Stayed at this location twice over the course of a trip. First time, the room we were given was filthy. The bed had clearly been made, but the bedding was stained (kinda looked like bedbug stains...) and had black pet fur on it. We asked for a different room, and noticed that the new room, while cleaner, was missing top layer blankets on the bed. When we asked about getting some blankets, the response was that the staff couldn't access them, because they were kept locked up due to theft, but that the manager would be in at 10pm and we could possibly ask then. They also casually blamed housekeeping for the issue. Second stay, our room's top blankets have noticeable stains, and there's a streak of poo in the toilet. We notice the room is devoid of towels, and when I went to ask the folks at the desk for some, they told me they didn't have any. Full stop. Nothing they could do. I understand that you don't go to a Motel6 for luxury, but I'm appalled that they can't even provide basic items, like towels and blankets. Do not waste your money here.

This is by far and away the worst Motel 6 I have ever stayed at. I've stayed at plenty over the years, and I know what I'm getting into, I don't expect a lot, just a clean room with a bed & a working shower. I had a road trip going through Denver and back, stayed at this same Motel 6 both times. The first time, the room we got had no blankets, the sheets were stained, and the floor had obviously not been cleaned. Staff at the front counter were apologetic and gave us a new room after explaining that management decided not to put blankets in all the rooms because people kept stealing. The second room was fine, but only had two towels. No hand towels, no towels for the floor in the bathroom. Whatever, we're only staying the one night, should be no problem. On our way back through, we get in late after a long drive, get a room. It seems okay, the floor is in obvious disrepair, but whatever. Then we notice there's no towels at all this time. Okay, sure, maybe someone forgot. We go up to the front to get some, and they say they're out. No towels for me. Half the point in staying in a hotel is being able to take a shower, and we have zero towels. What the hell is going on with the management here that this place is in such poor shape? Being so paranoid about people stealing blankets & towels to not have them in rooms? A serial linen thief that's robbed them blind so hard that they can't keep up with demand? Regardless, this is unacceptable, travelers be warned. I'm sure any other Motel 6 or equivalent in a 20 mile radius would be better I'm sure.

This place gets worse everytime I visit. The manager puts little to no effort in making sure his guests are satisfied with their stay. The only reason I came back was because the last time I stayed here there was a very sweet and kind young lady that worked the front desk, I’m not sure if she works here anymore because I haven’t seen her during this stay but if she doesn’t I understand why! Can’t remember her name but she was tall and beautiful and had long black hair (to beautiful to be working at motel 6) They need more employees like her! Don’t waste your money here.

Never ever again! The room was filthy. The floor was sticky. There were flies in the room from the first second I entered. The table, nightstand and dresser were dirty and had food or something stuck on them. The door was filthy where people automatically touch a door and there was dirt on the door. This is the only time I've been in a motel room that I worried about bed bugs. And last but not least the room smelled. I did not feel safe at this location as there were people hanging out in the parking lot and others watching people from their balcony. I checked out before even staying one night!

My brother and I stayed here recently and it was by far the best time I have spent at a motel. The security made us feel really safe, even when we weren't there we knew that our room was safe and being supervised. When it came to needing any information or just asking for a new room key, the office workers were so respectful and well behaved. They never showed attitude even when we were being difficult. And the house keeping was amazing. Never leaving any part of the room unclean, and they were just good company to talk too. Over all it was incredible and 100% worth my money💯

This has to be 1 of the cleanest Motel 6's I've stayed in and I've stayed in a lot. Room smelled great when I checked in and everything was extremely clean. Very quiet outside for being on a main road. Sam at the front desk was extremely courteous to me and helped me with extending my stay multiple days. Diana (or Diane I can't remember) was super pleasant and always had a smile on her face. I would definitely stay here again.

The only good thing I can say about the place is that it is close to my job which is the reason I rented it for Labor Day weekend. Aside from that, the front desk could not get our reservation straightened out and while it wasn't personally the worker's fault, the people responsible for assuring smooth reservations should be more on top of this instead of being woken up every morning of my 4 night reservation being told that I was supposed to be checking out that day and having to go to the office each time and show them my reservation and confirmation number. That got old really quick considering I had usually just gotten into the bed after working up to 17 hours.

