaned. I asked them to remove the charge and received a lot of push-back. Finally, they agreed to drop ONE of the vacant fees, BUT the lady from the leasing office told me, "you'll have to call on ___ day and remind me to drop it. I won't remember," instead of making a note or writing it down at all... On the day, I called and spoke to someone else (the original woman was not in that day) to remind them to take these fees off of my account. I received some push-back again, but ended up getting them to take both vacant fees from my bill. Other reviews say that this place will nickel-and-dime you, and I agree... You'll be shown a nice-looking, cute motel-turned-apartment show room when you tour, but you can very well end up getting an apartment that looks very different. Not only this, but the website is incredibly misleading- Iā€™ve attached pictures of the ā€œbusiness centerā€, check to see how different the pic is compared to the one on their website. They also advertise free weights and there are clearly none (see pics). Don't live here.

Canā€™t say enough good about leasing, maintenance staff here! We had an emergency situation and they all: Sharon, Fitz and Savannah helped us along our way. New to Colorado, it was a great new welcoming. Augie is part of maintenance crew and available to our simplest inquiry. Great place to be! Thank you!

My first apartment since being out of the army. Very happy I picked an upstairs apartment due to lower level ones flooding bad during storms so be aware. You pay for what you get, not the best but Iā€™ve seen worse. The biggest cons are, The stairs are starting to crumble going to the second story of the building and lots of rust on the walkways. The dog park is very small and needs to be updated bad, and the pool is usually closed half the time because it canā€™t be kept clean. Other than those things the pros are as followed, The neighborhood itself it pretty quiet for the most part and also is very well located. The front office people are always helpful especially Fritz and Dennis, and Danny the maintenance man is awesome always helping us fix things. They are starting to update the apartments as people leave and new people come in, lastly the availability for parking is a great thing, may have to park a little ways away but thereā€™s always a spot for you and plenty more. Not a bad choice for a year but if some things arenā€™t updated not sure if the money to amenityā€™s ratio isnā€™t really worth it.

Had a tour from Dennis today. He laid out all the information. No fluff, and the model apartment looks very nice. I am giving a full 5-stars only because time will tell what the actual unit looks like if/when I move in. All in all Dennis did a great job! Thank you!
