Vry poor experience an the sale people are not taking there job seriously, customer are getting affected, the below screenshot is the delivery guy sade he'll delivery my items at evening but wen I pinged him at evening he rejected my order in times of emergency, vry dad attitude an poor quality

The Spencer's in av appa Rao road is a small one and you don't get all items there. Near RTO office the Spencer's is big one and you have more items in this Spencer's

Staff behaviour is not so polite and they don't guide properly. Observed their intention is to keep customers waiting. Most of the staff chatting in corners. Overall staff is not helping customers to make them fast purchase.

Not all things are available

I managed to found a variety of items at this store which would be little difficult to find in a normal kirana/general store. The staff here are very helpful, courteous and respectful. If you are travelling abroad and want to take some ready to eat foods with you, you can find them here easily.

Eveytime some or other issue 3 rd time I particularly visits to this store from long distance Stupid management

You can find all the essentials here. It's just enough to pickup your day-to-day needs. They offer online delivery service, which is on good side again. It is a small place and maintained okay-ish. But, it was in a well accessible location.

Billing service needs to be improved

Its a good place to buy home needs. But only thing is they dont check and updated the completed products on time to time.

Always prefer Spencer's because we have our own freedom in shopping and ofcourse the staff are very concerned and patient in showing whatever we want.Good place for relaxation

All I can comment is that It's a mini all-in-one store where middle class or upper middle class can afford.

Horribly maintained supermarket. Absolutely no hygiene measures undertaken. The foot operated sanitizer broke down and the staff are clueless. The stock is horribly arranged, the workers in the store have no clue of products, extremely low on stocks, there is no place to move between the racks and in the aisles. Billing is another nightmare with just one or two counters working. Social distancing is impossible, given the space inside. Never to step in, again!

Good collection of snacks and eats here. But the space is too little.. everything is piledup and not organized .. could use more space here. This is another branch of Spencer's supermarket in rajahmundry. The other one is located in jail road. The one that is located in jail road has a big space but it is running low on stock. This one has less space but there was too much of stock in this place.. it is hard to move in between the aisles. Two people cannot cross face to face between two racks.. that's bad taking social-distancing into consideration.. May be shift some of the stock to the bigger one

Least stock is maintained. No variety is available. All groceries are not available. For example, varieties in toothpaste, except Dabur red, no other toothpate is available. Nothing to mention about groceries and vegetables. The mall has lost its market and reputation to it's competitors.

This was good place space to walk is very less due to stock i think and checking temperature and giving sanitiser. Prices expensive.

The store sells items at MRP. Even small grocery stores offer discount on MRP..