Got to my room and didn't have a remote....went to front desk asked for one and realized when I got back to my room it had no batteries so I just said forget it and Used the buttons on TV itself. The had a vending machine and ice machine closed to my room but vending machine had nothing in it and ice machine was also empty. It was however pretty clean and also a quiet motel even being next to a Walmart a decently busy street

I left one star because zero or negative stars was not an option. Stay away from this Motel 6!!! Do not believe the reviews or pictures posted on this locations web site. 1. The smoke detector was chirping every 45 seconds when I first opened the door. 2. The floor was filthy. My shoes would stick to the floor when walking around. There were visible adult bare foot prints on the floor. 3. There was only one towel and no wash cloths. This stay was for 2 adults. We went to Wal-Mart and bought some towels. 4. The controls on the air conditioner unit were broken and the air conditioning did not work very well. 5. The room was very very tiny. 6. We did not feel safe. There were a lot of unsavory looking individuals hanging out, loitering, and lurking about the property. 7. The parking lot was dirty with trash laying all around. The whole facility was in disrepair. This Motel 6 had a definite "Third World" feel. 8. The front desk staff was very limited, rude, and incompetent. There was only one person available to work the front desk when we checked in and between the phone ringing constantly and his having to try to check us in on a malfunctioning tablet it took approximately 30 minutes to get checked in, June 30, 2023. 9. Our card key would not work when we returned to our room a little after midnight July 2, 2023. I had to go to the office and get it reprogrammed. The front desk clerk was very rude. 10. I have stayed at many Motel 6s over the last 40+ years and this was by far the worst. After we left Sunday morning July 2, 2023 my wife told me that we were never staying at a Motel 6 again, ever. I told her that I agreed. In the past Motel 6s were clean budget no frills hotels, unfortunately that is no longer the case. It is unfortunate that the Motel 6 franchise operation has degraded to this level. We paid over $125.00 per night for this nasty hotel room (room 112) and we couldn't wait to get out of there and leave Sunday morning July 2. We felt cheated. Do not believe the pictures or good reviews posted on this locations web site, they are all fake. This place felt like one of those sleazy motels that you see in movies. This Motel 6 had several glowing reviews, those must have been fake reviews posted by the owner. This Motel 6 was just plain nasty and we DID NOT feel safe. This is an honest objective review of this Motel 6.

This place, (and the Motel 6 in Aurora) want you to take out your own trash. The service was non existent. The clerks were friendly, but the housekeeping staff was useless. In the pictures, fire alarm, and light fixture were missing. A whole behind the door. *Not shown, the phone didn't work. The people who were around the Motel were not to be trusted. I was a witness to an attempt to open a guys truck door, by a passing 35 year old male on a beach cruiser. The pros .. Southward is a beautiful park, near the city's library. Shopping is plentiful in the area. Across the street Levels cannibis shop. I will not return to this one. Due to the housekeeping issue of not cleaning the room, emptying the trash, or exchanging towels.

The night staff women was very kind. But my room was kind of a mess when I checked in. There was dried paint all over the floor and blankets. My room said non-smoking but my blankets had cigarette burns in them. The vent in the bathroom was coming off the wall and didn't work. I did like that the heat worked great because it did snow but my son and I were warm. I wouldn't recommend getting a room close to the office. My son and I didn't get much sleep. Other guests next to us were loud, they fought and slammed their door. Other people walked by and were loud also. My little room was $87 and I had in it was a bed, desk, night/tv stand and TV. The floors were dirty. So definitely disappointed. I didn't think it was worth $87 a night.

To be honest, I haven’t had much interaction with the other motel 6 employees here but Sammy and truth be told, Sammy is all I need. She is always nice, friendly and sweet no Matter what is going on in her own life - the consummate customer service rep. She’s beautiful and sassy on the inside as well as out. Sure, I could stay at much more impersonal, expensive hotels, but Sammy ALWAYS makes me feel wanted here with genuine kindness add concern and the reason I come to this motel 6.

I am so pleased to leave this review! The front office team and the housekeepers all went out of their way to help me during my recent stay. My room was clean and well appointed, and my little dog had a lot of fun visiting with the other dogs on the property. You can’t beat the value and you can’t beat the people and you can’t ever beat a good night sleep. Thank you Motel 6 Lakewood!

I can't believe how quick and precise Sammy is. I mean we stay at a lot of motel 6 facilitys and by far she is the best employee we have ever had the chance to deal with. We are sleeping cozy and warm tonight. Please stop by and visit the location. She is energetic and caring and makes this that much more amazing. Peace and love to Sammy and Motel 6

My stay at this motel 6 was far from excellent. I can say that the service with the two women at the front desk were both pleasant at check in/out, but it goes downhill from there. Walking into the room you could tell that cleaning isn’t a priority here. The night stand and desk had something just caked and dried onto them and the floors left our socks black from filth. In the parking lot there are numerous large rats roaming all around the parking lot and to top it all off we found several cockroaches in our room. There are some good Motel 6’s out there, this isn’t one of them.

Buyer be aware, this place is sketchy at best and from there it goes down hill!! 1. Room was incredibly small. 2. Immediately noticed furnishings were beat up, flimsy, and falling apart. 3. Found blood on one of the walls. 4. Found pubic hair scattered throughout the sheets, (Disgusting!) 5. When we went to the front desk to complain we were given two sets of sheets/pillow cases instead of staff coming in to do what should have been done to begin with. 6. Lamp shade was cracked and busted out. 7. Curtains had some kind of residue speckles spots splattered on them. 8. There was a hole beat into the bathroom door. 9. Bugs behind the light shade in the bathroom light. 10. Bathroom shower faucet stop mechanism for the hot cold adjustment was broken. 11. Lastly, we accidently left a bag of expensive items we had purchased in the room. We realized it the next morning and stopped by to speak with someone about it and were told that they didn't see it in lost and found but to check back at 9:30 A.M. when the head cleaning person was in. Someone from our party stopped in and was that they would be contacted with information. I stopped back in and was told that the general manager "Wilbur Conyers" would most definitely be reaching back out to myself. The result is that there has been nothing but crickets. The combination of the above listed items along with a substandard lack of ability to follow up makes this place a liability to their customers. I would again repeat that this place is sketchy at best and from there it goes down hill. Definitely not a positive asset to the city of Lakewood!!

Was a good experience, service workers were helpful and reliable. The motel itself is well kept maintained. No security deposit, and pet friendly. They were will to work with you, Shaiana especially provided good service and kept me well informed with the motels information The room was clean 2 beds was around 92 on the weekdays, got everything you need for the night, come with a nice tv and nice bathrooms.

I was just here about a week ago. The room was clean and quiet. One great thing is that the heat worked good. The lady with the short blonde hair that works late was really nice. The morning staff was good. We parked our vehicles by the room just to be on the safe side of them not being vandalized in which no problems at all.

Place is exactly what I expected! It's Motel 6! Staff is awesome! By the way Colorado doesn't have a 30 day law. As far a residence goes it can simply be avoided my switching the guest to a different room. Greenwood Village I believe wanted to set limits and the other areas refused and said they were on there own simply for the construction trades! I stayed before I will stay again! Place is awesome!

Amy and the young lady with a nose ring who works nights were lovely. However, we stayed while our bathroom was being remodeled, so it was an inexpensive and convienent place to stay. My problems with our stay was that the floor in our first room was so filthy I had to mop it with a towel. Our second room had no blankets which was odd, and again, it was very apparent that housekeeping doesn't mop the floors. I will say that the pool was nice and clean, but lacks shade.

I checked in and prepaid over $900 on August 22nd, for 10 days. I'm still here, as I write this. The first day, I met Amy (who was nice). I always take photos of the condition of my room, on the very first day of my stay. My room is next to the office... I had to clean the floor and good thing I've a mobile phone, for the phone in my room doesn't work. I've so much more to say. It's clear that I'm not wanted here and if I choose to leave, I'm expecting a refund for the remaining days that I prepaid for.

Super close to late night food after a show on the rocks. Room was clean and spacious. I have had issues in the past with motel 6 in Missouri but check in was easy my friend was in and out. The room was clean we had two beds and I would say we both slept well in the room. Leaving was a breeze as well. It was a positive experience.

It was a little pricey but times are hard these days. Very nice clean room Not a lot of noise from traffic or other guests that are here. Parking lot very clean and parking not a problem. I’m an older woman up in age so it means a lot to be able to park by my room. My questions when asked were promptly answered by the guest coordinator Lawton. When at the desk. Lawron was very professional courteous and kind. She smiles. That’s rare these day
